Voila is really simple to use, straightforward and user friendly. Both the mobile app and the online version are visually great looking and it's easy to navigate both, but the biggest benefit for us is the both-ways integration to EmployeurD for payroll and to Folks RH !!! I wish there was a way Voila calculate automatcally paid vacations, using the data from our payroll system, instead of just showing the data! But hey, it's still a breeze to manage vacations anyway so ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Evolia?

The fact that all the supervisors can access the platform under certain restrictions. I love the general look of the platform, it's intuitive and user friendly.

We work with a lot of volunteers coming from all kinds of backgrounds, some are not tech savvy, but all of them are able to punch in and out easily.

The way the volonteers can grab the shift that they want is amazing, we don't even have to solicitate them, they can see our needs and make it work with their own schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evolia?

The timesheets, the format is not practical for us. We can't access it from our phone which makes it harder to answer questions on the go.

We would love to personalize the software with our own lingo. We do not have employees but we have a lot of different programs that are sending ressources our way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worth it the money"

What do you like best about Evolia?

The system is straightforward. Gone are the days wasted on the phone finding a replacement for a shift in my company. Once our business priorities and workflows were set, the platform found the optimal employee for each shift, which is so helpful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evolia?

General is great, but we disliked to go on the web version to enter our timesheets. They did however, add the feature on mobile in the past months which is a fine. Not much negative stuff to say here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
