The only disadvantage I find is that, unlike the competition, this application does not allow working with a timeline when designing layouts. I believe it would be very useful to be able to create simple animations directly within the application.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Being able to quickly set up digital signage, whether on my own hardware or using Yodeck's, has truly made a difference for me. The displays look great and run smoothly, even with minimal resources. Further, the App feature is a tremendous asset when the need to integrate displays with online services arises.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform. It was easy to learn how to use, and the intuitive layout made getting started straightforward.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use my Yodeck-powered displays daily in a customer-facing manner. These displays have been instrumental in helping customers discover services and add-ons they might not have known about otherwise. In my lobby, the displays serve as a menu of services while also showcasing advertisements for community events and local small businesses.

Unreliable, does not work.  constantly off, no schedule, always rebooting to get it to come on.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I really appreciate being able to schedule content ahead of time, as well as manage it remotely. The compatibility with both PCs and Smart TVs is a big plus, and I like that it lets me control multiple screens at once. It also supports a wide range of formats, including web pages, videos, and photos. And as an added bonus, it offers good value for money!

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I don’t think this software is intuitive for everyone. In our company, French is our primary language rather than English, so we require software that is genuinely straightforward and user-friendly. Up to now, not everyone here has found it easy to use.

This tool has enhanced my communication with my audience, as I can instantly share my content from anywhere—especially useful if there’s a sudden schedule change. Additionally, being able to schedule posts in advance saves me a significant amount of time.

Yodeck is easy to implement. I was able to meet with a member of their team who helped to explain the platform to me and pointed me towards additional resources and guides. The set up steps can be clearly to followed to get the platform set up right away. As a school, we are able to utilize Yodeck to display student life and information about upcoming events in an engaging manner.

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about using Yodeck so far. Even when I have run into a couple of issues, I have been able to troubleshoot them on my own and resolve them quickly.

We needed an engaging way to share information about student life and upcoming events with our school community throughout our campus. Yodeck has allowed us to do this by being able to share this content on televisions in multiple buildings with one click of a button from one dynamic platform.

Yodeck is really easy to use and the overall experience has been great. The UI is simple, playlist and content management are super smooth, and even setting it up with my external Android box was quick and hassle-free. It just works right out of the box, which I really like. Also, the number of features Yodeck provides makes managing screens effortless.

So far, I don’t have any major dislikes. Everything has been running smoothly without any major issues. Maybe having a proper mobile app for quick updates would make it even better, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Yodeck has completely solved our earlier issues with content playback and black screens that we faced with other platforms. Managing multiple screens and playlists is now much easier and more reliable. It’s been a huge time-saver and overall a great experience using it.

Yodeck has transformed how we communicate inside our community hub and social club. We run it on a single Raspberry Pi, using an HDMI splitter to feed two screens around the venue, and it works brilliantly. The setup took minutes, and once the Pi was online, everything else was incredibly straightforward.

The platform makes it easy to upload media, build layouts, and schedule screen hours around our club’s opening times. It’s ideal for promoting upcoming events, sharing community notices, and keeping members informed. The drag‑and‑drop interface means even volunteers with limited tech experience can update content confidently.

design is very intuitive and easy to use, I am able to allow others who have never used this type of software to make designs and deploy out to our display monitors. customer support is good, I would like to see a USA based tech support. I have trouble understanding from time to time, but my emails are responded to promptly.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

It would be beneficial to have a mobile app while I am walking around the building to make small changes on the fly and right in front of the screen I am dealing  with.

allowing me to use raspberry Pi's, Yodeck is providing the server so I am not having to fight with ports or through multiple wireless access points and make sure they are communicating. Yodeck has taken that frustration off my plate.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck strikes an excellent balance between user-friendliness and flexibility. If you're accustomed to managing cloud tools through a browser—which is quite common in today's work environment—you'll find Yodeck intuitive and easy to pick up in just a few minutes. Setting up a screen is straightforward: choose a layout from the available templates, make your desired adjustments, add your content, and deploy it to a screen—all in a matter of minutes. Additionally, displaying content on a remote screen is simple. Just open the provided URL in a browser on the remote device and switch it to full screen.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

For one application, we wanted to add a video as a background, which was a bit of a hassle. We ended up converting the video to a gif and inserting this as a background. This also had the advantage of a smaller filesize and therefore faster push-to-screen. Otherwise, we are fully satisfied with the options Yodeck gives us.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Yodeck as a tool to push team messages to presentation screens around the office, for example celebrations for achieved milestones, welcome messages for customers or visitors, or welcoming onboarding tips for new employees. This generates an inclusive atmosphere and allows us to share important messages with everyone in the company.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I discovered Yodeck a few months ago while searching for the best digital signage solution. After testing Yodeck on one of my players, I found it easy to use and really liked it. One feature I appreciate is that if you purchase a 12-month subscription, they include the player (Raspberry Pi). Now, I am planning to migrate all my players to Yodeck.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

They don't offer support in Spanish. While they do provide an AI bot that can respond to questions in multiple languages, it isn't the same as having real Spanish-language support.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I am using another digital signage solution that only offers a WPA client for Windows. In contrast, Yodeck provides a native client for Windows, which I find to be more reliable. Additionally, they offer a player based on the Raspberry Pi, which is one of the best single-board computers available on the market.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Very easy to install from creating the image into setting up the whole thing. Features wise is very robust and interface is easy to navigate things around. Integrating it from the initial testing screen and eventually moving it to the actual screen and setting up everything again is also a very smooth process.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The unknown billing side of things which I don't have much visibility on which may backfire the future expansion given that I'm not financially ready for such commitment. The robust features is also something I'm having a mixed feeling about because there's too many things can be done using the apps feature but given my current situation and resources there's no way for me to even mobilize all the features and for me it's such a waste for such a great system not to be fully utilize by me.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, my convenient store which located in the corporate building is actually sometimes being seen as the official digital signage of the corporate building owner and it's such a missed opportunity not to grab that chance and perhaps by really investing a little into Yodeck I might be able to start monetizing some profit to cover for the raspberry pi and screen purchase. Some of the internal departments sometimes request for us to playback their corporate video when they're running a campaign and given the frequency of their campaign there's no way our convenient store staff able to keep up with both looking after the store daily operational activity and make changes to the video which we had to manually rotate and render in Handbrake software and load into the USB thumb drive and plug it back into the tv on almost weekly basis. Not to mention to also on switching on and off the TV manually on daily basis whenever they're able to do so given that the opening time is usually considered as peak hour when all the staff at the building is already lining up for their food and breakfast, given the manual procedure and wait for the TV to fully load there's no way they are able to do this first thing in the morning. Besides, giving them the slot for free is also seems like a waste and to start charging or introducing the slot rate is also out of question given how we're not actually positioning our screen as the advertising space or commercial digital signage without any proper system in place. And then came Yodeck after few month of researching and I decided to test out the raspberry pi method first before committing to the player. Given few days of running I can see that the most part that I love about Yodeck would be the schedule where I can customize the content to suit the current hour and that way there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all copy to be display from morning until evening and thus making it more appealing to the customer.
