This is a great tool for collecting information through questions. It offers many options, such as the "logic" feature, which lets you display more targeted questions based on how the customer responds. Additionally, the reports are straightforward and easy to use. It has great support with multiple channels such as email or the knowledge base. Regularly used it for internal and external use, for example: customer satisfaction or 360 degree surveys. Very easy to configure, use, publish and understand the data gathered from the results. It has integrations with multiple tools such as Zoho CRM, Campaigns and more.
