  ### 2. Clunky, outdated and basic

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateusz M. | TechOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It technicly works if your needs are very simple and basic.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Their support is atrotious, admins features are less then basic and their manual do not correspond to reality.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide unified periodic review process and interface and prompt users for periodc feedback. If you don't need any sophisticated options it usually works well enough.

  ### 3. Reflektive is a great partner to facilitate Annual Reviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamiyyet B. | Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektiv is an intuitive platform that we have used at our company to facilitate annual reviews and performance evaluation at our company. It is also pretty comprehensive because it is also an employee engagement survey software. It's really able to give the Human Resources team and managers a holistic view of employees and their relationship to the firm. Reflektiv is useful to use as a team on either a quarterly or an annual basis. They also have analytical capabilities which helps the team and managers derive insights from the results. This is helpful especially for larger teams and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

What I dislike about the Reflektiv software is that I wish there were more prepopulated templates that we could tweak as a Human Rsources team and manager cohort to adjust and customize for the needs of our company. I also wish there was more opportunities for the tool to be integrated with other software tools such as Workday. The G-mail integration specifically is pretty clunky and doesn't always work as expected. Depending on how you set up the tool, it is also difficult to have a "birds eye view" and integrate goals and KPIs across various departments

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Reflektive will probably meet all of your organization's baseline needs as it relates to performance reviews and employee engagement surveys. However, if integrating with other software (Workday or Gmail) is very important or essential to your internal business operations I would recommend perhaps also consider looking into other solutions because this is where Reflective falls short.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using the Rflektive software we are solving and enhancing the employee engagement survey process as well as giving regular performance reviews including slef feedback and 360 feedback from peers. We are also using it to assess employee satisfaction and gather feedback from the companies employees about what they think, how they feel, and any improvements or ideas they have that can make our organization better.

  ### 6. Personal opinion

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

UI interface. Elegant and smooth. Easy to use.
The application is highly customisable. For each employee they can view their full organization tree like on a company level, department level, team level. This feature is very useful when you want to appreciate on specific level.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Nothing that I could think of at this moment.
Reflektive can implement a remainder for employee goals for each quarter. Right now, I don't get a remainder when I'm behind on a goal . This would be good to have

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's very good for employee engagement and performance management. It has a reward sharing option for every feedback given to one another. If you have any reward points and want to appreciate your team member, you can transfer them which can redeemed in form of a gift card.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement. Employee feedback and reviews and performance management
Employee rewards programs. Emoyee OKRs.

  ### 10. User-friendly and Easy to Teach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive is really user friendly and looks good as a site. It's not clunky and has just the right amount of features without being overwhelming. The reporting feature is also really useful to view usage and determine who our top adopters are. Finally, all the updates that have been made are appreciated and seem to address a lot of the gaps we felt were there early on (such as adding the option for a second manager).

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

People often forget about it - we have to really remind people about its benefits to get people to remember to log in and utilize it because it feels like an extra step right now. This should get easier the longer we've been using it though, and also the new integrations (such as with Microsoft Teams) will help too.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

See what you can integrate it with. We have plans to eventually integrate it with our HRIS, we have it integrated to Outlook and then hope to integrate it with MS Teams in the near future to encourage ad-hoc use outside of the prescribed performance review cycle.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retaining performance review materials is much easier this way. One unexpected benefit is that when employees change managers they don't have to feel like they're starting from scratch with their new manager, because they still have access to their old feedback and performance notes.

  ### 11. Performance Reviews management is efficient. Could be better

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The ability to be collaborative when choosing topics for my weekly meetings with my Manager.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I wish I could see the changes my Manager makes on our 1:1 in real time.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's a great tool for streamlining meetings.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are streamlining our internal meetings and keeping teammates connected from afar.

  ### 13. Great Performance Management System. User Friendly But Could Improve on the Admin and Reporting Side

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that there are different dashboards such as 1:1, Goals, Review, Polls, Intelligence, and Feedback. The 1:1 meetings ang goals have been valuable.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I dislike how difficult it is on the administrative side. It is buggy sometimes and it is difficult to move around questions when creating reviews. There is minimal export features in reports. It would be great if there were more import functionality. There is no easy way to export the data to provide in a presentation or a report so there is a lot of copying and pasting into different programs to summarize the information in Reflektive.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

If you are looking for a performance management system and there is not many roles or no need for too much customization then this is great. Customer support is wonderful. It is really user friendly. It is okay on the administrative side.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive is providing a resource for understanding firm expectations and our employees' performance. It allows us to communicate performance and promotional expectations. It provides support for career paths and advancements. It also champions our high performing and accountable culture.

  ### 14. Reflektive couldn't be easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

1. Very user friendly. 2. Love seeing the goal trees 3. Love that it gives you reminders of things you need to do, including sending recognition. 4. Love that it creates a mini org chart. 5. Love the ability to see other people's goals. 6. Love that it has a performance appraisal tool built in. 7. Exporting completed reviews is so easy! 8. Love the ease of redemption of awarded points within the system.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

1. Dislike that we can't control the "Tags" people use. We'd rather have that be an administrator created list. 2. Hate that we can't change a goal from Completed status straight to Archived status. (You have to change from Completed to Active, then Save, then go back in and change from Active to Archived.) 3. I wish we could see multiple goal trees at the same time, especially the organizational goal trees. 4. For point redemption I wish there was a. a search feature b. a way to filter by categories c. a description of each organization at which you can make a redemption.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the process of becoming a more focused, goal driven organization. We are getting better at recognizing exceptional work, and getting better at giving more frequent performance feedback.

  ### 15. An easy to use and comprehensive talent management platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love that Reflektive is easy to use and administer, whether setting up processes on the back end or as an employee engaged in the process as an end user. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, and there is really good support when you run into an issue or have a questions. I like how quick it is to set up performance processes for different employee groups and test them before deployment. Reflektive also provides a lot of support and how-to documents on their website so that HR teams don't have to create user-guides and training from scratch which is definitely a value added service.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I think it would be helpful if there was functionality to support career ladders/competencies in Reflektive since this ties closely to performance. That's the only area of opportunity I can think of to make Reflektive better.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Consider whether your current HRIS can integrate with Reflektive so that information flows accurately between the systems. You can also drop other tools and find savings since Reflektive has a lot of functionality that you may lean on stand alone services for (e.g. engagement surveys, recognition platforms, etc.)

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Reflektive has many additional features like 1:1 meeting note functionality, goals, Kudos recognition, and engagement surveys so that you can do a lot more than just performance management (which was our initial reason for implementing Reflektive). We have benefitted from the use of all of these functions such as 360 reviews and Kudos to make our culture more performance and recognition focused. The Slack and Google Calendar plug-ins are added benefits as well.

  ### 16. Great Performance Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love that you're able to create goals and align them to business goals. It makes your work more meaningful with instant feedback and recognition.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There are no downsides I have experienced yet on Reflektive.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It is a very easy to use system. Your employees will enjoy keeping up with goals, seeing the instant feedback, and able to interact with their supervisor with their to-do lists and goals. Supervisors are able to mark off the lists easily.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant feedback and recognition is something our firm is utilizing and loving.

  ### 17. A Great Way To Make Appreciation Part of Your Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynnette B. | Content Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Using Reflektive to thank a coworker is so much better than just sending them an email because they get recognized by the whole company and can also cash in their points for rewards! This tool empowers every employee to recognize the people that have done stellar work!

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

When we did reviews this year, the data from last year's reviews was gone. It'd be nice to have the historical references in there.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on a remote team, this is a great way to build relationships virtually!

  ### 18. Very intuitive platform to provide and receive feedback.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Another advantage of new technology is that it allows companies to automate functions that previously required employees. Tasks like data entry and analytics, bookkeeping, and contact management can be partially or completely automated, which allows businesses to work more efficiently without the risk of human error.

There’s a reason that computers replaced typewriters, emails replaced paper mail and faxes, Slack has replaced (some) emails: Communication is king. Companies are constantly looking to improve and accelerate communication, and new technology is built with that need in mind.

With the growth of the freelancer economy – freelancers are expected to become the majority of the U.S. workforce by 2027 – and many companies adopting flexible work-from-anywhere policies, employees need to be able to access technology systems remotely. Implementing the newest technology allows organizations to connect with the best talent, all over the world, instantly.

The goal for any new office technology is to speed up workflow processes, giving your employees the ultimate resource – more time – to focus on the important work.

Businesses best their competitors by being able to respond to data, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions quickly – new technology and analytics give them the tools to do so. Your business simply can’t afford to move at a 1998 or 2008 pace in 2018.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The UI can be sometimes slow to load and might be helpful if we can see a lot of options on the dashboards.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Goal Management: Set goals as public or private, view goal reports, use check-ins to pull up goals and talk about progress, recall real-time feedback for visibility and adjust goals as needed.
Check-Ins: The check-in feature allows managers to construct questions for their employees to answer. It facilitates light conversations between managers and employees.
Analytics and Reporting: Access data and visualizations by department, location and other sub-groups. Uncover biases, pinpoint achievements and view compensation information.
Performance Reviews: Create performance reviews with the option to customize question types and anonymity settings. The system autosaves reviews and displays them in an intuitive format. Reflektive integrates with HRIS technologies such as BambooHR and Workday.
1:1 Meetings: Talk through Slack, email, Reflektive or mobile devices to set 1:1 agendas. Track conversations by date, follow-up on past items, use the system’s conversation starters and mark topics as discussed. You can tie 1:1s back to goals and feedback.
Employee Engagement: The employee engagement module provides anonymous surveys for employees to submit feedback on your organization. Gain access to HR insights with year-round surveys and polls.

  ### 19. Excellent tool for managing goals and achievements within your organization.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Great software were the user can be able to manage their future goals, also it allows the user to see if you are in track or behind on a specific goal. Also, it reminds the user on alignment conversations and other tasks that must be done. This software is very user friendly and it does not require much effort to be able to denominate the system, I would recommend this software for all my colleges inside the accounting industry.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Feedback message always appears on the home screen, maybe these recommendation may appear on an icon and not on the top of the page. This would help the home screen by eliminating unnecessary clutter that the user may not want to visualize for the moment. A suggestion that I would also add, is that the percentage of the goals can be edited by the user, for example you a able to select complete, on track or behind. The problem is that which ever you select the percent is always in zero.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Employee focus is more clearer on what need to be done in their job, in order to be able to reach those goals entered in Reflektive.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to keep on track with my goals I established in the beginning of the year, this software give you the tools to be able to have a discussion with your performance advisor and receive quality feedback on your jobs. It helps the employee recognize what tasks needs more time to reach that client experience of an awesome job.

  ### 20. User Experience and Admin Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sari C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the customer support. Very friendly and quick to answer.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I do not like how buttons and actions are hidden. I think these should be in plain sight. I would also like to be able to choose full teams/departments and not have to enter individual names in when working through adding folks for quarterly reviews.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

None at this time.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing more 1:1's and quarterly reviews have been clarified and centralized in one place. Much better organization.

  ### 21. Great platform overall and is consistently improving each year.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Being able to customize by department and levels. Different security settings and being able to set up communication templates ahead of time are a plus.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

1) Not being able to customize deadlines by departments. We have separate comp cycles for certain teams, so having one deadline per step is confusing to those who have a different deadline. 2) Not being able to link my individual goal to a team goal in the goals view that is only viewed by my team vs the entire company. We were able to tag a person in the team goals (thanks to help from our Reflektive team), however, it would be great to not perform an extra step. 3) When someone gives thanks to another person, unfortunately the feedback doesn't show up for their manager, so our workaround is to also tag the manager in the thanks. However this sometimes causes confusion for the manager's manager as the feedback now shows up for both the direct report and manager side panels.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encouraging more 360 feedback for personal and professional development. Folks are more comfortable with providing feedback, including upward, each year.

  ### 22. A pretty sleek solution for tracking employee achievements and performance.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yagnesh S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Easy to track performance, Achievements, Employee surveys, Appraisal Cycles , reviews and ratings.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Reflektive can be addictive more like social media, Employees are mostly trying to get validation for their work through thanks and shoutouts, but the need for excess validation could be a demotivator. Appraisal cycle, Reflektive can be addictive more like social media, Reflektive can be addictive more like social media, Employees are mostly trying to get validation for their work through thanks and shoutouts, but the need for excess validation could be a demotivator.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It would be easier to implement this as a SaaS if you guys are short on the HR staff.

It reduces manual mundane tasks and automates most of the HR post recruitment activities.

Work recommend this tool to any SMB looking to reduce their spend towards HR staffing and looking for alternatives.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that this tool solved at our organization was monitoring and analyzing employee performance. It made the appraisal process which was very tedious a simple process.

A lot of time was saved, most of the tasks related to Employee performance and reviews were automated. easier for everyone to see their peers' performance and achievements.

The managers were able to provide feedback to their employees and employees could interact with their Managers to know more about the skills that were lacking.

It made the HR work a lot less messy and more organized. Easily integrated with Microsoft outlook to provide instant feedback on any achievement received via e-mail.

  ### 23. Review for reflektiv

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanuja B. | Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The below options available in Reflektiv are really helpful.
It makes overall performance review so much easier. Its is also great way to recognize work done well. This way the whole organization knows of recognition given to a particular person and it motivates others. The one on one option with your manager is also quite unique. Goal setting quite transparent in this tool.
The percentage tracking of goal is also a very good feature.
You can like and also comment on other's recognition which will help employees to stay motivated and encourage them. You can also search a coworker if you want to look up any of your specific team member. It is very efficient in terms of tracking goals and their completion. Overall a good survey management system
It makes the whole system quite transparent. The tool is Very user friendly and easy to use. It has all the important things combined in one place.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There is much to dislike here. Most of the features are quite good. But a few things that could be improved are number of filters can be improved and the maximum number of points is limited. It should be customizable.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It is a good way to share feedback and conduct performance appraisal

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refliktive helps solve a lot many problem. It helps in very efficient performance management. The talent recognition along with point system is also very good option which keeps employees motivated

  ### 24. Reflektive and its productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

the user interface is clean and simple to navigate, and set up of goals is a pretty smooth process. Once the struggles of setting up a review cycle, its pretty easy to navigate, complete and submit for both manager and employee. The ability to individually mark a % of a completed goal is nice, and gives good insight on how much you have completed, and where you should be. Initial set up of an employee is easy, and the feature to have a manager and secondary manager is very helpful for when you've gone through a reorg, and need both current and former manager to have access for a period of time.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Manageability. As an admin, I've found it difficult at times to get done what I need, from launching a review cycle that is aligned with our schedule, to helping problem solve issues with archiving. There have been many updates to the platform, some have been helpful, others have cause confusion for employees. Entering any information manually, such as goals, tactics, etc, somehow vanish over time, and are not traceable. This may be a feature that is already in place and I have just not used it yet, but having the ability to use a template yourself and bulk upload during a growth period would be very helpful for onboarding.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is very data driven, so having goals in place that will allow for productivity has been very beneficial for all depts. There are times, some more features would be nice to help increase productivity.

  ### 25. Reflektive centralizes reviews, feedback, and 1:1s to help me understand my performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that "thanks" are shown on 1:1/review pages so I can be reminded of what people thought I did well.

I like that the design feels modern.

I like the Slack integration that tags me when I'm thanked!

I like that I can easily see someone's department/role on their page.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I wish I could use more formatting options in my 1:1 notes, especially bullets! Markdown support in general would be great.

I wish that user avatars didn't have their aspect ratio broken in email notifications.

I wish the application were faster - some pages (or even the entire application) can be slow to load.

I wish the "Feedback" feature was easier to discover - I didn't know about it until I was poking around in the software while writing this review.

I wish I could view more levels of the org chart at once. Really, I'd like to be able to have the whole chart on my screen at once so I can scroll/zoom around it.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I'd recommend Reflektive to anyone considering it!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive serves as a hub for everything related to my performance. We use it to express thanks to other employees and do self/peer reviews.

One concrete benefit is that the 1:1 feature helps me queue up topics to discuss, take notes during the meeting, and revisit them in the future.

  ### 26. Simple Platform Useful for everyone at any level

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | HR Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Admin ability to log in and directly support a manager. a variety of systems do not provide this feature and it allows me to quickly support a manager without needing their input. the systems has a nice dashboard that gives all users an easy experience so that all people know whats going on at any time. the ribbons along the top allow for easy view and quick changing of the display and what you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Goals needs to have more variety to the way goals are entered. I am unable to create a goal of having something "less than" a specific amount. what if i need to have a goal of "have call times less than xxx..."? there is some work that can be done to support broad groups beyond the basics of how goals are set. there have also been a couple times when we are sign the system and while i have full admin rights, i am not able to view all of the responsibilities that come with being an admin. It is disappointing to know that while we have put multiple complaints and problems into the system, we are not seeing any sort of resolutions to our issues. there is also limited ability to mass upload or change after the information has been set in place. a mass changes system would help in making sure everything is editable when needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Try looking into HRIS Systems including UltiPro

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased viability across the company. teams now what other departments are doing and i really like that feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It ensures transparency between the reportee and the manager. One can write his goals and OKRs for the quarter and align them with their business vertical's goals.

It provides an opportunity to give a candid feedback and be vocal about how you feel. All your reviews and feedback can be read by HR too. Performance Review is streamlined because of this tool.

There is an option of initiating 1:1 conversations with your manager and anyone which can be tracked over time.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There are only 4 filters available to search for the public recognitions. Those are limited to your organization, your location, your department and your team. Ideally, filters should be extensive and a person should be able to view all the recognitions given by anyone by just searching for his name.

There is a limit of sending only 25, 50 points out of the monthly quota of 100 which kind of restricts a person to recognize only 4 people at max at a time.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Every organization should have an employee engagement and a performance management tool. Reflektive indeed serves the purpose.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a great tool to keep a record of your 1:1 conversations with your manager and revisit them later at any point.

We can maintain/set our goals and objectives for the quarter easily and keep on revisiting them. There is a progress bar associated with each of the objectives which helps in motivating people and tracking their continuous progress.

It helps in building strong emotional connect with the peers as normally, people don't appreciate each other.

  ### 28. It was good experience, good way to write for your subordinate and award them. Specially the rewards

if you want to recognize anyone you can tell it out loud and also award some points to the same, so that his recognition gets valued.
search coworkers and get to know about them, in which fields they are getting recognized.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

the aggregated comment on your subordinate should directly go to higher authority.
If i want to write anything for my senior i have to go through him.
however i would like to go to senior management directly.
Without informing my manager or senior i cant go.
i cant dig deep on my subordinate, i can look at their goals and how much they finished.

It is a very nice platform for everything you need.
bee it employee engagement or feedback or chasing goals.

I enjoy the capability within Reflektive to provide a measurable framework to set measurable goals to discuss with my manager.
It helps to keep ourselves in check and in line with what we were brought in to do.

Goal Setting and performance management and 1 :1 consulting.
We use it for thanking and appreciating colleagues. We also use it filling/collecting employee's quarterly feedback from their colleagues.
Communication between managers and employees.
The main objective for us was to achieve greater consistency and to have a consistent measuring system rather than uncommon annual calculation across the whole business.

It's difficult search the old data in the refletive looks like a time consuming, needs to improve this performance issue.

Regular performance tracking. Goal settings. The ultimate problem is to make the process streamlined and easier for all people. And also to have one portal to document all the performance-related feedback. I believe all these problems have been incorporated by this tool. I'm amazed at how one tool can add so much value to any organisation.
we were able to solve for all of these issues! ### 31. Best Employee Recognition and Goal Management System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karthik k. | Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

1) It has very good Recognition/Feedback feature. Where Employees can recognize the colleagues on the work they have done in their projects (or) any help they got from them. Recognition can be based on points system or he can send a thanks note to the team member. It is a very nice feature to motivate the team member and appreciate the help which we got. We can also redeem the points which we got in to coupons. We can redeem in most of the E-commerce and Movie ticket websites. This is very good feature in terms of enabling a good understanding between the employees

2) Reflective also has another nice feature which is Goals,. Manager or individual can setup goals based monthly , Quarterly. Good Tool for Performance Management in case if your looking for below three points
1) Recognition System
2) Goal management System

  ### 32. Peer to Peer collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay K. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive is very helpful in recognizing the efforts done by the team members and also provides the means for the organization to see how the team members are collaborating and value their efforts. Its great in organizing the one to one conversations woth your managers for timely feedback and setting the goals for individuals. It even encourages to appreciate the efforts of the team by giving reward points.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not as such. i could not find anything that i dislike. But i would like them to refine the goal setting process. Its confusing in the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Its an excellent application for peer to peer and peer to organization official engagements and feedback's. The engagement given by this application is second to none in this regard.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped in rewarding your fellow team members for the work and support they give and you even get some rewards yourself in the form of points and coupons.

  ### 33. Great tool for team work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ewa K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Recognition program (thank you note). It's an easy and simple way to say thank you. Additionally, other team members can see it, which gives visibility on the individual's work or achievements. Other peers can like it and add a comment. It's motivating and it promotes the culture of recognition and transparency. In general it's a great performance management tool that allows for 360 feeback. I can definitely recommend this tool for performance management.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I wasn't offered any tour how to use Reflektive. I think it would be good and would help to make sure I can make a full use of the application and its functions. I would also like to see a space on Reflektive for team's goal and objectives, mid term review and end of the year review, appraisals, etc to make it a perfect tool for management. I read that the tool offer this possibility, but again I haven't had a proper introduction. I also haven't explore it yet the priorities tasks and would like to have a better understanding of this in order to see if I can benefit from it in my day to day work. I'm sure there is much more I could make a use of.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Even though the tool is simple to use, ask an experience user to show you how to use all the features available.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to ensure I send appreciations to the team members on a regular basis and organise meetings with my team. Because everyone can see it in my organisation/ team, it encourages people to say thank you on a regular basis. It also reminds about the team one to one meetings.

  ### 34. Best in providing feedback, appreciating team and its members, setting goals and getting rewards.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kapil p. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Setting goals and their alignments. A user can set goal/s and update its progress and the manager can review it and give feedback. Also we get 100 points/month that we can share with almost 4 users and these points can be exchanged for rewards. And the best part is one cannot use his own points but can get any amount of points from others (there is no limit to receive points).
It has streamlined the entire process of performance review. Not the user can set his goals and the manager or other higher authorities can review these goals and a users performance can be easily evaluated.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There is no way to filter posts or other activities. We need to scroll all the way to bottom to find an event or post .
A search filter where in we can search a post by providing date as filter or by providing any keyword based on which we want to filter out all posted events/post.
Second option could be to search post by the name of user who posted it.This will help in finding and post easily and the user experience will be much better and enhanced.

The other think that I din't like is that we have predefined set of points (25,50,100) that we can send to other users. Many times I want to distribute my 100 points to 5 users but could not do that because of predefined set of points. I believe two more points (10pts,20pts) should be add to this set making it to a set of [10pts,20pts,25pts,50pts,100pts]. This will help me or any other user to distribute 100 points to a larger set of users.
If possible then a much better option will be that user will himself select how many points he/she wants to give to each user instead of selecting points from predefined set and then distributing it equally to all 4 users.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

The best performance measurement tool available so far.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has helped in providing one-one feedback, goal set up and its review by the managers.
Keeping a track of candidates progress and new goals achieved(its progress) has been more streamlined.
It also has huge benefits in increasing self-awareness, which is a key component of emotional intelligence, and in developing a better understanding of others which an indispensable part in corporate world.
By thinking critically about the success of your lessons plans and the outcomes they produced, and by putting time and effort into creative solutions to limitations and barriers to success, we can find innovative and impactful ways to refine our teaching skills for greater professional success.

  ### 35. Good platform for feedback, goal setting and motivation.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tilly T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that the platform is simple to use, very user friendly and intuitive. I enjoy the partner spotlights, it is very motivating to read through other people' accomplishments!

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

This is not so much of a downside, but rather a feature that I think would be cool to include: I wish we could add in team goals as well. That way we can demonstrate how our own goals match up, and help the team. I also think it would be a good place to write out what the company's mission and core values are, and potentially have employees who are writing partner spotlights, indicate which (if any) core values your work demonstrates. For example if I am writing a spotlight for my friend "Tina" there could be a drop down menu with the pre-selected company core values and I could indicate that her work on some recent project really lives up one of the core values (for example = creativity). This would then be tagged onto her profile.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I think that reflektive would be helpful to companies that do not yet have a software like this.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it is really helpful to track feedback and spotlights - I never did that before but I now have something to show when I am discussing the work that I have done. I also find that it is helpful to track my weekly check ins with my manager. Having a place I can jot down topics I want to chat about throughout the week is really helpful in guiding the conversation during our meetings.

  ### 36. Reflektive has made review time easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Senior Digital Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

There are a number of different reasons our organisation love Reflektive:
- The interactive features
- Houses everything in one place
- Reminds employees of when they need to complete each others reviews
- Integration with Outlook allows for feedback to be given to others without even needing to open the Reflektive website / app

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I have not found a feature that I dislike about Reflektive.

This has been a really useful tool for my organisation

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Please ensure everyone in the organisation receives training and is initially forced to use it. Once you get in the habit of using it, it becomes a really important, useful and helpful tool

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive has impacted my work in multiple ways:
- Reviews for everyone in the organisation has made things much simpler when it comes to review time. Prior to using Reflektive, we were using word docs, which were easily lost or hard to find in the files. This is highly beneficial, as it saves time searching through folders, and all that is needed is to open the Reflektive website
- Publicly giving positive affirmations to people which has helped boost morale in the team. This has been particularly useful during COVID, as we work from home because it allows for a public forum to give praise to colleagues for their hard work
- Displaying employee performance transparency, which helps everyone understand where they need to improve in order to be better at their jobs
- Overall it has been a really important tool for making review time easier, more efficient and ultimately giving everyone in the organisation time back to work on the feedback they have received on Reflektive and get better at their jobs!

  ### 37. Great platform for showing company-wide wins.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the best the fun feel about the platform, and how easy it is to use!

Everyone that I know around our business that uses it only has positive things to say about the platform, and it has a social media vibe to it which is commonly liked.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I don't particularly dislike anything, this is a very good platform. Every one that I've spoken to has said it is great, and I do not disagree at all!

Following on from this, my organisation seems to have become a happier place recognizing these wins.

Not every one see's each other on a daily basis, so getting an overview of recognition is good.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Consider your wins and sharing your achievements to gain recognition.

I recommend going for this platform, it provides a great way for employees to engage and understand each other roles, as well as having easy feedback and goal setting for your employees and your managers, this makes it a lot easier to keep track of goals and to understand the metric for these goals.

Along with this regular posts about what is going on in your organisation is a great way to keep everyone connected, and this has evident within my own use within the platform.

Definitely get this, it is a great piece of software and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Thank you, stay safe - and good luck with Reflektive.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits of seeing organisational wide wins is good to stay in touch.

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive has made life easier when it comes to performance checks. The UI and options available are really good. It is easy to use and self-explanatory. Also, the support is fast and it's easy to integrate this product in the lifecycle. I can personally feel It helps in saving time in comparison to the manual performance check process. It has made the entire process smooth and engaging too. Good job team. Keep it up.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There isn't much when it comes to dislike. Overall the product is awesome. There is still some scope of tweaking the UI and making it furthermore time-saving. For example, If someone has to see the report of 2 years back then he has to spend a lot of time searching for that. Such examples can be considered to make tweaking.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I just want you to make the downloading and accessing previous reports more smooth so that it will be more time-saving. The rest of the UI is good and serves the purpose.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular performance tracking. Goal settings. The ultimate problem is to make the process streamlined and easier for all people. And also to have one portal to document all the performance-related feedback. I believe all these problems have been incorporated by this tool. I'm amazed at how one tool can add so much value to any organization. Now no one misses the deadline to submit their feedback and inputs.

  ### 39. Great app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Very user-friendly and intuitive. I like that it's customizable for everyone to view. It's excellent because compliments are seen by a larger audience and more meaningful than just a slack message or email.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There are not many downsides, but I feel that employees often forget to utilize it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive has been great at boosting morale since everyone in the company can see your accomplishments. Increase in engagement.

  ### 40. Reflektive makes performance management so much easier!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Recognition wall with Slack, feedback tool, check-in module for performance reviews, 1:1 capabilities with google calendar and prompted questions, new survey features for onboarding/exit/covid

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Would love more comprehensive people analytics included with our package to understand more easily employees at risk for retention purposes. Additionally, it would be nice to have a more comprehensive integration with our HRIS to pull comp data and map to review process info for the people analytics portion.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, we were solving for always-on, real-time employee/peer recognition which was easily done with the recognition wall and integration with Slack. Additionally, it gives managers and employees the opportunity to request feedback on their own performance which helps work towards improving personal and professional growth.

Number two was to solve for an easier performance review process with calibration capabilities and teeing us up to move from a standard semi-annual cadence to a quarterly review process. Our prior PM system came with our HRIS and was not intuitive for employees/managers and did not provide enough customization for what we needed. The multiple options for review processes within Reflektive made it easy to setup internally as admins and made the process easy to follow for managers and employees. Additionally, the calibration piece was a great plus. Additionally, we wanted to implement more frequent check-ins between employee and managers to be able to recognize employees up for promotion or salary increases more frequently while also creating more visibility into those not performing as well.

With Reflektive, we were able to solve for all of these issues! Employees are receiving feedback from The light weight quarterly check-in process has made the new review process easy to implement as well as lead to more timely recognition for promotions and salary increases and also highlighted those employees who need improvement more quickly.

  ### 41. Good tool- missing some features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the easy to navigate interface. I like that I can easily move from one area to another. I also like the auto save feature. I am also a fan of how the tool integrates with our single sign on (Okta).

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I am not a fan of the lack of customization when it comes to how goals are done. I am also not a fan of how when goals are adjusted or changed that I get a notification email for every direct report, and every change on every goal. It makes no sense and I see no way to change it.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I have none

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and maintaining employee goals as well as 6 month reviews inside the tool. We also have the ability to thank and give praise in the tool, but not many people actually use it for that.

  ### 42. Excellent aid to support transition from traditional to continuous performance management.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish D. | Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

- Templates for career conversations introduced recently is useful.
- Administrator perspective also, provides a lot of value add. Creating goals, reviews is easy.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

- Reporting & Analytics - Is not real time, interface based. Reports are very static and csv files.
- Can be even more effective if it can build in the Calibration or Compensation decisions support.
- Surveys need to be more robust to link Engagement, Performance & Conversations.
- Leadership views of goals, reviews can be enhanced for better impact.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

  ### 43. Reflective is a great tool for Employee Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Love that employees have the opportunity to recognize anyone within the company and the manager can see all the recognition during the review process.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

It has been hard to get the tool to do what we need for our Review Process. We changed our Review process recently and unfortunately Reflective and our new process don't work as well as before. They have done a great job trying to help us.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

If you have a straight forward review process, it is a great tool. Love the Recommendation Tool

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition and Performance Reviews

  ### 44. Difficult to navigate and missing key features

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

How it shows users comments on the right while manager is writing their comments

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I find it very difficult to navigate between sections of reflective and the labelling isn’t clear, but really I just use the review section and scroll down to get to people.
I want to be able to send reminders in Reflektive to complete peer reviews.
I want goals to expire automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

You need to get employees on board with using it as it’s vital they keep their goals up to date

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It records notes on performance nicely

  ### 45. Reflektive is a great resource!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It enables us to recognize the hard work of employees at our organization and give credit where credit is due for various internal projects and workflow.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Nothing comes to mind at this current time.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive helps with internal communication and connection, since we have all been working from home, it is more important now than ever to be able to collaborate with each other. We have several key values without our organization and. Reflektive helps to remind employees of those values and encourage them throughout the org.

  ### 46. Best Thing for personal growth and career development....

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurleen S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the simplicity in design and easy navigation. There are many other good features as well but the simplicity always comes up as the top and primary thing which I love to see. One another thing is performance, i.e. all pages load ver quicky without any delay in response. One more thing is it has perfect list of features and all features work perfectly fine without any bug.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

One thing where we can improve is providing some suggestions, vocabulary, sentences or example feedbacks which people can look to see How to write a concrete review.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Yeah Reflektive is perfect for many things and especially in big organizations you can do things like peer review, feedbacks appreciation on Reflektive in a very simple and quick way. One another thing is goal seeting which is very important and then tracking them like what you did wrong or correct so that we can learn new things and what's better than reflektive. Just go for it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of managing employee's feedback and reviews. And there are lot of benefits like social media system where you can send Thanks and review cycles. Also I get peer feedback on reflektive and one more thing is that on the start of every year we write goals i.e. set the next year targets and then I can track them very easily on reflektive.

  ### 47. Great Platform to solve Employee performance management problems and automate it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mana A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It's a great tool to offer feedback and get feedback in return from all the employees, and it automates the process pretty seamlessly and in real time. Because of reflektive, the manager doesn't have to schedule a meeting with employees regularly to track their progress in work assigned. It gives real time data about how each employees is adding to the company. It's a boon for remote employees since they can't have regular one on ones with their manager, so instead of that, they can track their progress on reflektive itself.
I also liked how you can customise the feedback process based on different designations each employee is in. It also enables me to see how other people have evaluated me based on different criteria and where can I improve myself using.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The Switch Reviews option is slightly unintuitive since sometimes if we forget to click on that, we might miss some important check-ins which by default doesn't show up in the dashboard. It'll be great to display everything under one tab instead of clicking on switching reviews to go do different pending check ins.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Everyone should definitely consider reflektive to enable engagement between the company and its employees without a second thought. It's a great way to evaluate each employee based of different key performance indicators.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reflektive enables me to see my strengths and weakness based on the performance feedback I get from my colleagues and managers.
2. It helps me provide constructive feedback to my manager as well as my co workers which can help them improve and adds the values to the company.
3. It's totally automated and integrated with SSO which avoids the manual bookkeeping process where you've to float google docs or something to ask for feedback every different cycle.
4. Reflektive also helps me keep track of my goals which I decide regularly to make sure that I'm on the right track.

  ### 48. One of the better HR systems out there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal S. | Director of Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

* Summarized action items right on the home screen

* Personal one-on-one notes
You can add private notes or topic of conversation for your next one-on-one

* Recognition system
You can easily recognize your team members

Finishing the 360 Feedback, setting quarterly OKRs, everything under one login.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

* It is still an HR/management system
HR/management systems are a necessary evil.
They're supporting all the managerial tasks that are keeping us away from the work we would like to get done.

* Small UX quirks here and there, but overall it is a useful tool

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It takes some time to explore all of the functionality (Recognitions, 1:1s, Goals, Reviews, Reports).

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple HR systems (surveys / 1x1 / 360 reviews) under one login.

  ### 49. Create objectives and reach them with easy way, Meet colleagues

- Help my colleagues to reach their objective
- Improve communication between me and my colleagues
- Meet colleagues in base of common goals
- The chance to cheer my colleagues improve my relationship with them
- The reminder functionality about my 1:1 meeting with my manager

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

- I don't find something that is annoying right now except the loading times when you are setting your goal; it takes sometimes 15sec to save a goal
- I dislike the fact that it is not included as a plugin in communication softwares like Slack and similars.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

If you look to a platform that can guide you to reach your goal, improve your relationship with manager and colleagues, make you famous in your company in base of goal reached and improve you salary, Reflektive is the right one

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It improves my relation with colleagues and manager.
- Help my company to know my plan for future and evolution of my job.
- Everyone know my name in base of what I've completed during the FY.

  ### 50. Frustrating UI but gets the job done

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Easy way to track OKRs, can view progress of many people and teams. I really like the simplicity of the interface design. The layout is fairly simple and the fact that it's integrated with the Google sign on with out organisation I pretty useful and quite cool.
Overall a pretty good software but we are not using I to our full potential

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Very slow performance of the interface and loading. There were many features missing when we first rolled it out, but it got a bit better.

Honestly speakinf as we didn't use the software for what it's designed for, j dont know if we are fully making the most od the software and therefore it's quite hard to stat I the parts that I dislike are actually to donwith the software or the way wer as an organisation are using it.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Make sute you know what you want to do with the software before implementation. We were not clear it seems and this had an impact

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were not able to track each others team goals, now we can do it. It allows us to keep track of cross functional goals as well as our divisional goals. I'm also using it to track organisation layout.

We were not using our at all at the start of this process and reflective I helping us improve our planning exercises as well as our execution. This has given us the benefit of saving time and reduced meeting load etc.

We also realised the benefit of using a standardized software across the whole organisation, which means that everyone is on the same page organisatiall y so to speak
