We use it to share important news, celebrate success, and welcome new staff. The templates are incredible. They have everything that you need for special events, holidays, and easy to use countdowns! The templates save A LOT of time. This has really helped build school morale and improve communication. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** I have found it easier to create some custom templates on Canva and them import them into a Rise Vision template. This is very easy to do. But, I have struggled a little bit with adding additional text. It doesn't seem to be as easy to use and center as some other programs that I have used. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled with lack of communication and students not knowing what was going on. Rise Vision creates a seamless experience for students to check what's going on. I also appreciate its simplicity and cohesiveness across platforms, which made the setup pretty easy. We were able to plug and play content seamlessly and schedule items to display in a synchronized manner. I like the ease of use and how quickly I can change screens or add new ones, which only takes a few minutes. The initial setup was also very easy, just taking a few minutes. I appreciate how fast they reply to questions and comments and how they have a suggestion link that they respond to quickly. I enjoy the many templates available and the ability to create my own using Canvas. I have had no problems with the software, and I appreciate that they consistently roll out new templates and take suggestions for new ones. I have found so many uses from schedules to countdowns, to welcome messages for internal birthdays and external guests, to daily wellness tips. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have grown as a company significantly and the number of facilities has required a solution for a unified bulletin board of sorts, something that all facilities can use on their own, but also incorporate executive news or messages from corporate HR to send to all locations. We have been able to adapt the templates to the look we want in our school, and it is simple enough for my student interns to be able to keep screens updated. We really enjoy the wide range of templates and the ability to schedule screens differently. We have about 15-20 screens around our school, and it is nice to be able to manage them independently when needed. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The only downside we have found so far is restriction in some of the animated templates. I wish there was a way to add in some animation when designing from a blank template to keep content engaging instead of having to use the pre-made templates for animated pieces. But they all look lovely and we use them anyway! **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a high school, we have the constant challenge of keeping our students engaged with a very limited attention span! RiseVision has helped modernized our school and delivers information to our students in an engaging way. It's great that we're able to use other apps like Canva and artificial intelligence to merge different infographics and videos directly into Rise Vision to promote various events. The best part about Rise Vision for me is probably the user-friendliness and some of the built-in templates. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** One of the issues I have with Rise Vision is the way graphics are imported. They often come in portrait mode, but I prefer them in landscape. I end up using different tools to manipulate these graphics into landscape mode to fill the screen fully. It would be nice if Rise Vision could automatically stretch portrait images or videos to fill the entire template. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Rise Vision to display information for school events, helping celebrate cultural and community activities.
