**What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?**

The platform includes an AI assistant called smHRty, which works like a 24/7 digital HR desk. Instead of forcing employees to dig through endless tabs just to find a payslip or check their leave balance, they can use simple text or voice commands to apply for leave, regularize attendance, or instantly fetch tax documents.

Payroll is often one of the biggest headaches for HR teams, but Pocket HRMS uses machine learning to streamline calculations. It helps cut payroll processing time (often to under 3 minutes) while also handling complex local statutory compliance, Indian tax regimes, automated Form 16 generation, and Full & Final (FnF) settlements more smoothly.

For remote, hybrid, or field-based teams, the attendance module is another strong point. It uses geofencing and GPS tagging to confirm employees are where they claim to be when punching in, and facial recognition through the mobile app to reduce “buddy punching” and other attendance fraud.

**What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?**

I love using Pocket HRMS for handling all my day-to-day HR tasks in one simple, reliable place. It's been my go-to for running payroll accurately and on time, tracking employee attendance and leave requests, and keeping all employee records organized and secure. What I like most about Pocket HRMS is how it simplifies HR without overcomplicating everything. It’s intuitive enough that my team and I didn’t need weeks of training to start using it daily. The payroll runs smoothly and accurately, saving me so much time and stress each pay period. I also really appreciate the employee self-service portal. My staff can check payslips, request time off, and update their info on their own, which cuts down on constant back-and-forth messages. It’s a straightforward, effective tool that makes managing HR for small and mid-sized teams way less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?**

I’ve also found that a few of the more niche HR workflows aren’t as flexible out of the box. Things like custom approval chains or specialized onboarding checklists require a bit more setup than I expected, and the interface can feel slightly clunky when you’re trying to configure those deeper settings. A few small but meaningful changes would make Pocket HRMS much more user-friendly, especially around those niche workflows and the overall interface. Right now, setting up custom approval chains for things like extended leave or expense reimbursements can feel a little hidden; you have to dig through multiple menus to adjust who gets notified and when, which isn’t very intuitive. It would be huge if those workflow-builder tools were more visual, drag-and-drop, and easier to preview before launching.

Pocket HRMS is very useful software, you can do all the HR functions with ease. The attendance and leave management modules give speed and efficiency to the processes. The recruitment module is also great and covers all the stages of hiring process.

The Scanner that comes during login & Logout, Sometimes the app gets lags, due to which we cannot log in or log out. Requesting the Developer to fix this error so that it will work smoothly.

It enables me to fulfill all my job responsibilities with the single software. I no more need to switch between different tools. There are different modules in the software for all the major HR functions that make the processing simple and easy.

The interface of the HRMS software is not good enough. The interface hinders the user experience that otherwise efficient modules in Pocket HRMS can actually deliver. The overall experience will shoot up if some work is done on it and it will much better.

With Pocket HRMS all the human resource requirements at my company are now smoothly performed. I can rely on the calculations and do not need to do those constant checks to ensure that everything is going smoothly and correctly also reduces the processing time.

Sometimes it takes a huge amount of time to load the data. So whenever it's urgent to demonstrate the data it gets stuck and it hampers my work. So if developers can fix this error it will be a great help.

**What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?**

The speed at which the tasks are performed by the software is amazing. Recruitment used to be the most complicated process for us but with the software now it's very fast and smooth process.

I love the dashboard of the Pocket HRMS software; it's colorful and very interactive. I think the other modules in the software can also use some so it will improve the look and feel of the entire software and it will seem more beautiful.

The cloud software gives better accesibility  leading do increased productivity and better employee management. It's a one stop solution for all HR tasks and processes.

I will love to have a theme option with bright colours to make the interface feel more lively. The present display is good but providing theme options to the users will be a great addition.

I can check attendance for entire year on a sigle click. In addition to that, regularization of my attendance and leaves management can be done with a few quick clicks saving a lot of time.

We liked the simple workflows, easy to use and not so complex HR solutions. Pocket HRMS can be used by technical and non-techncial Human resources any day. It's that easy.

It has no integration at the time we used it, moreover it was largely a replacement of an google excel and not more. We then shifted from it to use another advanced level tool.

The payroll feature is excellent, and it is user-friendly and easy to navigate around.  I would highly recommend it as it is a great value for money. It can be integrated with the attendance system, and the support team is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?**

User Interface gets the work done, but I feel it can be improved using Artificial Intelligence . Can customize more modules like performance management, Training, etc as per industry requirement.

We have automated our payroll system as we have integrated all our payroll operations seamlessly. Payslips are also generated using this software.
