What do you dislike about Teamspective?

Complexity for Smaller Teams: Teams with fewer members may find the full range of analytics tools and options excessive, as many insights may be better suited to larger organizational structures.

What do you like best about Teamspective?

When we started benchmarking different feedback tools, it was essential for us that the tool combines various elements of feedback: most importantly employee pulse, peer feedback & public appreciations. The collaboration with Teamspective has been smooth and we have especially appreciated the personal level of customer service they can provide. I like how Teamspective's feedback model fits well with our organisation culture. There are not many solutions that are not top-down in a way that the manager wouldn't be in charge of feedback. I love how Teamspective is helping our people to take responsibility for their own feedback and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamspective?

This is not something I personally dislike, but I think Teamspective might not be the best feedback tool for more traditional, hierarchical organisations looking primarily for a performance evaluation tool for managers. Teamspective's best feature is the peer feedback part, and if the tool would mainly be used for top-down performance evaluations, I think you won't get the most out of Teamspective. At least for our organization the purpose of Teamspective is to help our people to be in charge of their earning and development so if that's not part of your company culture, maybe there are better options for purely evaluation purposes. I know Teamspective has created a new evaluation feature as well with interesting looking analysis features but we haven't yet tried it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teamspective?

I have been working with Teamspective about 6 months now and it has been a pleasure because it runs without issues or need for my continuous supervision, unlike many other HR softwares I have worked with. Teamspective pulse surveys bring up issues quickly, guide people to take action and allow us to focus on improvement instead of admin work.

Teamspecitve provides in-depth and analytical reports on our employee well-being and motivation on many levels, and still from respondents' perspective, it only takes few seconds per pulse to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there is none. We started our Teamspecitve use as one of their first customers, and not all the features that the tool has today did not exist back then. Still, the cooperation and the tool development together with Teamspective and other customers have been fluent and fun, which I greatly value from our partners.
