What do you like best about Zoho Survey?

This is a great tool for collecting information through questions. It offers many options, such as the "logic" feature, which lets you display more targeted questions based on how the customer responds. Additionally, the reports are straightforward and easy to use. It has great support with multiple channels such as email or the knowledge base. Regularly used it for internal and external use, for example: customer satisfaction or 360 degree surveys. Very easy to configure, use, publish and understand the data gathered from the results. It has integrations with multiple tools such as Zoho CRM, Campaigns and more. What I like about Zoho Survey is how easy is it to create and share surveys without needing any technical skills. The interface is clean & intuitive, so building surveys feels quick & straightforward even for the first time users.

The most helpful part is the variety of question types & templates available. It makes easy to design surveys for different use cases like customer feedback, employee surveys & market research.

What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?

One thing which I dislike about Zoho Survey is some of its advance features is only available when we upgrade the plan, so for more complex surveys it may feel restrictive.

Customization is very limited in designing the surveys, basic branding is possible but its not much flexible to fully customize the layouts or styles.

I use Zoho Survey to get employee feedback effectively, no matter where they are located. What I like most is its ease of use, including the ability to quickly create surveys and its intuitive, user-friendly setup. This makes it easy to ensure everyone is reached. What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?

While there's very little I don't like about Zoho Survey, the simplicity of the design is not as sophisticated as other survey platforms we use. There are occasional performance lags and result exporting is somewhat limited based on the tiered plan you purchase. I think Zoho Survey would benefit from having a more polished look, better design options for consumer-facing surveys, and allow for better exporting options regardless of the tier plan the consumer is using.
