Implementation for non tech user is very simple. The dragNdrop builder is very intutive, and they’ve got lots of question types & ready made templates so I can get exactly the data I need. I really like the way results are shown clean charts, reports, and easy filters. I’ve used it both for internal team assesments and for customer feedback forms, and it’s been smooth. The inbuilt analytics also let me set up scoring based evals without having to mess around with formulas, which saves a ton of time. And last but important Zoho support is always best for all the products. **What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?** I needed it to integrate with my Shopify store, but that option is only in the paid plan. The free plan covers the basics, but for advance intigrations you have to upgrade.
