**What do you like best about Allego?**

I appreciate Allego's ease of use, as it's very user-friendly and well-received by our clients. The platform allows us to centralize all necessary information and resources for our partner laboratories in one place, simplifying communication significantly. I value the thorough launch process and the effective training videos that made the setup straightforward. Additionally, the ability to customize and tailor which resources are included for specific partners enhances our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I think the searching capabilities could be improved. We have to customize it for easier searches, which isn't ideal. However, it's a minor issue.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego centralizes information for partner labs, reducing communication and making it easy to share necessary resources with a single link.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is one of the best decisions our organization ever made. Our team loves Allego's easy-to-use interface and having access to relevant selling materials on demand when they need it. The added benefit is creating and sharing Digital Sales Rooms with our customers. Digital Sales Rooms have provided us with an entirely new value-added benefit in the marketplace. Allego is our single point of truth for doing business.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There is nothing we dislike. We love Allego!

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Allego, finding selling materials was a nightmare. Also, sharing information was done using email, and it wasn't an effective way to communicate with a customer. Allego has changed that. Now, our team has instant, just-in-time access to selling material, videos, and training in one easy-to-use location. We also expanded the use of Digital Sales Rooms to use them as landing pages for promotional and marketing promotions. Allego has added an entirely new dimension to our business.

Allego is incredibly easy to use. The interface is intuitive, and I can quickly find, create, and share content without needing a lot of training. It makes onboarding and collaboration smooth and efficient, especially for teams that need to stay agile.

While Allego is easy to use, sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming with the number of features and notifications. It would be helpful to have more customization options to streamline the experience and focus only on the tools I use most often.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

One of the main drawbacks of the Allego platform is that it doesn’t house all of my company’s education tools, which makes it less efficient as a centralized learning resource. Having to switch between multiple platforms can disrupt the learning flow and reduce overall engagement. Centralizing all educational materials within Allego would significantly improve usability and streamline the learning experience.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is an extremely powerful LMS platform that has allowed us to level up our enablement experiences as well as our content access across CX, Sales, and Marketing. We use it on a daily basis across all CX and Sales teams with over 400 users. It is also integrated Sharepoint and Salesforce so it connects data and content across various platforms.

I really like using Learning Programs, automatic emails, stats and dashboards, and all of the automated reminders in onboarding and everboarding. These features make it very easy for me to manage over 230 CX users on various teams and with a variety of training needs.

It is very easy to learn new features and implement them across various use cases. Allego also has a phenomenal Support Team if we ever run into questions or issues!

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Licenses are expensive and my company has only purchased licenses for Sales and CX, so it is siloed from Marketing, Product, HR, etc.

Otherwise, I love the platform!

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego allows me to easily connect with team members who are enrolled in learning content and courses in Allego, track their progress, provide easy feedback, and keep managers informed at every step. This is huge for onboarding especially but allows me to customize content and assigned training for experienced team members too.

I really appreciate the ability to organize my video content using section dividers. It makes managing and navigating through my videos much easier.

The only suggestion I have is to possibly let users use text instead of inserting a video. I'm not sure if that option is available yet.

I am a new hire with Lincoln Financial and this is my first time using Allego.  Although my use has been limited, it has been super helpful and user friendly.  I can't think of a more useful training tool in my 20+ years as a business professional.

I like that I can upload the latest version of a document to replace the old one and it provides a time stamp of when it’s been updated. This helps make sure our team shares the most up to date content.

As a Customer Success Manager at ZoomInfo, I need to stay sharp across multiple complex products, often learning and adapting on the fly. I didn't experience anything I disliked about the software.  I can imagine that without enough info the AI might not give good feedback particular to your situation but otherwise I can't comprehend a scenario it would function better!

It is a fantastic place to woodshed sales pitches and an agents ability to riff and stay on topic without the risks of it being a meeting with clients.  We can refine out pitches and identify the places we'll get in the weeds and learn to navigate away or through those issues.

Allego is a platform that I enjoy using. It brings the information that I need right to where I need it: the statistics, assigned tasks, navigation. I don't spend time finding my way around, I just get to what I need to do.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I would prefer to have embedded labs so that I can stay inside Allego and not navigate to someplace else. It might be that this feature is readily available, but my company is not using it.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a central repository for us to to get all the sales-enablement materials. I find everything customer-facing, sales plays, battlecards ... in one place. We also have the recorded enablement sessions that we can refer to when needed.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego’s conversation intelligence platform allows me as a busy Sales Leader to get quicker insights into deals my reps are working, enables us to share best practices across a growing team, and it’s coaching features means we can accelerate how quickly our new hires get up to speed. We also use their Digital Sales Rooms which are not just easy for our team to create and customise, but are helping us accelerate deals with accounts which have notoriously been difficult to break into. It’s been a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There is nothing specifically I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I would have very little visibility into the sales conversations my team were having, particularly challenging with a remote team. It made coaching difficult, as so much was reliant on filtered feedback and deal reviews and meant I couldn’t react quicker to help the team with obstacles they were facing. Allego gives me the rapid insight into their conversations to helps me act quicker and with data. We also had challenges ramping and onboarding new hires. Now new hires can simply go into Allego and binge watch best practice calls from different stages of the sales cycle, to enable them to become proficient on talk tracks, common objections, and competitive positioning. We also used to have a problem keeping our prospects engaged following on from meeting them. We often didn’t know how engaged they were in deals or which stakeholders were making decisions behind the scenes. Allego’s Digital Sales Rooms helps us do much more effective ‘meeting follow up’, as well as give our team insights into buyer intent and engagement. This has resulted in us closing deals we normally wouldn’t have.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I find that the ease of use along with its user friendly interface make this a great information resource. The ability to quickly impliment customer presentations for specific customers and then easily integrate that into a sales meeting is incredibly useful in a day when business has to be able to move quickly. I also really like the metrics that are offered in that we have the ability to track who has been accessing it. This allows us to know how effective and how frequently the information we are sharing is being used by our customers. I am still learning everything I can do with Allego but so far I am very impressed with it.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

For me I think the biggest downside is there is almost too much it can do so it can get a little overwhelming to try to wrap my brain around everything. I think having some simple training videos for beginners to help get started would be great. Maybe have a whole series ranging from simple beginner videos to some more advanced capabilities to more expert capabilities would be very helpful.

Allego is giving a platform in which we can provide our customers with a single location to access a plethora of information that its not only pertinent to their business but can be tailored specificily to their interests.

Allego helps me quickly find clinical data, videos, training, and see what can be shared vs internal only. I like receiving the detailed notification that my customer has opened the link.  I use it quite frequently on phone and laptop for the latest messaging.  Easy to implement interface and have yet to need customer support, though easy to obtain.  Our clinical support team has fully integrated the platform to deliver training and support materials.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I had initially been frustrated to not know when files were updated or new topics available, so that I could review or share.  No longer an issue for me as I can see in notification what has been updated, when, and by whom.

Provides quick access to essential product information, clinical data, and device use training.  It helps build customer satisfaction and confidence through precise, current, easy to find detailed information.

Any time we have a question or need guidance, the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re successful. A lot of basic features are kept from users by default- most analytics, creating your own folders and subfolders outside of the taxonomy you set initially, or designing anything outside of the specific framework they set. I was often reaching out to my rep to unlock simple features and analytics that should have been available from the beginning.

The platform is quite open for automating learning processes and providing relevant content in a clear and easy way. It is important to build the foundations correctly to reap the benefits. More feature are introduced frequently and the biggest advantage is the reporting and stats. It has a heavy emphasis on video based content but is not limited to it. The ability to package various types of content in a course and a learning path can empower learning and development in the company.

The platform setup for organizational needs presents some complexity. While customer support is helpful, they may not be adequately trained to consult on achieving specific objectives. Due to Allego's non-traditional LMS positioning, some standard features are absent. Furthermore, it lacks a strong emphasis on gamification, a widely adopted trend in Learning and Development.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is a great single hub for marketing collateral, training materials including videos, and the latest feature we've utilized, Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs).  The latter are quick-to-assemble custom websites that we can create for individual prospects or customers.  Search features are strong, and being able to share and update collateral seamlessly is a huge plus.  Plus so far, support has been quick to respond to any issues we encounter!

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There's a small learning curve with the interface.  Also, editing collections or DSRs feels somewhat clunky - the interface is slow to respond and my dragging-and-dropping often lands in the wrong place because the mouse seems to be moving through sticky caramel.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing, accessing, and updating marketing and training materials, plus of course the Digital Sales Rooms.   This helps us both internally, as we can stay up-to-date and share training easily, and externally, as we communicate to our prospects through the DSRs.

As a non-native English speaker, I was not satisfied with the translation quality of the subtitles. I thought that a proper paraphrase was needed, not something like Google Translate.

Allego has made my day-to-day tasks so much easier.  Before Hillman added Allego, I had to go to many different sources to look for the information I needed.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I don't think this really has to do with the program, but I would like to see things removed from the site once they are expired - such as documents with pricing.  I wish they would be updated.

It has become my go to every day to find what I need to have the most up to date information for my customers.  All our catalogs can be sent in one link, product information is easy to find, promotions are available, etc.
