One downside of using Yodeck is the lack of a robust built-in content editor, which means we have to design assets in external tools before uploading them. We’ve also noticed that screen transitions can be inconsistent, like, smooth fades work well for images, but when switching between videos or more complex layouts, the change can feel jarring or like it cuts abruptly. On top of that, the dashboard preview doesn’t always match what ends up on the physical screens, so we sometimes need to do manual checks to make sure our travel deals and office updates are formatted exactly as intended. The user interface for Yodeck has been very easy to train our team on using and make changes to our content. The apps that are integrated into the software allow a lot of flexibility for utilize content and applications we are already using. Being in the midwest, we have really enjoyed the automated weather advisory alerts that trigger when needed. Overall, we are impressed with the first few Yodeck players we have purchased for our pilot program and will likely expand our program to include more units in more locations. The best I love about this platform is its simplicity with a very user friendly interface. The platform can also be used efficiently by even non technical guy. Other than this I also love the fact that this platform can control multiple screens efficiently is also outstanding. Its command over multiple devices remotely is also reliable which is also an added value to this platform.

This platform also good at integration which is one much needed feature in current platforms. It makes the platform more powerful. The ability to create playlist and create loops enables continuous media output. Other than this I feel that the pricing is also balanced.

I have also seen that the platform continuously outputs the same media until it is intervened which is really good as an unplanned blank screen is really bad. This platform can be really used efficiently for large digital media boards for advertisement. The knowledge Hub really provide much needed information for more effective use of this platform. I love most part of the platform but there might be issues when the main control gets cut off from the internet connectivity. The efficiency and effectiveness of this platform will drastically decrease when such scenario arises. I also wish that this platform improve its capacities to multitask with wide range of customization available for multiple screens. More updates on the features would make this platform more powerful. Making the connection with other screens more easily by providing more options like a QR code other than just typing the registration code would make this platform more easier to use. Although the platform is very intuitive, the only small drawback would be the learning curve required to master the most advanced features, such as complex integrations or AI-related automations. I really like how easy it is to update my digital menus and make changes whenever I need to. The UI is simple to use and feels genuinely intuitive, so I can get in and make edits without any hassle. Integrations with apps such as Canva are smooth and straightforward, and there’s a huge variety of premade layouts to choose from, which helps me get started quickly and keep the process moving. Everything I’ve put it through has performed well and it hasn’t given me any issues. The pricing feels very reasonable, and so far I haven’t needed any customer or IT support. The ease of use is incredible. We have an enterprise account setup, and I have trained folks from the most tech savvy to the least resourceful, and they all love it. Yodeck is super easy to get up and running, the UI is very user-friendly even for non-tech oriented people, but there are still powerful tools available under the hood. There's a lot of integrations available to connect to, and the web page media allows you to display internal-only pages without needing to host them externally.
