I would recommend to improve how the system is shown from the beginning could be confusing to get familiar with it for example to get to the details of the jobs descriptions could be difficult to find at first time. the website is fast, easy to use, has perfect user interface , the customer Support are very helpful . I used to open the website and find applicants for the jobs that the website handle the description of it and manage the recruitment cycle with automation which get me the applicants i need very short period.
