The Hireology platform assists with communication gaps on the hiring team, which essentially assists with streamlining the applicant experience.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

When posting a new job position, it uploads to all the major hiring sites, including indeed and ZipRecruiter. You can create applicant surveys that are job specific in addition to declining, advancing, and hiring candidates.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I do not think I have encountered any downsides to Hireology. It is very easy to navigate and the possibilities are endless

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hireology is helping me find qualified candidates to fill several vacant positions within my company. It has standard reply templates when hiring or declining applicants, saving me a significant amount of time. It also keeps track of turnover percentage and a timeline for new hires with reminders of when 90-day reviews are due.

Does not alwys synch with ADP for us, but that may be on the operator end.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

We tried to proceed with another company's ATS and it was a disaster. Hireology has all of the tools we need and it is easy for anyone to jump in. The grass is not always greener and it made us realize how much Hireology does for us!

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

The user functions from one page to the next could be better. It is sometimes clunky and frustrating to go from one page and back. This is something you get used to but I wish there was a better way.

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with Indeed has been monumental. The customer service is also second to none. Really amazing and it's so appreciated!

I like how every step of the hiring process is mapped out for you.  It is easy to use for both the employer and candidates.  Scheduling interviews has never been easier!

As someone who doesnt have time to go over all of the resumes, its nice to have a streamlined platform that actually sends out the surverys for me and updates me when someone has applied and when they have taken the pre screen survery. This was a easy platform to use for all of our directors.

I wish hireology kicked back applicatns that didnt meet the qualifications of the job posted, however I do understand why it is set up the way it is.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

What I like most about Hireology is that it is extremely user friendly. Our former ATS was very clunky and didnt give us the data we needed to make productive hiring decisions. Hireology gives us an efficient tool to accomplish our goals.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

One thing I think is lacking in the tool is video integration. I truly believe video is powerful right now because you get sight, sound, motion, and emotion in one avenue. This would be a huge improvement to the tool.

I believe Hireology is solving the problem of the time it takes to hire a candidate. Time is of the essence when you have a candidtae ready to start. I believe Hireology has helped us to minimize our time to hire.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

Love the easy interface.  It streamlines my time as a manager because it has easy templates and takes care of all the sites to list job ads on.  I also love how you can email and text applicants right through it.   Amazing staff and easy training.   This is a goto product for any manager.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I haven't found anything I don't like.  It fills every need that I could want in a one stop source for all the resumes and applications.  I highly recommend it to all businesses.

They made it easy for me as a manager to track all my applicants and communicate all in one spot.  I highly recommend everyone to try it, you will love it!   Thank you!

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

Hireology is so easy to navigate.  Very little training on the system was required.  I could just jump on the site and find what I was looking for quick and easy!  Hireology makes the hiring process simple from start to finish all on one site.  Create the listing, see candidates, set up background checks, view documents and comunicate with future employees.  I love that you can email and text without using my personal phone and see all ongoing corespondence with hirees.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

It would be helpful if we could access employees documents after they are hired.  To my knowledge, everything dissapears after the I9 verification is complete.

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hireology is making it possible to complete the hiring process from start to end with one easy to manage website.

I like that Hireology is easy to navigate, everything you need is as simple as clicking the link on the applicant page.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I do not like that when in 2 sessions, such as when I am adding a position, if I try to reference a previous posting the position I am adding will change to mirror the location of the the position I'm referencing.

What I really like about Hireology outside of the easy navigation, is the places the jobs are posted too such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

I like that we can easily track and tag applicants. We also use Preintent so it is super helpful that they communicate

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I would like it if once we disqulaified an applicant and they applied again with the same name but a different email it would alert us.

It streamlines our hiring process, we do not have to spend time tracking applicants

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

The communication tools within it - the ability to text candidates and have a record of the communication throughout the sourcing proces. The online onboarding features are also very helpful for us as we are trying to retire/replace paper-based forms and processes.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

They do not have an API integration with our HRIS.

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped expand the reach of our job postings, as well as provide a better platform for communicating with applicants via text messages. Being able to reach people via text is huge for us since we hire mostly hourly people that don't have easy access to computers or use email very much.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

My favorite thing has to be the interface. My first experices with it was when I moved into my new position. I essentually needed no training due to the ease of navigating the site.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I wish that they had a little more customization in certain asects but for the most part the stardards are what you should be using anyway.

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for full transparency of applicants across the dealership. With different hiring managers across the entire campus it would be dificult to share applicants that one manager may not one but that another could use.

**What do you like best about Hireology?**

Hireology is a great tool to onboard our applicants that have passed their interview. The qualification documents, SkillSurvey Reference Check and Onboarding paperwork processes are easy to use. Everything is in one place for employees to use. Having everything electronically makes it easier for everyone to sign and review.

**What do you dislike about Hireology?**

I don't like that Hireology doesn't allow us to resend an applicant an email to complete their qualification documents or Onboarding paperwork. Sometimes the applicant loses the email or it was incorrectly entered. We need an easier way to resend that to them from our side. But it is a quick email to Support to get that sent out again.

**Recommendations to others considering Hireology:**

Hireology is a great tool to have in any company that wants to hire quality workers. Hireology helps with recruiting, onboarding and hiring. Everything is in one place for easy access.

**What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment there are no problems to solve. When we want to start implementing a new process, our Customer Success Manager helps us set everything up. It has made our Onboarding process run smother and easier.

Hireology is easy to review appliants from all websites into one. Highly recommend using this, especially if you hire for multiple roles in your organization. Their app makes it easy to view applicants daily, as well as to reach out to applicants via text or email. Their customer support is very helpful with any questions you have and are responsive.

There are no issues I have had with Hireology.

I am used to being able to see all of an applicant's data after one click. When deciding to hire a candidate, having to click on the job and download each piece of the application, resume, cover letter, application, and reference check all in separate documents is tedious and time-consuming.

Being able to easily post positions, utilizing previous templates from jobs of similar job titles and using pre-made survey questions and interview questions to give hiring supervisors a base to start from.

I love electronic version of applications and hireology makes it is easy to move candidates over from hiring status to hired status. Onboarding process is very easy to understand and helps hires get through the process faster when doing orientation.

The messaging part of hireology is sometimes complicated. Some messages will show up in the messaging box but then others do not. Then when messaging a candidate it changes how you review the messages that have been sent back and forth as to the time line. Plus there is no where on the phone app to see messages or reply to someone. I would have to use the desktop to do that.

It is helping us being able to track applicants and lets us know when someone is no longer interested in the position rather waiting for them to bring back the paper application.

Hireology is Visually apealing-it is rather easy to navigate and rather elementary to learn.
I like that I can filter the job requisitions to show just my reqs if I have more than one location I am covering.

There are definitely some limitations on integration between systems.  When I transfer candidates not all the information follows them (Screening/interview forms etc.) and there is not a definitive way for me to see the entire requisition when I transfer candidates so I know they are going to the right place.

Hireology allows our candidates to apply from our careers site and we then track them through the hiring process.  
The integration process with Indeed is a little funky at times, but overall it tracks our candidates relatively well.

Hireology's customer service team is unmatched. I cannot say enough good things about the team members who have helped me out quickly, kindly, and with the results I needed.

The interface is easy to use and beautifully designed.

I don't like that I have to contact customer service to create new onboarding. It would be nice if I could just do this on my end. It would also be nice to make the onboarding features a bit more user friendly (i.e. adding existing employees)

I have noticed that transferring candidates isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be. It keeps their existing ranking/comments on the previous listing rather than giving me the option to transfer it completely. I'd love that option.

Recruitment and onboarding have been made much easier with Hireology. It's very candidate friendly and has cut down on my time as the recruiter. We are able to contact candidates quicker than we used to.
