OptiSign is so easy to use, with a simple interface and many Q & A forums, I was easily able to navigate the site and begin building digital signage for our screens within our office. We liked the product so much we have even considered purchasing more screens so that we are able to advertise more! The people at OptiSign were very fast in all their communications and always happy to help. There was not a huge amount of things I disliked about the program. Perhaps as someone with only a little I.T. knowledge, some more videos and tutorials regarding how to create signage or use the Files/Assets feature and Scheduling, may have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly interface that allowed the team to learn the system quickly, almost intuitively. This is key as we are not programers or IT professionals. Operations team that wants to display data on our TV. Additionally, importing PPT slides was so simple! We all know PPT well, so creating message slides in PPT, the simply uploading to Optisigns was fast. All that is needed is to set the time per slide. OptiSigns is really easy to get up and running especially if the TV and computer is already in place. Their current app list has a decent selection and you can add pretty much any website you'd like on there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to customize our display the way we need it to be. Overall it's easy to use the workflow and tailor the content to what we need it to be for the month. The two best things about this software are the fact that it is so easy to deploy. All you have to do is set up the Amazon stick and then pairing with the account couldn't be easier. The other great thing is the ability to create content right in the software. This makes it so quick and easy to make changes and keep content fresh. The only problem I have with the set up and this really isn't OptiSigns problem but you can't use the same remote on all of the Amazon Fire TV sticks. This is an amazing product for the price. Setup only takes seconds and there are templates to have content within minutes. This product is amazing and it is extremely user friendly. It's very easy to set up OptiSigns on a Roku-enabled television. I had a brand new pair of Samsung Roku sets running menu signs within minutes of taking them out of the box and installing.

They have a lot of pre-designed templates, but if you're planning to set up a display from scratch, it can be pretty tricky, especially formatting text and font-sizes. I have been working with OptiSigns for over the past 15 months, and they have been an amazing partner for our business. At this point, I can't think of anything other than a total white label/license of the product where we own the end to end access with our branding 100%. Optisigns is an excellent, simple to use platform that has no only provided a solution to a problem, but has given us endless opportunities to save money and promote products.

We have over 70 retail outlets within the UK alone, and being able to centrally control dashboards displaying customer and staff information and marketing, has been very powerful. As well as being able to centrally control, it also has the ability to enable input at a local level providing a customised approach as required.

This is a difficult one to answer because we have been so pleased with the platform – I suppose the only point would be that there isn’t a window showing all the screens across the whole platform and their status, although this can be pulled as a report if you have the analytics enabled with the Pro plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most prominent features for us are the smooth integrations with the Socials. Instagram and Facebook (business) feeds were a breeze to setup. As well as our Google and FB reviews. This is just great to see for our customers (feedback) as well as our personnel (pride of work). Note: Some other offerings failed totally at or did not support this at all.

Any media type (pictures and video) we have thrown at it so far works just right out of the box. Whether in landscape or portrait mode. And being able to fling together a picture with captions, icons and stickers at a moment’s notice is great! The flow from recording on your phone to showing on screen takes 15 minutes.

It just works stable and like a charm on our 'low-end' hardware, like our Mi TV Sticks (Android TV). Haven't seen any crashes yet. And rest assured that the app will recover and update itself in case of any issues. Very good set-and-forget setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having just trialed OptiSigns for a couple of weeks now we have not come across any issues of mention yet.

Surely it may lack some super detailed or niche feature sets, customization options or device management others may offer, but the pricing per screen completely makes up for that.

The management system may be a bit overwhelming for our employees to self-manage. So management of assets may remain with me, the IT admin, such is life. Although this may be overcome with giving them e.g. access to a Google Slides presentation and incorporate that. And of course, the social and other feeds update themselves automatically.

If OptiSigns ever would offer an easy fool-proof phone/tablet-to-screen (iOS and Android) content-creation phone app to manage assets this would be a killer solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After a long and thorough search for a digital signage solution, OptiSigns met all of our benchmarks. It is extremely easy to rollout, does NOT require expensive hardware, and has plenty of templates to get anyone started. OptiSigns has a great UI that is easy to use. It doesn't matter if you have experience with digital signage, the steps are very simple and easy to follow. Nothing to dislike about OptiSigns. Maybe one suggestion would to increase the number of screens on free trial, some users may need more than 2 screens to show effectiveness. It is easy to install. The user interface is easy to use and navigate through with little to no outside help. It definitely was the best solution for our organization. I love the split screen ability! We can a 'dashboard' type screen for our students to get frequently needed info quickly rotate slides of other info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is slightly confusing embedding assets within assets. It took a little while to figure out how to use split screen as the asset that housed other assets and the assigning only a single item or playlist to a screen. After that, it was very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have reviewed several digital signage programs and OptiSigns is by far the easiest to use.

Its simple interface enabled me to have my Proof Of Concept up and running in less than 10 minutes.

I would like to use several split screens and then link them together in a playlist loop. For example a picture of Santa holding a clock and then the countdown app on the clock face showing days until Christmas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is in the cloud so nothing to download.

OptiSigns is extremely simple to use. It didn't take long to have a good grasp on uploading content and creating playlists. By the way, the playlist feature is great. It allows you to see what content is in rotation and even rearrange it easily. Getting our first screen up and running was super easy and quick. It's also been very reliable. I don't really have a dislike, but the feature I will probably use the least is the designer...and that's only because we already have a system for creating content that's become very familiar to us. I like the easy steps to setup, also i love the apps that they provide, the best features is White LABEL, We as marketing agency, we sell signage and manage some of the customers signage.
