"Intuitive Templates and Flexible Displays That Keep Our School Informed"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which makes updating content simple and efficient. In a busy school setting, being able to quickly adjust event details or menu items is a huge benefit. The premade templates are especially helpful. They save time and give our displays a professional look without requiring design experience.

We also appreciate the flexibility of the system. It allows us to rotate announcements, schedules, and photo slideshows seamlessly. This helps promote school spirit and keep students and families informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

One feature that we would love to see improved is the ability to screenshare from one computer to multiple displays. That capability would be extremely helpful during events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, User-Friendly UI with Versatile Templates"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The flexibility and accessibility of the UI! We have been able to adapt the templates to the look we want in our school, and it is simple enough for my student interns to be able to keep screens updated. We really enjoy the wide range of templates and the ability to schedule screens differently. We have about 15-20 screens around our school, and it is nice to be able to manage them independently when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The only downside we have found so far is restriction in some of the animated templates. I wish there was a way to add in some animation when designing from a blank template to keep content engaging instead of having to use the pre-made templates for animated pieces. But they all look lovely and we use them anyway! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

"Love this product"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The platform is very easy to manage and allows me to give access to others so they can help share and create content.

One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to share information on all TVs or target individual screens when needed. Rise Vision makes it simple to upload and display information quickly. There are also plenty of templates available, which makes it easy to customize displays while keeping everything visually appealing and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The only aspect I dislike is the scheduling feature, which I find unnecessarily complicated. I wish it were more straightforward. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an option where you could simply select which TVs the content will appear on with a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

"Effortless Content Management That Transforms Campus Displays"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The platform is extremely easy to use making it perfect for both the technology department and education staff to use. The ability to add content from various sources, create content within the platform, and distribute it to specific digital media devices across our campus has made Rise Vision a non-negotiable addition that has really raised the bar in giving our campus a modern eye-catching appearance. Not to mention, they have great customer support if you have any questions or concerns that always get back with you in a timely manner. We update it almost daily with news, events, and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

For a small, rural school district, the price point can be a little hard in the pitch to convince purchase approvers it's worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Leann, thanks for your 5-star review of Rise Vision! We're so happy to hear that Rise Vision is easy to use and working for both your iT team and education team. Our support team is great and we're always here to answer questions.

"Flexible Digital Content Management for Resorts"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I love how flexible Rise Vision is. I can create schedules for every screen size, set elements to expire, and mix and match elements. It's the best digital screen content program I've come across. It helps us ensure we can promote events, activities, and upcoming programs. We use it for menu screens, promotion screens, and to display what lifts are open. The initial setup is pretty easy, and our IT team handles getting it up on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I wish I could drag and drop files into storage. And I wish I could color code files. It doesn't really get in the way, it would just help be faster to upload files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy-to-Manage Digital Signage for Schools"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Ease of use: The interface is straightforward, so staff can quickly update announcements, events, and emergency messages without needing design or IT expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

One downside of Rise Vision is that while it’s very user-friendly, customization can sometimes feel limited without upgrading to more advanced features or spending extra time designing custom content. For organizations that want highly dynamic or heavily branded displays, the built-in templates may feel somewhat restrictive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Promotion Platform for Universities"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I like that Rise Vision is very user-friendly. When I started as a student worker, it was actually very easy to navigate. My boss, who was also fairly new to it, taught me everything just once, and since then, it's been simple to use. This ease makes me want to use it more, especially since it's more effective than posting on multiple platforms. Rise Vision is such a helpful tool for me and my university because it reduces the effort needed to share information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I would appreciate if I could post a bunch of stuff, like, the same things, in different categories at once. If I were able to post one thing and then post it on the same schedule or something like that, it would be better. That way, I don't have to input the same information and then do it over again and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Sydney, thanks for your review. We're happy to hear that Rise Vision makes it easy to share information across your university campus. I've passed along your feedback about scheduling multiple pieces of content.

"Rise Vision - the display integration that keeps on giving!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision is an excellent tool for sharing information across multiple devices. It makes it easy to quickly update and modify content on some or all televisions in a given area. The platform offers a variety of user-friendly templates that can be easily customized to fit specific needs. Each user has the flexibility to change presentations as often as needed, whether daily or even hourly. Scheduling content to run on displays for a set period is straightforward. Updating and changing presentations is a simple process that can be managed efficiently across several displays. Once the device is set up, connecting it to a display is hassle-free, and the website makes it easy to choose which presentation to show. Customer support has been very helpful in guiding us through the setup and is receptive to new ideas. Recently, we discovered another advantage of Rise Vision: our campuses used it to post videos and photos during the week leading up to our football rivalry game. This turned out to be a fun and effective way to bring each school together and boost school spirit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The PowerPoint integration has a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Christopher, thanks for the review of Rise Vision! Digital signage is a great way to get information out to your audience and keep your organization safe. I've passed along your feedback re: the PowerPoint integration to our teams.

"Easy to Update Everything, but Scheduling and Presentations Take Time to Learn"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

It’s really nice that you can update everything remotely online. I also like that we’re able to use it across our district, even when working with different companies. The templates are also useful and convenience for a starting place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

At first, I found it a bit confusing to understand how to create schedules and presentations, and how they connect to each other. Once I learned the interface and how everything links together, I realized there’s a lot of functionality for scheduling, as well as for mixing and matching different elements. I had some issues when setting up a few of the products where it would take a long time for the registration code to connect to the display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi there, thanks for leaving us a review and sharing your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that Rise Vision is making it easy to manage digital signage across your district.

"Effortless Display Management for Universities"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I like the ease of use of Rise Vision. It's great that different departments can have their own displays and manage them without me having to constantly oversee everything. I can set up a specific department with their own display media player, which makes things easier. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I don't like how I have to go to each sub company and share a presentation and add it to their playlist individually. I'd rather be able to send the presentations once to all sub companies simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alan Clayton of Rise Vision

Thank you for leaving us a review Tom. We appreciate it and have noted your request to share presentations between sub-companies.
