**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

I use Zoho Survey to get employee feedback effectively, no matter where they are located. What I like most is its ease of use, including the ability to quickly create surveys and its intuitive, user-friendly setup. The multi-channel distribution options are great, allowing me to send surveys through email, text links, social media, QR codes, and even on our website. This makes it easy to ensure everyone is reached. The ability to brand the surveys is a nice touch, and the reporting and analytics provide a simple dashboard to track responses, making the overall process efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?**

While there's very little I don't like about Zoho Survey, the simplicity of the design is not as sophisticated as other survey platforms we use. There are occasional performance lags and result exporting is somewhat limited based on the tiered plan you purchase. I think Zoho Survey would benefit from having a more polished look, better design options for consumer-facing surveys, and allow for better exporting options regardless of the tier plan the consumer is using.

I really like using Zoho Survey when creating surveys because I can choose different templates. I used an education template and added questions like multiple choice and open-ended questions. I can also customize the design and launch it effortlessly. It's great that I can send it through email or even post it in Google Classroom. The setup is very easy, the instructions are clear, and I feel really guided. Overall, Zoho Survey is amazing to me.

I like that it's very easy to track and collect information. It allows the reps to track their own survey responses, which is helpful because they make a commission for each 5-star survey. The initial setup was easy.

I don't like the format that makes it hard for clients to understand how to give a good rating. They ended up giving 5 stars thinking it was ranked 1 being worst and 5 being best, however, it was the opposite.

Zoho Survey makes creating, sharing and integration of surveys super easy. Implementation for non tech user is very simple. The dragNdrop builder is very intutive, and they’ve got lots of question types & ready made templates so I can get exactly the data I need. I really like the way results are shown clean charts, reports, and easy filters. I’ve used it both for internal team assesments and for customer feedback forms, and it’s been smooth. The inbuilt analytics also let me set up scoring based evals without having to mess around with formulas, which saves a ton of time. And last but important Zoho support is always best for all the products.

I needed it to integrate with my Shopify store, but that option is only in the paid plan. The free plan covers the basics, but for advance intigrations you have to upgrade. Would be nice if at least basic store connection was free.
