"Love this product"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The platform is very easy to manage and allows me to give access to others so they can help share and create content.

One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to share information on all TVs or target individual screens when needed. Rise Vision makes it simple to upload and display information quickly. There are also plenty of templates available, which makes it easy to customize displays while keeping everything visually appealing and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The only aspect I dislike is the scheduling feature, which I find unnecessarily complicated. I wish it were more straightforward. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an option where you could simply select which TVs the content will appear on with a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Content Management That Transforms Campus Displays"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The platform is extremely easy to use making it perfect for both the technology department and education staff to use. The ability to add content from various sources, create content within the platform, and distribute it to specific digital media devices across our campus has made Rise Vision a non-negotiable addition that has really raised the bar in giving our campus a modern eye-catching appearance. Not to mention, they have great customer support if you have any questions or concerns that always get back with you in a timely manner. We update it almost daily with news, events, and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

For a small, rural school district, the price point can be a little hard in the pitch to convince purchase approvers it's worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Leann, thanks for your 5-star review of Rise Vision! We're so happy to hear that Rise Vision is easy to use and working for both your iT team and education team. Our support team is great and we're always here to answer questions.

"Rise Vision - the display integration that keeps on giving!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision is an excellent tool for sharing information across multiple devices. It makes it easy to quickly update and modify content on some or all televisions in a given area. The platform offers a variety of user-friendly templates that can be easily customized to fit specific needs. Each user has the flexibility to change presentations as often as needed, whether daily or even hourly. Scheduling content to run on displays for a set period is straightforward. Updating and changing presentations is a simple process that can be managed efficiently across several displays. Once the device is set up, connecting it to a display is hassle-free, and the website makes it easy to choose which presentation to show. Customer support has been very helpful in guiding us through the setup and is receptive to new ideas. Recently, we discovered another advantage of Rise Vision: our campuses used it to post videos and photos during the week leading up to our football rivalry game. This turned out to be a fun and effective way to bring each school together and boost school spirit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

"Effortless Display Management for Universities"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I like the ease of use of Rise Vision. It's great that different departments can have their own displays and manage them without me having to constantly oversee everything. I can set up a specific department with their own display media player, which makes things easier. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I don't like how I have to go to each sub company and share a presentation and add it to their playlist individually. I'd rather be able to send the presentations once to all sub companies simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alan Clayton of Rise Vision

Thank you for leaving us a review Tom. We appreciate it and have noted your request to share presentations between sub-companies.

"Highly recommended Platform!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I really enjoy using Rise Vision. It's a powerful and easy-to-navigate platform with a wide variety of options for displaying content. One of its standout features is how well it allows you to organize and categorize content for different devices. Whether you're managing a single display or an entire network across multiple locations, the ability to tailor content per device is a huge advantage.

What I also appreciate is that the platform is constantly being updated. The developers actively work out any flaws or bugs, and the ongoing refinements keep the user experience fresh and reliable. I haven’t encountered anything I dislike — the continuous improvement and re-advising of features truly set Rise Vision apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision is an excellent program. It's easy to navigate and offers a wide variety of options for displaying content, making it incredibly versatile for different needs. One of the best things about it is the constant updating and improvement — any flaws or issues are quickly addressed. The regular updates and re-advising not only keep the platform current but also continuously enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much, Janea! We’re thrilled to hear how much you’re enjoying Rise Vision and that it’s helping you manage and organize content across your displays with ease. "Add pro level media to your school"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The final result consistently appears professional and leaves a strong impression on viewers. Being able to update it instantly is both convenient and useful, particularly when something needs to be displayed right away. The templates and customization options make it very easy for nearly anyone to create content. The one time I used customer support it was very quick and helpful. We use it virtually every day to keep our school updated on current and upcoming events and communicate with the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

There isn't anything I genuinely dislike, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, it can take some effort to figure out how to customize the display settings. It would also be useful to have a separate folder for pending posts, allowing users to work ahead and prepare content in advance. Additionally, a bulk posting feature, similar to the existing bulk delete option, would be a welcome addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Mindy, thanks for your review of Rise Vision. It's great to hear that digital signage keeps your school community informed. I've shared your excellent suggestions with our product team.

"My experience with Rise Vision has been seamless—easy to use and reliable."
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision has been a great tool for us. It’s very easy to set up, and the templates make creating and updating content simple. I’ve never run into bugs or issues, which really shows how reliable it is. Overall, it’s one of the easiest platforms I’ve used, and it works exactly the way you expect it to. I use it every day in our school and have never even needed to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about Rise Vision. If anything, I’d just like to see even more template options since the ones available are so easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

"Effortless Content Management for School Displays"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I use Rise Vision to manage multiple televisions around our school, and I love how it allows us to control what shows on these screens and share useful information with students, teachers, and parents. The feature I appreciate most is the automatic update of slides with interesting content like the joke of the day, word of the day, STEM facts, and healthy choices. This engaging content benefits students as they wait in lines for lunch, during bathroom breaks, and between class transitions. In addition to the enriching content, I also value the ability to schedule content to start and stop at specific times throughout the year. This scheduling capacity is especially beneficial for our school environment, as it enables us to plan reminders and notices perfectly timed for relevant occasions. Furthermore, I find the initial set-up of Rise Vision remarkably simple and straightforward, which made the onboarding process seamless. Overall, these intuitive and beneficial features make Rise Vision an indispensable tool in our educational setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

It would be helpful to just be able to choose a date and time for each slide instead of having to set up a new schedule for slides that only need to run for a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Brigette! Thanks for your review of Rise Vision. We're so happy to hear that Rise Vision is an effortless way for you to manage digital signage around your school. I've passed along your feedback re: making scheduling easier to our team.

"Essential Tool for Easy School Communication"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I find Rise Vision to be an exceptional tool for schools, offering an extremely easy-to-use interface that simplifies various tasks. The graphics are not only impressive but also modern and up to date, which greatly aids in conveying important information to our students. I love how it serves as a fabulous way to share due dates, meeting schedules, and opportunities, as well as highlight success stories and victories within the student body. The software is incredibly beneficial in replacing lengthy daily announcements that are often ignored by students. Now, with announcements featuring on Rise Vision TVs, students remain informed more effectively. I appreciate the convenience of being able to easily post event dates and the overall ease of use of the software. Moreover, the initial setup process was very straightforward, adding to the seamless experience. I genuinely like all aspects of Rise Vision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I like it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

"Great Templates and Device Flexibility, but Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Provide a lot of templates that make initial setup very easy. It can also be run off of a wide variety of devices, such as an Amazon Signage Stick (which is at least $100 cheaper than the other options). Lastly, it has great integration with GSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

They try to push hardware as a service, having you rent their equipment, similar to how Internet Service Providers make you rent their modems. Most of the hardware that they recommend is overkill for digital signage in my opinion and thereby brings a higher price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Ethan, thanks for leaving us a review! We're happy to hear that you like Rise Vision's integration with Google Workspace and that software works well on Amazon Signage Sticks!
