What do you like best about Xoxoday?

Yes plum helps me in getting what i want from the huge variety of stores available there. On top of that i need not pay any cash to purchase goods or services because of the gift cards/vouchers which helps me a lot to purchase things. And their customer service is excellent and you never have to lose rewards if you made a mistake while purchasing products beacuse of their excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Xoxoday?

While Plum is overall a great platform, one area for improvement could be the speed of loading certain pages or reward catalogs, which can sometimes lag. Additionally, a few more customization options for branding or messaging templates would be helpful to better align with internal communication styles. What do you like best about Xoxoday?

I have been using Xoxoday for a long time now, and my experience has always been excellent. The platform is very reliable, easy to navigate, and keeps improving with time. What I really like is the consistency in their service—every order I’ve placed has been smooth, timely, and of great quality.

1. Empuls provides facility to encourage and appreciate our colleagues serving as a booster for continued growth and development

2. It also helps with custom wish quotes, sharing points as rewards, etc which helps in boosting employees growth

3. The points redeem facility is very smooth and instanteous and partnerships among all major brands, allows us to use the points in whatever category we wish to purchase in

What do you dislike about Xoxoday?

I find Xoxoday incredibly valuable for addressing the challenges we faced with employee gifting. Previously, selecting gifts that appealed to everyone was a significant hurdle, as personal preferences varied widely. However, the introduction of Xoxoday Vouchers has been transformative, allowing employees the freedom to purchase exactly what they desire. The availability of vouchers for major online portals like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra is immensely advantageous, considering these platforms offer an extensive array of products that cater to diverse interests. My employees appreciate being able to contribute their funds to these vouchers to make more significant purchases, thereby enhancing their satisfaction and autonomy. Furthermore, I was impressed with how easy the initial setup was for Xoxoday, thanks to the helpful support from the assigned personnel. What do you dislike about Xoxoday?

I find the credit card transaction fees with Xoxoday problematic, as they charge a 3.5% fee. This fee often discourages me from using my credit card for transactions, forcing me to rely on NEFT instead. What do you like best about Xoxoday?

We have been using Empuls and it is a great tool for employee engagement, surveys, internal communication and culture care. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, and the customer support we have received so far was fast and kind too. What do you like best about Xoxoday?

I like that Xoxoday makes the rewards experience so easy and fun. There are a lot of different choices on the platform, from gift cards to experiences, which makes it feel like it was made just for you. I also like how easy it is to use and how quickly I can get my rewards. It's a great way to feel like you matter and are important. From an admin's point of view, Xoxoday is great because it can be changed and grown. It makes it easier to run employee recognition and reward programs by giving you powerful analytics and customization options. The ability to automate workflows and work with our current HR systems saves time and makes sure that everything is done the same way every time. What do you dislike about Xoxoday?

While Xoxoday is a great place, there are some things that could be better. The overall experience is bad for the user when the redemption process is slow (Some vouchers take longer time to be get generated) or limited by regional restrictions. I think the platform needs more customizable reporting and better ways to connect with internal systems as an admin.
