We have about 15-20 screens around our school, and it is nice to be able to manage them independently when needed. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The only downside we have found so far is restriction in some of the animated templates. I wish there was a way to add in some animation when designing from a blank template to keep content engaging instead of having to use the pre-made templates for animated pieces. They also offer a host of templates, some of which can be customized with Canva. I found the Sub-company option works well with seperating our media players to have content edited and published by people in the department where the players are used. It also gives the flexibility of allowing IT master control and seperating editting and publishing to be limited to certain people with their department equipment. The displays and our use of Rise Vision software helps attract attention to announcements and information everyone in our school needs and they actually pay attention to it! The novelty of the changing, rotating and auto-updating content makes it easy to have a captive audience and engages everyone in our community. Being able to customize and create our own content through RiseVision makes everyone feel like a star. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The "back end" is not hard to use but we don't have a lot of staff that are comfortable in using it. The programming features can be cumbersome for beginner learners and those not comfortable with tech. The lack of "drag and drop" customization scares some users away. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with students and staff and sharing school information. The signage has been incredible effective and promotes engagements and positivity. I assume they have good customer service, but truth is we've never had to use it! We have three monitors running 24/7 and people love it. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** One minor issue is that if I remove brand colors from one slide because the colors are wonky, it removes them for all slides. We have had success with having some of our less technically inclined users jump in and make changes. With the ease of use it allows up to update our displays daily within a few minutes.
