I’ve been using Yodeck for our nursery display screen and it’s honestly been a game changer. It’s so simple to use — adding new slides, updating information or changing things last minute takes seconds. With how busy nursery life can be, having something this easy makes such a difference.

Parents really like it too. They often comment on how helpful it is to see updates, reminders and upcoming events as soon as they walk in. It’s made our communication feel clearer and more organised.

Overall, Yodeck has just made things easier. It does exactly what we need it to do without any fuss, which is why I rate it so highly.

Honestly, nothing at all. It does everything we need it to do, it’s reliable, and it’s incredibly easy to use. I’ve never had an issue with it.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

We aimed to implement a solution that would allow us to display key information at two locations. This initiative is intended to enhance transparency and ensure that all teams are aligned and working collaboratively toward a shared goal, with access to the information they need. Yodeck was straightforward to install, user-friendly to navigate, and significantly enhanced the visual appeal of our workspace. We have 11 screens that run 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The product is somewhat expensive, especially if your main goal is to display web pages. We've encountered difficulties getting the web pages to work properly. Although Yodeck's team provided us with a script, it doesn't resolve all the obstacles that come up when trying to log into a website. For example, prompts like 'remember this device' require the script to run differently the first time compared to subsequent logins, meaning we actually need two separate scripts. This isn't the only challenge either—there are other questions that appear when logging into certain web pages, such as HubSpot. Without having software engineers on my team, I doubt I would have been able to achieve the display setup I needed.

We rely on Yodeck for a wide range of purposes, with motivation being our top priority. Through the platform, we share everything from our company's Mission, Vision, and Values to our five-year plan, sales targets, production schedules, welcome messages for guests, and a calendar of internal events.

What I like best about Yodeck is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful. The interface is intuitive, setup is quick, and managing content remotely is smooth and reliable. It saves time and just works.

One small downside of Yodeck is that some advanced features can take a bit of time to fully explore at first. That said, the platform is well documented, and once you get familiar with it, everything runs very smoothly.

Yodeck solves the problem of managing and updating digital screens efficiently across locations. It allows me to control content remotely, schedule updates easily, and keep messaging consistent, which saves time and reduces manual work.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I like Yodeck's simplicity, which makes it easy to use. I appreciate being able to connect my Google Calendar and Facebook to Yodeck, as it shows current posts and automatically updates with minimal effort on my end. I just create one Yodeck slide, and customers always know about upcoming events without needing constant updates from me. The setup was easy too; I just used a Fire Stick, downloaded the app, signed in, and it worked.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The design aspect of it, I create a lot of my content in Canva because the user controls in Yodeck are not very intuitive. Make it more user friendly, similar to Canva.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Yodeck in the lobby to keep patients informed about upcoming events and closures. It simplifies communication, allowing automatic slide updates with Google Calendar and Facebook connections, minimizing effort while ensuring customers are always updated.

I love how effortlessly Yodeck lets us get signage up and running—its drag-and-drop content and simple dashboard make it super easy to use.
Implementation was a breeze: the player came pre-configured and we were live in no time with minimal setup.
The customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed tweaks on site during events.
We use it frequently across multiple screens during every event, so the frequency of use is high and it’s become our go-to signage tool.
With a wide number of features – scheduling, templates, remote control – and seamless ease of integration into our event tech stack, it fits our needs perfectly.

The best part is its flexibility and the additional options added by the applications. The events calendar and scheduling are very useful. It is very easy and intuitive to use. It was also very easy to install and configure for first-time use.

In our case, the Spanish translation is not yet complete. Sometimes, it takes a while to load the content.

We wanted to avoid using paper and notice boards, as well as giving the company a more modern feel. This way, we can post notices more quickly and at any time.

The flexibility to test out features on a single screen, without any financial committment has been a lifesaver. We are a small business, so ensuring that we can start small and then scale up was an absolute must, and Yodeck has done well to ensure this!

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

There are obviously some limitations when it comes to the hardware being used for screen kiosks. Would love to see a dedicated Windows/Mac application that can run within the OS environment without locking to a kiosk mode. At the moment, we are having to use a fullscreen browser in order for the screen to operate (connected to our reception desk computer) so that we do not need to purchase another PC or piece of hardware.

As a small business, we have been looking for ways to communicate deals, offers or core information with with our members and clients. This is a fantastic way for us to update members, and for us to supply these updates remotely through the dashboard, without having to come in on-site to make changes.

Very simple to use, a lot of functions, very affordable to small companies, and there setup guide its very friendly.
Its very good, that I do not contact support for anything.
I use it for 2 tvs 24 hours and 7 days a week, with a fire tv and its very good. The integration with the fire tv is easy with their user guide.

I haven’t find something wrong for now, everything its good.

I'm using Yodeck for a digital animation projector setup, which is a creative alternative to its typical use for menu boards and signage. What really sets Yodeck apart is their generous offer: when you sign up, you get one fully functional screen for free—no gimmicks, no trial period, just the real deal.

When you're ready to add a second screen, the pricing is impressively lower than any competitor I've seen. Honestly, Yodeck doesn’t have real competition—what they offer in terms of value and flexibility is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I use the Yodeck app on a Fire TV Stick, and while it generally works great, there are rare occasions when the Firestick hangs and requires a manual restart and login to get the screen running again. I suspect this is more of a memory limitation with the Firestick itself rather than an issue with Yodeck. Aside from that minor hiccup, I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about Yodeck. I've tried several other digital signage platforms, and Yodeck stands out as one of the best.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't experienced any problems or issues with Yodeck. Their customer service has been exceptionally quick to help me update my digital animation uploads with encoding turned off. This is a unique feature that I haven't found elsewhere, and it allows my animations to play in their original form, without being watered down like on other platforms.

The best part has been the absolute stability and uninterrupted operation: we have been using it for over four years with the official Yodeck player based on Raspberry Pi, and we have never had to restart it or perform maintenance. The web interface is modern and very intuitive: scheduling content or modifying the class grid remotely is convenient and fast. Managing multiple zones or screens remotely is really easy, and the user controls are ideal for collaborative spaces.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Those who seek advanced customizations (custom widgets, complex integrations, in-depth analytical reports) will need extra technical knowledge or rely on advanced support. The general statistics panel could be more visual and detailed, and initially, the initial setup required a bit more attention.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck has been a 100% reliable solution for the digital signage of our yoga studio (yuj.es). The deployment was quick, and on a daily basis, the entire system has worked for years, without interruptions and with content updated daily. The value for money, the transparency of the system, and the support received for any questions have exceeded our expectations, allowing us to recommend it with complete confidence to any wellness center or business that does not want to worry about their digital screen.

Very easy to set up and monitor. It’s Wi‑Fi compatible as well as hardwired, and it performs well in either situation. Support is top-notch and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Yodeck to anyone who needs a presentation solution, or wants to display safety slides on smart TVs or monitors.

The Raspberry Pi isn’t ideal for certain environments. We use them for safety presentations at various locations throughout our municipality, and in some settings they just aren’t the best fit.

Cost-effective and easy to deploy. The dashboard is a great monitoring tool, and I also like being able to deploy media to all devices at once or just to a selected few.

I love how easy it is to use.  You don't have to leave your desk. Everything can be done easily in one application. Price is cheaper than the competitors and much more easy to use.  I highly recommend using Yodeck!

I wish there were more apps that you don't have to pay extra for.  As a business the budget is tight.  Other than that I really love using Yodeck.

I love how simple Yodeck is to set up and manage. Within minutes I had professional-looking screens running across multiple sites. The web interface is clean, intuitive, and fast, and the scheduling options are powerful without being confusing. I especially like how reliable the players are — once deployed, they just work. It’s one of those rare tools that saves me time every single week.

There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, the content editor could be a bit more flexible for fine-tuning layouts, and the mobile experience could use some polish. But overall, these are minor points compared to how solid the platform is.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck truly simplifies screen management. Its interface is clean and intuitive, so I never have to waste time searching through complicated menus to make changes. Scheduling content, updating playlists, and deploying updates to all my screens takes just seconds, even when I’m working remotely.

I also value its impressive stability. Once everything is configured, it runs smoothly without any issues. Being able to use a basic Raspberry Pi instead of expensive proprietary hardware is a significant advantage. Yodeck feels like it was designed by people who genuinely understand the need for dependable signage solutions, without unnecessary corporate extras or inflated costs.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

My main complaint is that as you add more screens, the process of pushing changes becomes slower. While this isn’t a major issue, it does make things a bit less efficient. However this should only be a problem on deployment phase.

Another minor frustration is with the preview system. Occasionally, the way things appear in the browser doesn’t exactly match how they look on the actual screen, which means I have to manually double-check everything.

Before we started using Yodeck, updating our screens was chaotic. We had to manually plug in USB drives each time we wanted to change the content, which was not only tedious but also led to frequent errors.

Now, with Yodeck, everything is managed from one place. I can update all our displays remotely with just a few clicks, eliminating the need to physically swap files. This has also resolved our branding inconsistencies, as every screen now displays the same content simultaneously.

Yodeck has saved us a significant amount of time and given me confidence that everything is always current and functioning properly, even when I’m not on site.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I really like the flexibility around players. We’re able to use easy-to-provision off-the-shelf Raspberry Pis, but we also have the option and have used apps on other devices, or even a PC browser when needed. That makes scaling or adapting to different use cases very straightforward. Right now we’re running Yoodeck on seven screens across different areas, several with their own playlists and content, and we’re planning to expand to several more screens this year. Setup couldn't be much easier with the Raspberry Pi's, either buy them pre configured or load up your own with their custom image, scan a QR code and it links to your account and is then is all remotely managed.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Very little!  The service has been rock solid for us through day to day use and most importantly when we host guests or events.  Outside of updating media, I generally forget that it's there, and thats a great thing to not have to deal with as an IT person!

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck gets rid of the pains of managing content across multiple screens in different locations. Before Yodeck, keeping displays updated meant manual changes, USB drives, or ad-hoc apps that were awkward and unstable and definitely didn’t scale well. Now we can centrally manage everything—what’s shown, where it’s shown, and when—without needing someone physically at each screen.

We love it for welcome messages, company announcements, and multimedia content, which ensures consistent messaging across our office and distribution center. Different areas can have different playlists, so the content is relevant to the audience in that space.

Most helpful aspect of Yodeck is the ability to set up and run a screen within 10-15 minutes.Another aspect is the availability of high quality templates that can be used to set up layouts for the screen with ease. Setting up different screens is quite easy with amazon and web players. I am using amazon fire os as the player and setting it up was a piece of cake.

Was not able to find anything that could make me dislike yodeck.

I was looking for a software that would help me set up a TV for my Ice Cream shop. Yodeck popped up as one of the top choices for digital signage software. It took me less than an hour to design and set up the templates on the tv. I had a fire stick lying around so I connected it to the tv and installed the yodeck app for FireOs. It was that simple. Managing the software online is very easy and user friendly.

The thing I find most useful about Yodeck is how easy it is to setup and implement. It has plenty of features that we can make use of, which is helpful when I'm frequently updating the content displayed on it. And it's also been quite easy to integrate into our workflow.

Something that I don't exactly like about Yodeck is how it randomly stops functioning or turns off, and I have to look into it to get it back to a functioning state.

It is allowing me to easily and quickly update content displayed on the TVs in our office space, and the ability to dynamically set schedules and playlists is benefitting me as I now no longer have to manually turn off or switch the playlists each time, I can just set it to a schedule and forget about it.

Ease of setup. I placed the Raspberry Pi in the location where I run ads, but I couldn't connect the device to Wi-Fi. After asking a question to the chatbot in the Yodeck dashboard, an agent helped me within 10 minutes. Registering the device couldn't be easier, and now that I've figured out the whole procedure, I think I could put and run ads on any screen. There are over 800 templates to choose from from various niches, so setting up a playlist was no problem.

I haven't noticed anything negative so far.

The only disadvantage I find is that, unlike the competition, this application does not allow working with a timeline when designing layouts. I believe it would be very useful to be able to create simple animations directly within the application.

I really appreciate being able to schedule content ahead of time, as well as manage it remotely. The compatibility with both PCs and Smart TVs is a big plus, and I like that it lets me control multiple screens at once. It also supports a wide range of formats, including web pages, videos, and photos. And as an added bonus, it offers good value for money!

I don’t think this software is intuitive for everyone. In our company, French is our primary language rather than English, so we require software that is genuinely straightforward and user-friendly. Up to now, not everyone here has found it easy to use.

Yodeck is easy to implement. I was able to meet with a member of their team who helped to explain the platform to me and pointed me towards additional resources and guides. The set up steps can be clearly to followed to get the platform set up right away. As a school, we are able to utilize Yodeck to display student life and information about upcoming events in an engaging manner.

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about using Yodeck so far. Even when I have run into a couple of issues, I have been able to troubleshoot them on my own and resolve them quickly.

Yodeck is really easy to use and the overall experience has been great. The UI is simple, playlist and content management are super smooth, and even setting it up with my external Android box was quick and hassle-free. It just works right out of the box, which I really like. Also, the number of features Yodeck provides makes managing screens effortless.

So far, I don’t have any major dislikes. Everything has been running smoothly without any major issues. Maybe having a proper mobile app for quick updates would make it even better, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Yodeck has transformed how we communicate inside our community hub and social club. We run it on a single Raspberry Pi, using an HDMI splitter to feed two screens around the venue, and it works brilliantly. The setup took minutes, and once the Pi was online, everything else was incredibly straightforward.

The platform makes it easy to upload media, build layouts, and schedule screen hours around our club’s opening times. It’s ideal for promoting upcoming events, sharing community notices, and keeping members informed. The drag‑and‑drop interface means even volunteers with limited tech experience can update content confidently.

The integrations are a huge bonus. We regularly bring in Canva designs for posters, use countdown timers for big events, and display weather apps for visitors planning their day. Everything looks polished and updates automatically.

The documention provided on usage was very simple to understand and provided excellent support reference during setup.

I have trouble understanding from time to time, but my emails are responded to promptly.

It would be beneficial to have a mobile app while I am walking around the building to make small changes on the fly and right in front of the screen I am dealing  with.
