There is a large variety of gift cards available in Asia, offering a wide range of options for consumers. These include gift cards for popular retail stores, restaurants, online platforms, entertainment, travel, and more, catering to diverse preferences and occasions across the region.
Their CS team is working on improving their flows and listening to their clients' feedback.

**What do you dislike about Xoxoday?**

Not all gift cards are available immediately, and sometimes this can cause issues.

Xoxoday offers a wide variety of gift cards across numerous countries throughout Asia. Their extensive selection includes options suitable for different occasions and preferences, making it a convenient choice for gifting needs in the region.

**What do you like best about Xoxoday?**

The most helpful thing about Xoxoday is there are to many vouchers of too many countries and its easy to operate. I use it frequently. The implementation of voucher is easy.

**What do you dislike about Xoxoday?**

the least helpful thing about Xoxoday is it crashes too much and we have to wait until 24 hours to solve that problem.

The problem im facing is, finding different types of vouchers we can get it on single platform that is too much benificial to me.

Good thing about Xoxoday is that I can add to my Amazon gift.

I have to do the exchange calculation myself, if the number exceeds, I have to go back and  re-do it. it's bothering

They have a lot of variety for GC.

They should improve the bugs they have.

The spiff in this software is great and so does rewards. It motivates us to work hard and increase performance.

Wrong data is reflecting, daily percentage of achievement is changing drastically and data is not updated on time .

Earlier it was a headache for me to track my spiff but this platform has made it easy to track and pay for spiffs.

It is not easy to redeem. The redemption code takes a while to reach to the official email.

I would not really be impressed on xoxo, only thing is the voucher will be getting by e-mail in a short time which is an advantage.
rather than nothing impressed me in xoxo for sure

Interface , Accecebility, and Payment redemption options are not too worthy for an ordinary person
Most of the other websites are taking more points to get minimum vouchers rather than Myntra and Amazone 
Direct cash withdrawal is not there

I really don't know what is beneficial in xoxo, earlier we used to get a gift card with ICICI or Amazone coupons, and compared to XOXO ICICI Card will be the best I believe, we are using that icici gift card in all our purchases this XOXO point is strictly insisted to purchase only related things

It was easy to explore and find the best value coupons for myself. There were many categories of coupons to avail from.

I had picked a coupon for Disney+ Hotstar but the coupon did not work and at last after failed customer support I switched in value for Amazon Prime.

Xoxoday Plum failed to resolve my issue as their Disney+ Hotstar failed to work and the customer support did not function well at all.

The idea is great I like it alot, so much so that my company is considering using in the future. But only when the processing speed has increased.

**What do you dislike about Xoxoday?**

How long it takes to receive the order. You need to make sure that it can be received sooner, my colleagues would not like to have to wait longer than a few days.

**Recommendations to others considering Xoxoday:**

I guess at the moment patience is the only reccomendation. However I think given time this will become a great product.

The idea of which gifts to give to our employees, since they would be heavily taxed this actually gives them power to be able to use the gift cards as they wish.

Customer service. Customer care agent was proactive.

Hidden charges. No exciting factor. Redemption options were not great.
