I like how you can set goals and track them with ease. It is especially helpful when having one on ones with management or just for your own personal development. Lattice is helping solve the problem of tracking goals. I have always found it difficult to really measure where I am, so it's nice to see a list in front of me and be able to categorize. The 1:1 tools that Lattice has are very helpful for planning meetings and creating agendas. Also great for tracking progress and aligning actions items to employee development goals. Lattice makes it easy to conduct performance review processes. What do you dislike about Lattice? I only use Lattice in a limited capacity and I haven't noticed any significant inconveniences.
