We wanted one video to play on a loop and there were a lot of features we don't take advantage of. Not sure what they did with Series 5. **What do you dislike about BrightSign?** I've been using BrightSign for almost 2 years. Recently, I purchased 7 series 5's because 4's are no longer available. They haven't worked since I installed them. Randomly throughout the day, they reboot over and over by themselves or will completely lockup. I have to go into BSN.Cloud to reboot them. Every morning since they've been installed, I reboot them several times a day. I've been working with BrightSign support for over a month. Absolutely worthless. I feel like I've been extremely patient, but that is coming to an end. **What problems is BrightSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Constant rebooting and locking up. ### 4. You set it up and it runs flawlessly without ever having to reboot it and with no errors. The software it comes with is intuitive and can be configured to display images, videos, live feeds etc. **What do you dislike about BrightSign?** You need to remember to purchase a microSD card separately to store the programming in the unit. Get a large card if you plan on having long videos in high resolution. **What problems is BrightSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an information screen at the entrance to the building and using the BrightSign is so much better than having a desktop computer connected to it. It's easy to update and guests like it. ### 5. We also find that syncing becomes as issue more frequently now. **Recommendations to others considering BrightSign:** Have a strong internet connection. Go through training (if it is provided) and double check your work **What problems is BrightSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented digital signage across our organization - 4 campuses in 2 different cities. I am able to maintain everything from my laptop remotely ### 6. The initial hardware investment can be a hard to buy-in from when comparable hardware is available to the general public. **Recommendations to others considering BrightSign:** Make sure to consider the amount of integration and development time needed to develop the digital assets. Keep in mind there are other standards (like ADA/Accessibility) for displays which will be placed in public areas. **What problems is BrightSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have primarily deployed the BrightSign displays and players to show scheduling information and advertising at a number of our locations. Being in the hospitality industry, we have a good number of people that are looking for information on where to go for their event and BrightSign is an easy way to do that. Increased customer satisfaction along with increased efficiency for administrators as they only need to manage a single source of information. ### 7. Also in place of static marketing, it is both more engaging and less expensive over time. we have integrated our BS with some proprietary systems developed in house that have improved both customer experience and driven sales. ### 8.
