I have been using Getapp since Decembermber it's been a year and I have found numerous software which are very good for my office and my work. Earlier I used to work in the Financial sector so my search in getapp was software like LMS, Powerbi by Microsoft, etc, but now I have my startup for car detailing it requires so much advertisement and branding so from that perspective I have selected apps like Canva and, google ad sense, etc. Getapp caters to all user's feedback about the software they used I have also given feedback on various software. It is very beneficial for me to select the best software I need for my office work without spending too much on other software. **What do you dislike about GetApp?** So far I have been using Getapp for 1 year but I haven't found any issues with it. But apart from other software comparing platforms, Getapp does not offer any reward for writing reviews. **What problems is GetApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have worked in a financial company managing a big team is my job role to gain this I needed a bunch of different software like Power BI Microsoft, ZingHr, LMSetc. that help me to track my team's working targets, and, Getapp helps me to choose the best software for measuring the work and performance management for my team. Ultimately getting this information and insights from GetApp helps to improve my team performance as well. Now with my present company Dorto, I have used this platform for advertisement purposes how to create branding and marketing for new startups I have used software like Canva, pexels, etc. It was suggested by Getapp only it is a platform where users can not get corned and get information about the best software according to need. ### 2. The selection of an application can be very tricky if we don't get all its features or working algorithms. Eg There could be numerous stock inventory management software but each software would handle correctly a multi-hospital need. So in GetApp, I get a full overview of the software which is helpful and the user reviews help me to understand its key features enabling me to select the best software according to my needs. **What do you dislike about GetApp?** There is nothing to dislike about Getapp It is a huge platform and I don't think till now I have found any issues with it. Sometimes I have got login troubles a few times rest all is great. **What problems is GetApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work as a hospital manager and maintaining every amenity and need of the hospital is my work. But to meet those requirements I need different software here getapp helps me to pick the best software for my role, and Getapp helps me to pick promotional software, inventory management applications, Online campaigning applications, and so on. Getapp is easy to use only user login is needed and I can search the list in the domain and pick up the best-needed software. It's like a mentor for selecting the best tool for work. It does provides some great reviews about software across multiples categories. But it is terrible platform for people who are willing yo write reviews and share insights. **What do you dislike about GetApp?** I found the UI of GetApp to be really confusing. Neither I could find a way to add the softwares I use, nor I could see the softwares I have reviewed anywhere. I did signup with regards to an incentive offer but never got any incentive for writing reviews. Upon inquiring they kept sending generic responses. **What problems is GetApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** GetApp did help me search and select the most appropriate software for my business requirement.It also helped me filter the software options and do the product comparison, wherever I felt confused. I also went ahead and posted some reviews on their platform but never got incentivised for them, as they promised. ### 4. I don't even know what are the factors that they consider to accept a review besides the one indicated on the page. I did so and the gift card came but to verify it there is a scam that block you from being able to verify it. What has to be done is simply impossible and others' on Reddit have seen this issue also for other incentives regarding games on steam. **Recommendations to others considering GetApp:** Use it for what its worth for looking at reviews for other products - that's great! Also, the detailed features that are very easy to use is another aspect that I like about Getpp. Other aspects that I like is that there are no hidden pages, everything is very well designed. **What do you dislike about GetApp?** Although I liked it from the first minute, I generate distrust that the users who write the reviews do not send a proof of use of the product. Although the reviews are very good, it is necessary to be assured that we verified users. **Recommendations to others considering GetApp:** Getapp does not request proof of use to verify users, but I also recommend it, but you should be aware of possible false reviews.
