I no longer have to bother my manager on Slack or send those awkward "hey, just following up on my PTO request" emails. Now, I just open the app, enter my dates, and that's it—done. My manager gets notified, I get a notification when it's approved, and it syncs with my calendar automatically. It's super convenient. The timesheet feature is also quite good. With Zoho People, everything feels easy and intuitive. The interface is clean, and there aren't too many steps. I can quickly see my hours for the week, submit them, and get on with my day. The mobile app works well for quick tasks too, which is especially helpful when I'm traveling for work. Another thing I appreciate is being able to update my own information, like my address or phone number, without having to email HR every time something changes. I just log in and update it myself. It's a small detail, but it really makes a difference. Overall, it's super easy to use, and as an employee, that's exactly what I want.
