What do you like best about Capterra?

I found setting up Capterra incredibly easy, making it one of the simplest platforms I've ever configured. I also valued the ability to easily access and review a wide range of products, which helped me in researching and learning about products before trying them. What do you dislike about Capterra?

I find Capterra's approach a bit 'scammy' at times, which has completely put me off from using them. There seem to be transparency issues, particularly with how reviews are published or not. I wish they were more communicative about why a review might not be published, instead of leaving me to figure it out. This lack of clarity and communication made my experience frustrating. Capterra conducts periodic audits and may remove reviews that no longer meet updated guidelines or are deemed not sufficiently accurate or current. Capterra is a wide platform for software reviews. I get authentic reviews from it the software I use eg, canva, filmora, pexels, wix etc. for my company. As business development manager I need to pick the best marketing tools for my work to get easier. Capterra provide the latest software available for my marketing work. I can easily find what software I can use. Comparing marketing software or tools what is best for my work as a marketer. Howeever G2 also is must reliable for me interm of searching great software they provide actual screenshot that I using the software.This are the two site I recommend so far.
