What do you like best about Hono HCM?

I like Hono HCM for its continuous performance management, which allows me to directly see goals and KRAs, generate mails for one-on-one meetings, and keep track of everything. The direct integration of attendance logs from my attendance system to the portal is also very useful. The expense management, payroll details management, and leaves being updated efficiently stand out to me. The payroll feature that lets me bifurcate the month and year properly is another helpful aspect. Lastly, setting up Hono HCM was very easy, with support that helped us set up things quickly. What do you dislike about Hono HCM?

I have already mentioned that in the first question itself. It is a one stop shop for anything and everything related to HR functions. A seamlessly integrated platform from Hiring to onboarding, attendance, leave management, travel, performance evaluation and separation. What do you like best about Hono HCM?

HONO is suitable for India especially for Hotels as poeple work in several shifts. Geo fencing & App based software makes it easy to use and it has reduced the errors with attendnace.

OT Module is also very refined and there is flexiblity to update according to local state law.

What problems is Hono HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

HONO HCM is benefetial for any employee data change, recruitment i.e. uploading of CV's and then further for the shortlisting process and even conducting interviews through it. It is also benefitial for the entire on boarding process including pre on boarding, on boarding and post on boarding. It benefitial in more than one way as it has every HR module that is required including PMS etc. It benefitial for generating reports and extracting live data as well.
