Zoho Survey makes creating, sharing and integration of surveys super easy. Implementation for non tech user is very simple. The dragNdrop builder is very intutive, and they’ve got lots of question types & ready made templates so I can get exactly the data I need. I really like the way results are shown clean charts, reports, and easy filters. I’ve used it both for internal team assesments and for customer feedback forms, and it’s been smooth. The inbuilt analytics also let me set up scoring based evals without having to mess around with formulas, which saves a ton of time. I find Zoho Survey to be complicated to use, especially when trying to make connections with AI and capture additional information. The AI aspect is not clear, and although there is an assistant, it doesn't provide much help. The survey tool is really good to be honest. It has all the templates, forms are really easy to make with very minimal effort. The platform has different themes and some of the themes are resonating with our brand colours which make it even better. Email notifications post the user fills the form and reminders are really cool. I personally like the user friendly interface and how easy the form is to make.
