What I disliked was the percentage charged for the cash option to redeem the vouchers. I would have preferred a fee of around 3%, but the platforms were charging 7%. Yes plum helps me in getting what i want from the huge variety of stores available there. On top of that i need not pay any cash to purchase goods or services because of the gift cards/vouchers which helps me a lot to purchase things. And their customer service is excellent and you never have to lose rewards if you made a mistake while purchasing products beacuse of their excellent customer service.
