I like greytHR because it very easy to use and make payroll task much easier. I can access my attendance, leave, and payslips, also i can download my payslips. I can easily check who is on leave in my team. I use greytHR daily to sign in and sign our for attendance and if i miss sign in then i can easily apply attendance regulation. It work smooth on both laptop and mobile. I can also view my entire team and their designations. I can check my average work hours inside attendance info. I really appreciate greytHR for being a single website where I can manage all my documents and corporate paperwork. I like having all my salary slips recorded in an orderly format. The home feature is great for tracking my payslips, reviewing, and tracking reimbursement claims. The interface is very user friendly and I don't need to spend much time with employees teaching them how to use the Greythr app. It is quite self-explanatory when it comes to applying for leaves, checking daily attendance and downloading payslips. Also, the admin version of the app which I use as an HR manager is efficient and makes my daily operations work much easier. It gives me all the consolidated data of employee's attendances, late comings and also automatically deducts the salary on their payslip if I put half-day for an employee when they are late to work. The customer support is on point and very helpful especially during the critical stages. They have always come with solutions when required.

All our employees are solely dependant on the GreytHR portal for their payroll and tax break up data and have never heard a single complaint on the portal and most of users frequently use the portal for reimbursement and anything related to payments.
