I like that it gives employees a voice and makes feedback feel more continuous rather than a one-off exercise. The anonymity also makes it easier to be honest and share real concerns. It’s great that the tool lets you track historical data across each survey, so you can see how things change over time. I also appreciate how it turns feedback into clear, actionable insights that management can actually act on.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

When entering data for new users or making updates, the process can sometimes feel quite complex, especially when adding attributes or managing larger changes that need to be backdated. That said, Diana has been a tremendous support to our business throughout and she was particularly helpful during our first global survey last year.

Eletive helps address the challenge of employees feeling like just a number by giving individuals a genuine voice within the business. It enables us to collect honest feedback and turn it into measurable insights, which means we can track trends over time. **What do you like best about Eletive?**

One feature I particularly like is the “My” page. It shifts engagement and work environment from being solely a managerial responsibility to something employees themselves can actively engage with. It encourages reflection and personal ownership, which is a refreshing approach compared to many traditional tools that place all responsibility on leadership.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

for larger and more complex organizations, there are areas where the platform could be further developed. While there are solid workarounds for more advanced needs, some additional flexibility and scalability would make a significant difference in those environments.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What stands out most to me is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It avoids unnecessary complexity and instead focuses on delivering a clear and accessible experience, both for HR teams and end users. The data import process is also relatively straightforward, which is something I truly appreciate, especially when working across multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Our survey tool, Eletive is a major upgrade from our previous provider. 
Here's why:

Managers can easily track, understand, and act on feedback with a user-friendly platform. This has improved the decision-making based on

They provide Exceptional Support
The support team, especially our senior customer success manager Diana Bond, has been incredibly helpful and proactive, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal use of the tool.

This tool has improved our feedback process, making it more interactive and effective for both managers, employees and HR.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Eletive is always aiming to improve its tool, and one risk with that is developing features that aren’t applicable to every company using it. That said, Eletive has listened to this feedback, and I’m confident that going forward they will provide an earlier heads-up when a change affects how the platform is used.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a very clear, structured process for gathering employee engagement feedback, along with a solid approach to understanding, analysing, and taking action based on what we hear. This cyclical process has been very helpful for our managers, who can now follow progress more effectively, analyse results, and take timely action, while also involving the whole team in the discussion.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

We use Eletive both for employee surveys and for 1 to 1 conversations. Also for creating our own surveys. Different experiences for different use cases.

Employee surveys: The results are good and clearly presented, both in the system and if you choose to export to a PPP. It's good that in the system you can click further into each question, and then also get tips on how to work with the result if it is low. The questions are good and relevant, and it's good that there are comparative figures from the industry.

1 to 1: It's good that the possibility to work with Performance management is available in the same system. It's good that you can create your own templates.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Employee Surveys: What I miss is a clear way to compare by segment with the entire organization or with previous results for the same group.

1 to 1: I miss the ability to track at the organizational level how many conversations have been conducted. It should be such that when a manager has had a conversation, they click on Complete so that both the manager and the main administrator can track feasibility. I also miss "templates" in the question set to set goals and activities for the coming year. This should also carry over to next year's conversation as a follow-up point.

It helps us measure and follow up on employee engagement. Supports us in how we can work with different parts to improve ourselves. Strong engagement creates value for the company and helps us achieve our goals.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

I find Eletive easy to use with its intuitive design and good, friendly support. It's very easy to set up and adapt to the way our organization is organized, which I appreciate. It has many features and presents data in a very helpful way. It's easy for our employees to use and allows us to monitor and segment our workforce into teams, projects, and departments effectively. I also like that it highlights areas that work well and those that require more focus, making it understandable without much upskilling needed for managers.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I haven't really discovered any problems yet, only improvements I see is some features for sharing comments to specific department-leads or managers, but there are work-arounds for this.

I use Eletive for monitoring employee engagement and segmenting teams easily. It's intuitive and highlights areas that need focus. The data is presented helpfully, making it easy for managers to use without much upskilling.

I use Eletive for employee surveys and workplace improvement questionnaires. I like that Eletive helps identify employee engagement and wellbeing issues with a structured way to get employees' feedback. It's easy to use from both the respondents' and managers' perspectives. Eletive is more modern and allows us to create as many surveys per year as we want.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

The logic for building surveys is quite difficult and it's not possible to make many changes afterward. In addition, customized surveys are not easy to create in a way that allows for meaningful statistical analysis. Also, the initial setup is quite difficult to understand with all the attributes and settings.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

We really like how Eletive works, it's easy to use for everybody and helps us get on-the-go feedback without having to wait until the end of a survey. We much appreciate the flexibility of Eletive in general. The clear outcomes we get are a great plus, along with the ability to use PowerPoints to share results and set up good actions involving all employees. It’s incredibly user-friendly and enables employees to give feedback easily in just a couple of minutes, which helps us gather as great feedback to work with. Eletive allows leaders to take action on the spot and action plan together with our teams. It helps is to stay in touch with what’s going on at the workplace and improve.

Nothing, its the best engagement survey system we've ever used.

I love that you are able to chat with employees when someone has left a comment, it makes it so much easier to get context to the matter.

I wish that Eletive would have a better notification system, sometimes managers don't get a notification when someone has left a comment.

We as HR get a good overview of how the organisation is doing, feeling etc. It gives us guidance in what to focus on in the near time and also longer perspective. The managers also get a good understanding of their team and can se trends - both positive and negative.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

I find Eletive simple to set up and using it has been easy and pain-free. I also like that it's easy to dig deeper into the results per segment, which helps us since we're spread across many countries. It's nice to see how we are doing per location and it's good that we can show managers their own teams' results. Additionally, the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) were helpful with the setup, and importing data was easy.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Exporting heat maps did not work optimally in the beginning, apparently it's been improved but I haven't had the chance to test yet.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eletive standardizes our employee satisfaction questions and helps us measure engagement against industry benchmarks. It's easy to set up and analyze results by location, which is great for our global team. Managers can easily view their team's results, making it valuable for us.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

On the Eletive platform, it is quite easy to make changes to the questionnaire and to add open-ended questions. In addition, we have full control over our data and planning. The system is user-friendly and makes it simple to send reminders to participants. The heatmap is a great tool for gaining insights into the results of large groups or departments within our organization. The functionality that allows you to deep dive into the scores and responses for a large group is very helpful.
The support of Sandra, the senior succes manager, is really great. She is experienced, helpful and friendly. It is great to work with her.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

The downside of the platform is that it takes a lot of time to structure and upload our personnel details. Furthermore, we work with dual-headed departments, which is not easy to implement in the system. For us, it would be very helpful to create reports and presentations for an organizational unit and to view all departmental results (segments) in one presentation, including benchmark details. Unfortunately, this is not possible.

There is no significant issue. Through our engagement surveys, we will gain valuable insight into how employees experience their work, their collaboration with colleagues, and what it is like to work for Rijk Zwaan.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

I like that Eletive provides insights on 12 key measurements and allows us to see the score over a period of time. These measurements cover clear and important areas which are often not discussed regularly. Eletive asks about those specific topics, ensuring we collect data and understand how people feel, which we wouldn't be able to do as frequently without Eletive. Additionally, there are a lot of settings you can adjust, which I find very nice because it lets you decide what you want to see and ask.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

In the 12 key measurements, there were actually no questions about Pay or Diversity and Inclusion. I added them myself, and those topics are very important in our organization, so I think if I would not have added them myself, I would miss a lot of information. There are a lot of settings you can adjust in the platform, which is nice, but as an administrator, I am not aware of all the options because there are so many. Sometimes you miss some things or something is not clear because I haven't adjusted a specific setting, and my managers think the platform is not working properly. Even one of our teams stopped using Eletive because of this misunderstanding, which was not necessary in my opinion. The difference between us using OfficeVibe and Eletive now is that the participation rate has dropped dramatically, and we cannot seem to do anything to fix that, which is our biggest issue right now.

I use Eletive to measure employee engagement. It helps us find and address blind spots in the employee experience and provides insights on 12 key measurements, enabling us to discover how people feel about important topics more frequently.

Costs are significant if you are a small company trying to use a survey platform for the first time.

Provides the opportunity to give feedback anonymously and this already showed us more (honest) insights than just by a chat. Saves a lot of time when you have set the structure and pulse moments.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Onboarding is very simple and well structured. You get support where you need it. The platform itself is easy to use, add your own questions and compare yourself with the benchmark. It's fun to use it and evaluate it in a variety of ways. The setting of who should act as manager is also very customizable. In general, individual settings are possible which are relevant for the company. Good solution for employees who do not have a business e-mail address.

There are many languages available, but some of the translations are not entirely accurate or lead to confusion.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before eletive, we had a paper version of the survey, which made the evaluation very time-consuming. The evaluation is now up to date and also allows different filters, e.g. by age. This allows us to respond more specifically to employees' needs. Everything is already recorded digitally and can be easily exported without any effort.

I really like that Eletive is simple to use, understandable, and intuitive. This allows me to find what I'm looking for more easily and to understand the results without getting lost in complicated dashboards. The initial setup was also trouble-free, as we were well supported.

I find the Excel extraction in .csv of the Heatmap to be poorly optimized.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive stands out for its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Both employees and administrators can navigate the platform with minimal instruction. The dashboard is clean and well-organized, making it easy to access survey results, track participation rates, and analyze trends.
The implementation process was smooth and well-supported. From initial setup to full deployment, Eletive customer success managers provided clear guidance and that helped us tailor the system to our organizational needs. Customer support has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable. Whether we had questions about customization, data exports, or technical issues, the support team was quick to assist and often went beyond expectations to ensure our satisfaction. Their proactive communication during updates and maintenance windows is also appreciated. The most important function for us is also the automated advice the system gives participants after they fill out the survey, it gives employees ownership over their own happiness.

What I dislike about Eletive is mostly linked to some feautures only being available in more expensive packages.

Lack of Real-Time Employee Insights
Before Eletive, we relied on annual surveys that provided outdated snapshots of employee sentiment. Eletive solves this by enabling continuous feedback through frequent pulse surveys. This gives us real-time visibility into engagement levels, allowing us to respond quickly to emerging issues.

I find the automatically generated reports very useful. The help from the customer success agent is also something I appreciate. Moreover, the initial setup was fairly easy thanks to the good support from Eletive.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I find the UX and UI for comparing results with the past and the instructions for different fields in the tool itself open to improvement. Additionally, we would like to adjust the order of open questions, however, it is not possible to place them between the standard questions.

With Eletive, I gain insight into the engagement of our workforce from different locations and we use the segment reports to implement improvements.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive has been a great addition to our school. It's very user-friendly and offers a wide range of features. The integration process was smooth, and the customer service has been outstanding. We’ve especially appreciated the support from our Customer Success Manager, Raphaelle, who has been consistently helpful and responsive.

So far, we’ve used the system primarily for our annual surveys due to internal processes, but we’re planning to implement the pulse survey functionality soon. Overall, Eletive delivers excellent value for money, and we’re very pleased with the platform. We have no plans to switch systems.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Not much to say here. The only thing I can think of is that they're not located physically in Norway, but the online meetings have worked well for us so far.

The employee pulse survey tool has been a great asset for tracking progress over time. Its user interface looks good. Features like exporting data, adding comments, and following up on responses make it especially useful for ongoing engagement efforts. Overall, it’s a practical and user-friendly solution for keeping a pulse on the organization.

For both HR-users and managers, it's complicated to change between dates and understand and compare between periods. In that sense, it's not that intuitive.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

We have just kicked off our first survey and are extremely satisfied so far. The experience from contact with the salespeople and thorough onboarding together with customer success has been beyond all expectations. There was patience and understanding from the sales team regarding our requests and timeline moving forward. The onboarding might be the most thorough and professional I have ever experienced when it comes to system support! We look forward to working more data-driven with employee engagement in our organization.

Nothing to complain about! We have just gotten started and are very satisfied.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have worked with employee survey tools before, and it has been an integral part of working with the staff in the organization. However, previous system support has been dreadful when it comes to reports and insights. It took a long time, and it felt like more problems were highlighted than could be solved. Now we will be able to work more confidently with good data, fantastic reports that require no extra admin, and an awesome employee/manager experience.

Simple, intuitive interface. Intelligible questions that make sense. Based on science. Runs well on any web browser. Slick design and feature-rich without being bloated. In summary, great UX.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Links that come with e-mail notifications are click-once only. If, for example, you receive a notification about a new survey, click the link and start filling out the survey, but get interrupted and then want to continue the following day, clicking the same link renders a message that goes something like "You've already responded to this survey", except I haven't even responded to the first question. There are ways to get to the survey anyway, but I perceive it as a tad tricky.

I'm just a regular user/employee. This question is better addressed to HR or management.

The operation is intuitive, which makes using Eletive very convenient. The interactions are simple and informative at all levels, the support is excellent (thank you Johanna and Raphaelle!) For now, the application meets all our needs (questionnaire validated by a psychologist and completely anonymous, effective alert channel, export of results). We are delighted!

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Currently, I see absolutely no weaknesses!

Being a small family business where everyone knows each other, we had difficulties obtaining objective and sincere feedback from our teams on areas for improvement. Eletive allows us to offer a tailored/coherent questionnaire (as it is created by psychologists), targeting all professional issues in a completely anonymous way. It also provides us with an external and anonymous alert channel, which frees up the speech of those who might need to report complicated situations. The ability to export results for analysis and to communicate with Eletive's representatives for advice is a real advantage!

What I like best is how easy the platform is to use - the onboarding process went smoothly, and any questions were answered quickly, either by contact person or the support team. Scheduling surveys is also straightforward and efficient.

As for downsides, it's still too early to tell du to limited usage so far. However, getting reliable results from rulular Pulse surveys might prove challenging -time will tell.

They walk the talk (they do what they say and they say what they do).
The survey is easy to implement, the plateform is user-friendly and having the results in real time is very helpful!
The relationship with our Customer Success Manager and the support we get from her whenever we need it is also making a huge difference for us.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

There is nothing really that we dislike about Eletive and we don't see real downside. 
This is the the second year in the row that we have been using the Eletive plateform for our annual employee engagement survey. As a result, we are getting more familiar with the plateform and see some area for improvement. These would be more as nice to have rather than downside. As an example, it would be very insightful to get a distribution of the eNPS ratings.

The problem that Eletive is solving is giving our employees a user-friendly and secured channel to express themselves and share their perception on their wellbeing and development.  The valuable feedback helps us to implement an appropriate action plan leading to positive change at Advanzia,  and also foster a culture of collaboration, openness and constructive dialogue!

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive offers lots of nice features in one place. It is modern and user-friendly from the administrator's but also end user's perspective. The best thing is that is serves the organisation on several levels; self-leadership tool for employees and leadership tool for managers.

The pulse surveys are powered by machine learning, thus it adapts to the persons' answers - something that's almost a must nowadays. You can also easily change the frequency based on what suits your organisation best. Eletive also has great features offering insights and enabling support conversations based on the pulse survey answers, while still maintaining anonymity.

Our organisation also likes 1to1 meeting support and 360 surveys which can be used creatively, not just with the traditional approach. 

Eletive's customer support is also great - they have lovely people that care about their customers and aim to solve our needs quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Nothing really. I don't think there's anything which would be worse than with any competitor tools.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement correlates with customer engagement and business results. Using Eletive's pulse surveys gives us information about our employees' engagement levels and which areas we need to improve. It offers managers insights about their team members and also serves as a self-leadership tool for every single employee. 

We also use Eletive's 360 survey as a feedback tool integrated to our performance management model. It gives our employees a chance to get written feedback from their colleagues, which helps us improve and develop personally and as an organisation.

Once the onboarding of the platform is done, it is very easy to maintain. Pulse surveys and other features are running smoothly, so we can focus on other things :-)

The best thing about Eletive is that it is easy for the employee to answer the survey, all they need is their employment number and then they are in. It is also easy to change the questions and customize them so they fit our company.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

What is less good is that it is difficult to get a coherent history. In our company, employees are often moved, which makes it difficult to have coherent results. It could also be that I've missed a step and that it's easy to transfer results but I haven't really got the hang of it.

Right now none, but we hope that we can get a better picture with the passage of time of how our employees experience what it is like to work with us. And what we must get better at in order to become an attractive and valued employer for our employees.
