When you first start using it, it can take a little time to figure out where everything is, since the platform includes quite a few features. After you’ve spent some time with it, it becomes much more intuitive, but the first few days may still involve a bit of exploring and getting oriented especially to located the new invoices and tasks when approve. It helps address the challenge of handling payroll and administrative tasks when working with people in different locations. What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

I use Deel regularly as our company's internal HR portal, and the best part is just having everything in one single place. I can easily request my time off, check my remaining PTO balance, and download my monthly payslips without ever having to bother HR. Honestly, since I only use it on the employee side for HR and contract management, some of the automated emails or help center articles can be a bit confusing because they seem geared mostly toward independent contractors. "Simple and Reliable Payroll Management with Deel"

What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

I have been using Deel Payroll for the past 11 months and my experience has been very smooth. I use it on weekly basis. The platform is easy to use and helps me keep track of my upcoming payments every week. I can easily check my salary slips, monitor any deductions, and see the exact date of when my payment will be processed.

Another thing I like is the simple withdrawal process, and I receive my salary directly in my bank account without any issues. The platform is also easy to integrate for businesses of different sizes. The best unquie feature of Deel Payroll, is the advance payement feature, I can get my salary in advance without waiting for the pay date and Deel Payroll can be easily implemented in business of all sizes.

What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

As a user, I find Deel extremely convenient for managing my remote work needs. It lets me receive payments in the currency I choose, withdraw funds easily, and feel confident that my contract meets legal requirements. The platform is simple to navigate, and I especially appreciate that it automatically handles invoices and taxes for me, which makes the whole process smoother. What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

As a user, I find that one of Deel’s main drawbacks is the withdrawal fees, along with occasional delays that can happen depending on the payment method I choose. On top of that, the exchange rates offered are sometimes not the most favorable. While the platform generally runs smoothly, I’ve also noticed that customer support can be slow to respond during periods of high traffic, which is frustrating when issues come up and I need help quickly. "Instant Withdrawals and Fair Rates: A Colombian Remote Worker’s Review"

What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

I’ve been receiving my payroll through the Deel app, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, taking the stress out of international payments.

What really sets Deel apart is the variety of withdrawal methods. I can easily initiate wire transfers to bank accounts in both the United States and Colombia without any hassle. One of my favorite features is the integration with AstroPay; using my Deel virtual debit card to withdraw money instantly is a total game-changer for immediate liquidity.

Additionally, the exchange rates for USD to COP are very competitive, often much better than traditional banks or other platforms I’ve used. To top it off, their customer support team is always available, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever I have a question. Highly recommended for any remote worker! What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

The only downside I’ve noticed is the Android app's performance. On my Motorola smartphone, the app takes a significant amount of time to load—both during the initial login and when switching between tabs. The UI itself is great and easy to navigate once it loads, but the speed could definitely be improved for a smoother experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deel Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

As someone receiving payroll in Colombia from a US employer, Deel has solved my two biggest frustrations: exchange rates and communication.

The #1 reason I recommend Deel is the fair exchange rate. Traditional Colombian banks often offer rates that are 200 pesos below what Deel provides. Over a full paycheck, that difference is massive. I also love the direct link with my employer. The second my employer completes the payroll, I get an automated notification from Deel. Knowing exactly where my money is in real-time is a huge relief. "Instant, On-Time Payouts and Deel Advance Make Payments Effortless"

What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

Payments to the platform are always made on time and most of all, they arrive within seconds to my local bank account. One thing that has really helped me a lot was the Deel advance. I'd be able to get an advance before my salary was submitted and Deel would automatically deduct from it so I wouldn't forget to pay it back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

The only issue I've had was struggling to connect to Deel on my cellphone as it would take longer to use versus on my desktop's web. But that was mostly an issue on my end with my network. Other than that, I've had zero problems with this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
