ScreenCloud, for us, has been an entirely hands-off platform. The platform itself is hosted and has very little downtime; but we've been able to run it on Chromeboxes that are managed through our G Suite account, so there's no maintenance there, either.
This was a significant change from what we had to deal with before, which involved developing and maintaining our own digital signage platform and then deploying it on SFF computers that we had to manually manage.
And the content and widgets that come with ScreenCloud are far more than what we had before. There's an "app" for almost every use case.
As we continue to grow, we can add any number of content managers to our account without incurring any additional licensing fees, which helps to cut down on costs as compared to some of the competitors we looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
