Ease of use. And if i want to implement something, almost always is a solution found.

Not the most options when it comes to displaying videos or sending information out through managwell.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

ManageWell allows us to build and implement a customized wellness program for our organization to meet the needs of our employee population rather than an off-the-shelf or cookie-cutter program.  ManageWell also allows for flexibility in implementing new programs and strategies each year.  The flexibility of Managewell is fantastic, but the assigned Client Service Manager is even better!   We have an appointed Client Service Manager who is attentive, responsive, and helpful in meeting our organization's needs to build and run a successful wellness program.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

There are no issues to report with the ManageWell platform.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track and measure the wellness of our employees, which helps us determine appropriate resources and benefits to provide.

ManageWell provides an easy-to-use, educational platform for employees to track their wellness activities. The people behind ManageWell are professional, responsive and fun to work with.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

I don't have anything negative to say but continue to enjoy seeing added content and activities.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWell helps track employee participation in my client's wellness plan.

ManageWell offers a variety of features that allows us to personalize the wellness portals for each one of our clients. The customer support is great too!

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

It's difficult to understand at times what ManageWell is all capable of.

ManageWell helps us with communicating our wellness realted activities/information to our clients.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

What I like about ManageWell is the ease of compiling employee health data to make data-driven decisions. We can easily organize activities, showing progress towards goals and show participants when a reward has been reached. I like that we can customize our offerings as well as use some off-the-shelf programming. I appreciate the reporting features and, above all else, the relationship and support with our Account Manager, Andy.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

ManageWell is user-friendly - there's not much I dislike about it.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWell allows our employees to have a “one stop shop” to take control of their health, while allowing us to make real time decisions on how to best design program offerings.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

In the corporate wellness space for the past 20 years, ManageWell is my top choice for wellness platforms. The team is a true partner in our constantly changing program development. Complex wellness programs with incentives require an adaptable platform that can be continually structured to meet unique needs. Standard, wellness -in-a-box platforms do not meet these needs and create barriers to program growth.  ManageWell understands this niche and works to meet and surpass these unique needs. They have brilliant, technical minds providing solutions and recommendations. They are creative, receptive to suggestions and extremely responsive to last-minute minor and major changes. They are true partners in improving well-being in our diverse employee population.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

Our experience with ManageWell has been nothing but positive.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWell has helped us build a user-friendly, intuitive platform for a complex wellness incentive program. They have made technical enhancements enabling us to run customized, self-paced programs for diabetes prevention and blood pressure management through the platform. They helped us seamlessly navigate last-minute, mid-year changes in our program due to COVID. They have taken everything on our wishlist to their development team, with most items being implemented. Most other companies simply say "No, we can't do that."

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

The most helpful thing about ManageWell is our rep Andy! He is very knowledgeable, always available and very encouraging. I almost forgot to mention he's very fun to work with!

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

I can't think of anything significant that I dislike. Sometimes there are glitches in the programming. But Andy is so quick to look into any that occur that it doesn't seem right to complain.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to create a healthier workforce to better manage the high-cost claims, particularly those over $30,000.00.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

I like how helpful our wellvation rep is - Andy Spalding is a great guy and always gets our requests done promptly. I look forward to our monthly meetings with him; he is very easygoing and never complains about our requests.
I train a lot of new wellness coaches at our organization. I always hear that the platform is user-friendly from the new hires I work with.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

I don't have any complaints about Managewell. I have never used another platform, so I cannot compare Managewell with other platforms.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a lot of questions regarding fitness watches, Andy is very prompt, I can forward him the emails, and he directs the client in the right direction. I am not good with technology, so sometimes I am unsure of the answer.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

Managewell is a highly functional and modifiable wellness portal with an app that is easy to use.  There is a menu of turn-key programs and the ability to build locally created offerings.  The Wellvation team is constantly working to improve the portal, and the user and admin experience.  ManageWell has built better-designed turn-key or pre-created activities (Stress Less, Health Pursuit, Bingo, etc.).  The new format is fresh and organized in an easy-to-use way.  Over time, we appreciate the creation of the SMART Goal and vision-setting tools, the improvements to the trackers and the expansion of connectable trackers.  The most recent and well-received change has been the ability to 'sign-up' thru the app.  What makes it all work is the Wellvation team and the customer support they provide.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

Having so much of the PHI show when in an Admin or Coaching roster.  It would be better to show less detail when you open the roster.  Then, when I demonstrate to others how the system works, or we need people to schedule/register into a program, the administrator does not automatically see unnecessary PHI such as hire date, HRID, date of birth + age, and home address.  While this info is helpful, it does not all need to be on the first page.  Unless I am coaching, I may never need to know the birthdate or age, except on the backend for reporting.

Sometimes creating programs can be cumbersome, but as the product develops, they are making improvements to the processes, such as the new parent/child feature for activities and in the document library.

When using a step challenge, the program wants to stop at the end of the selected trail, while we want everyone to participate in the entire challenge from a date perspective vs. total steps perspective.  (They did help us come up with a workaround.)

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ManageWell, our program metrics were primarily based on participation counts and stored in various excel docs.  Our biometric data was collected in different files, and coaching data was in the health system EMR.  It was very challenging to come up with any meaningful outcomes of the work and generally required extra budget dollars to hire an analyst to process.  With ManageWell, we can have 95+% of our program data in the portal and pull reports 'on demand'.  

We also were struggling to transition from a local, location-based, in-person program to system-wide services; we were not given more person-power.  Being able to 'convert' our program to a virtual program via the website and app enabled us to offer our staff a much more equitable wellness package.  As we run hospitals and clinics, this has allowed us to reach our staff that work prn, nights, weekends or remotely.  The app helped to increase this exponentially; metrics indicate that most of our active portal members use the app more than the website.

> Thank you for this review!  Most employers that use ManageWell do not have access to PHI.  We've reached out to your team and have created a plan to give you control over what data displays on certain screens.   Some employers that provide their own health coaching staff may have access to PHI and those circumstances are allowed only by contractual agreement.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

Simple, adaptable to our program and needs. I like that the Managewell team listens to our wishes and desires and helps us get there and that they are quick to respond to issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

I would love to see a more interactive experience with client here, maybe something like a Facebook or Teams page so everything is all in one place. A virtual option for meeting with clients would be great as well.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A place to schedule our clients as well as document on each visit. Flows with our WHIP program so my participants are familiar with it. Keeps things separate from our electronic medical record used at the hospital.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

We love our account manager as well as their ability to adjust and address issues or questions and needs on the fly.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

Some services that would be unique to us are not achievable until there is a small pool interested in like tools but overall nothing negative to report.

**What problems is ManageWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managewell is our back office for our employee wellness program and corporate wellness outreach. They are the tool we needed to work with our healthcare services.

Incredibly user-friendly, accessibility on multiple platforms, exceptional service and expertise from ManageWell staff, excellent reporting capabilities!

We have not had any issues or concerns with the platform.

**What do you like best about ManageWell?**

ManageWell is willing to entertain new ideas, share best practices within the industry, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.  We do not have many issues. However, even the everyday tech "bugs" are treated with urgency.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

There are no downsides.  I have a solid team that I work with at ManageWell, and I learn more about the application daily. The possibilities are endless.

Adding new categories for participation during the campaign year.

I don't like that there is not a chat/instant message feature for us to use.

I think that ManageWell is very user friendly and I can almost always figure out what to do if I am a little lost.

**What do you dislike about ManageWell?**

Nothing! I really enjoy the software and I think our patients do too.

ManageWell helps us keep track of patient's personal information, biometric screening data, and coaching information. As a team, I think it has helped us stay organized.
