What do you like best about Eletive?

We use Eletive both for employee surveys and for 1 to 1 conversations. Also for creating our own surveys. Different experiences for different use cases.

Employee surveys: The results are good and clearly presented, both in the system and if you choose to export to a PPP. It's good that in the system you can click further into each question, and then also get tips on how to work with the result if it is low. The questions are good and relevant, and it's good that there are comparative figures from the industry.

1 to 1: It's good that the possibility to work with Performance management is available in the same system. It's good that you can create your own templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

Employee Surveys: What I miss is a clear way to compare by segment with the entire organization or with previous results for the same group.

1 to 1: I miss the ability to track at the organizational level how many conversations have been conducted. It should be such that when a manager has had a conversation, they click on Complete so that both the manager and the main administrator can track feasibility. I also miss "templates" in the question set to set goals and activities for the coming year. This should also carry over to next year's conversation as a follow-up point. What do you like best about Eletive?

I find Eletive easy to use with its intuitive design and good, friendly support. It's very easy to set up and adapt to the way our organization is organized, which I appreciate. It has many features and presents data in a very helpful way. It's easy for our employees to use and allows us to monitor and segment our workforce into teams, projects, and departments effectively. What do you dislike about Eletive?

What do you like best about Eletive?

We really like how Eletive works, it's easy to use for everybody and helps us get on-the-go feedback without having to wait until the end of a survey. We much appreciate the flexibility of Eletive in general. The clear outcomes we get are a great plus, along with the ability to use PowerPoints to share results and set up good actions involving all employees. It’s incredibly user-friendly and enables employees to give feedback easily in just a couple of minutes, which helps us gather as great feedback to work with. Eletive allows leaders to take action on the spot and action plan together with our teams. It helps is to stay in touch with what’s going on at the workplace and improve. "Streamlined Employee Engagement with Smooth Setup"
What do you like best about Eletive?

I find Eletive simple to set up and using it has been easy and pain-free. I also like that it's easy to dig deeper into the results per segment, which helps us since we're spread across many countries. It's nice to see how we are doing per location and it's good that we can show managers their own teams' results. Additionally, the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) were helpful with the setup, and importing data was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eletive?

On the Eletive platform, it is quite easy to make changes to the questionnaire and to add open-ended questions. In addition, we have full control over our data and planning. The system is user-friendly and makes it simple to send reminders to participants. The heatmap is a great tool for gaining insights into the results of large groups or departments within our organization. The functionality that allows you to deep dive into the scores and responses for a large group is very helpful.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

The downside of the platform is that it takes a lot of time to structure and upload our personnel details. Furthermore, we work with dual-headed departments, which is not easy to implement in the system. For us, it would be very helpful to create reports and presentations for an organizational unit and to view all departmental results (segments) in one presentation, including benchmark details. "Comprehensive Employee Insights with Some Configuration Hurdles"
What do you like best about Eletive?

I like that Eletive provides insights on 12 key measurements and allows us to see the score over a period of time. These measurements cover clear and important areas which are often not discussed regularly. Eletive asks about those specific topics, ensuring we collect data and understand how people feel, which we wouldn't be able to do as frequently without Eletive. Additionally, there are a lot of settings you can adjust, which I find very nice because it lets you decide what you want to see and ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

In the 12 key measurements, there were actually no questions about Pay or Diversity and Inclusion. I added them myself, and those topics are very important in our organization, so I think if I would not have added them myself, I would miss a lot of information. There are a lot of settings you can adjust in the platform, which is nice, but as an administrator, I am not aware of all the options because there are so many. Sometimes you miss some things or something is not clear because I haven't adjusted a specific setting, and my managers think the platform is not working properly. Even one of our teams stopped using Eletive because of this misunderstanding, which was not necessary in my opinion. The difference between us using OfficeVibe and Eletive now is that the participation rate has dropped dramatically, and we cannot seem to do anything to fix that, which is our biggest issue right now. What do you like best about Eletive?

Onboarding is very simple and well structured. You get support where you need it. The platform itself is easy to use, add your own questions and compare yourself with the benchmark. It's fun to use it and evaluate it in a variety of ways. The setting of who should act as manager is also very customizable.
