Pacer for Teams offers: - Full Admin Control: Manage up to 8 challenge types (including custom map and wellness challenges) via an easy-to-use web platform. - Seamless Participant Experience: Join via the Pacer app, with syncing for devices like Fitbit and Garmin. - Leaderboards: Track progress with individual and team leaderboards. The choice of Pacer turned out to be very effective, which is confirmed by the third season of competition with this application and almost 600 participants of our competitions. **What do you dislike about Pacer for Teams?** We have not noticed any defects in use. It is a rather large number of users and their phones (no updates, poor service) generate problems that need to be addressed. I would like to expand further: mini challenges, social media, posting photos, combining various activities together (e.g. walking + cycling). **What problems is Pacer for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, a new problem has arisen: the maintenance of employee relations. I came up with a remote sports challenge that I organize with Pacer for Teams. Remote sports activation of employees brought tangible benefits, and because it gained recognition, it entered the calendar of our employees for good. ### 2. There are SO many features that I enjoy, from leaderboards for individuals to teams to connecting with people from around the world and motivating one another, to using the feed during our corporate challenges and connecting with team members I have never met before! I also love the updates that have been made over the past year to enhance the user experience - the pacer team is really on it! Also.. the price is pretty amazing. **What do you dislike about Pacer for Teams?** Some of the syncing can be difficult pending on which device you are using... BUT just using pacer and keeping your phone on you can be an easy fix. **What problems is Pacer for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pacer for Teams has allowed us to create an active community within our organization, and then I was able to take it to my personal life and increase my daily movement and that of my friends and family as well! ### 4. I love that everyone can sign up individually and we're able to organize our teams and update challenges as needed. **What do you dislike about Pacer for Teams?** In all honesty, there isn't much I don't like about the app. Pacer provides us with the services we need to run a good wellness challenge and links with other health apps. **What problems is Pacer for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for an affordable and practical app to monitor steps for a wellness challenge. It's helpful that people can enter their workouts alongside the app tracking most movements. ### 5. The users found the app easy to use and i needed to provide very minimal help/support for participants to use the app effectively. **What do you dislike about Pacer for Teams?** I disliked the rankings, which were skewed by the activities verified by GPS. Some of our users who take a large number of steps and don't record location felt a little disheartened that they were lower down the leaderboard than expected. **Recommendations to others considering Pacer for Teams:** Utilise the free 2 weeks for your challenge set up! You dont want people signing up to the challenge late! **What problems is Pacer for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very low effort was required on behalf of the challenge organisers. . It was great to have a group virtual challenge, when Covid restrictions were in place. The final reporting at the end of the challenge was great ### 6. People really enjoyed getting to see their progress throughout the day and the week as this added an additional aspect of motivation and competition among employees. **What do you dislike about Pacer for Teams?** We utilized specific/custom settings for our step challenge and had 100 participants, which was great, but the reporting capabilities of the website for our custom challenge were fairly restrictive. **What problems is Pacer for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product was a wonderful tool for employee engagement and the customer service was very good.
