A Practical CRM for Managing Leads and Customer Interactions

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like most about Freshsales is that it is easy to use and did not take much time to set up. The interface feels straightforward, so managing daily work is not complicated. I regularly use the contact management and lead tracking features to keep nutrition consultation inquiries and wellness program prospects organized. It helps me see who has been contacted, who needs a follow-up, and which inquiries are still active. The pipeline view is also useful because it gives a clear picture of where each opportunity stands. Instead of checking different notes or messages, I can quickly review progress and plan the next action. Another thing I like is the task and activity management. I can schedule follow-ups, add notes after discussions, and keep track of important client interactions in one place. This is helpful when handling multiple consultations and health education projects at the same time. I also use it to maintain records of people who show interest in diet plans, wellness programs, and health awareness activities. Having contact details, communication history, and follow-up information available in one system makes day-to-day coordination easier. The email and activity tracking features are useful for monitoring ongoing conversations and ensuring that important inquiries are not missed. This helps maintain better communication and follow-up consistency during busy work schedules. The performance has been reliable during regular use. Pages load quickly, contact records open without delays, and moving between leads, activities, and pipeline stages feels smooth. Overall, it provides a good balance of features without making the system feel overly complex.
