It was not a seamless system and needed a lot of improvement. **What do you dislike about Infor F9?** I was not too fond of the amount of clicking you had to do to get to certain things, enter journals, or even invoices. **Recommendations to others considering Infor F9:** I would ask about add-ons and things that have to be created for your specific needs. They were not transparent about this. You need a special imagine scanning software, which is extra, and also a particular check run system, which costs extra. Codes have to be written specifically for your needs through another third party. **What problems is Infor F9 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We left our old system for the sake of reporting to be smoother; however, with Infor, everything is an add-on, and it ended up costing more than we expected due to this. ### 6.
