We have 6 locations and many tvs running and if one has an issue, I can hop on from anywhere to reset it. I can easily change out all of the videos on the screen. The team really likes the sports scores across the bottom of our content and the weather. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** I dislike that our tvs do have issues with the program and shut off often, but that honestly could be just the internet. It's simple, easy-to-use, and very straightforward. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** The templates and CSS don't immediately "click" if you're not familiar with web-technologies. (We are, so this is only an obstacle for some of our users.). Enrolling screens, creating users, creating/sharing content, and pushing it to any or all screens; it's all a breeze. The ability to run off of a Firestick has really helped us to deploy our Digital Signage in a way that wasn't possible before. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** I haven't found a downside as of yet. We had a hodge-podge of products with different software and hardware that was frustrating to administer and use. It will auto-play upon startup, which is a great feature if you habitually turn off the screens daily. Previously, we've had to upload content to our digital menu boards via USB or remote connection from a 3rd party vendor, always relying on others to implement the content in a timely manner. Now we're able to flight our content to the screens and set them within playlists, so you can auto-expire the content and start the next set of content to be displayed. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** At first, my biggest dislike was the inability to set a start date on a playlist without putting an end date. The platform required you to select a start and end date on your playlists. After providing the feedback to their support team, they LISTENED and their developers enhanced the platform to encompass the request. You can now set a playlist to start without having an end date set. There's really nothing to dislike about ScreenCloud's platform. Their customer service is exceptional and our account manager is very engaged. **Recommendations to others considering ScreenCloud Digital Signage:** Upon doing trials for similar platforms, I'd safely say there's no need to look any further past ScreenCloud. The internal App Store has 70 Apps for different application areas, like Business, Communication, Dashboard & Analytics, Finance, Lifestyle, News, Photos & Videos, Productivity, Reviews and Social Networks. The documenation of the App and the support is very good. ScreenCloud Digital Signage is developed permanently and with no additional monthly costs you'll get new features and new apps from time to time. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** Some apps from the App Store are a little bit limited in customization. Both in terms of design and in content, which is, in some apps, focused on the UK or USA. With new big screens in the entrance of every location using ScreenCloud Digital Signage we can push updates and news directly to the employee. News and Videos from our internal communication platform, which is also accessible via pc and smartphone, are displayed automatically on the Digital Signage Screens using RSS-Feeds and Youtube-Playlists.
