**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

Adrenalin HCM is so easy to use. Since it is mostly used for payroll in our company and Tax declarations, we are always attentive to check the details in Adrenalin specially during pay day and tax season. We always check the numbers and download the forms to ensure that we have personal documentation of our earnings and taxation.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

I believe it would be great if Adrenalin will be part of the Single Sign On system in our company. There is also the need to open and access the CISCO Portal to access Adrenalin which makes the login tedious to the end user.

**What problems is Adrenalin HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adrenalin keeps the employees aware of their salary details including their monthly deductions and loans both form the government and other entities that they need to address.

**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

The ticketing support system is the best part and is very helpful whenever we get stuck at any point. Even on off days, the support team connects with us and helps resolve the issues.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

Employee surveys currently allow questions to be skipped, which can sometimes affect overall participation. Additionally, in Attendance regularization, it would be helpful to have unit-level restrictions available, so certain business units can be given the right level of flexibility.

Every month, we prepare the consolidated paysheets for all units manually. It would be very helpful if the same consolidated paysheets could be made available on the front end.

**What problems is Adrenalin HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Management: Sometimes the transaction goes into failed transactions, and from the front end we are unable to resolve it.

Payroll Management: The pay process gets stuck at times. When that happens, we usually raise a ticket with the support team and get it resolved.

Recruitment Module: Mapping of replacement IDs has been sorted out successfully.

Our experience with Adrenalin HCM has been positive, particularly in terms of support and workflow efficiency. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, which has been extremely helpful during critical HR cycles. The platform’s well-defined workflows have streamlined our HR processes, improved turnaround times, and reduced manual effort. Overall, Adrenalin HCM has brought consistency, visibility, and operational efficiency to our HR function.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

Simple, minor customizations are currently limited and often require external support or formal change requests. Increasing self-service configuration options for basic workflows and UI elements would enhance flexibility and speed of execution.

**What problems is Adrenalin HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adrenalin Payroll helped us overcome the payroll problems we were facing earlier. It improved accuracy, reduced manual effort, and made payroll processing more reliable.

**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

Adrenalin has a great interface and it has many great features like regularisation of attendance and making travel requests within the portal. The shift planner is also a great feature to manage flexible hours.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

I did not liked the UI of 1.0 version of adrenalin but it has improved in the recent version. Other than that it is completing all the basic needs that A HCM or an HRM is expected to do.

**What problems is Adrenalin HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adrenalin helps me to keep track of my team and whether they have requested for some new assets, or if they have applied for leave/wfh and it allows me to approve or reject them and keep an official track of it.

There are so many features which are all embedded to a single software I.e., from payroll to talent management to workforce administration. It takes care of all the above

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

I won't say it is complex but yeah definitely we faced few limitations in customizing it. Also, since the organisation was small so the cost attached to the software seemed little higher as well.

So, in my organisation the payroll and talent management was handled by the software. Since the HR was new so using the software it eases her work.

All in one HCM/HRIS. Interface is very user-friendly. Has everything from Compensation and Benefits Management to Time and Attendance Management.

The price is quite high for HRIS but is justifiable.

Product is basic in nature and requires a lot of manual interventions to manage. It may end up increasing workload for teams instead of reducing.

**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

Integration with Adrenalin helped in deployment as well as development with the business colleagues and made a clear way for information exchange.
It can be integrated with almost every enterprise and IT system for better management .
The data synchronization between devices reduces time.
It has a supportive support system that doesn't charge any service charge during the maintenance or for upgrades.
This HR system compiles with the GST guidelines.

It only has a web version.
It lags a lot even sometimes the page becomes un-responsive even after realoading.
Somtimes it becomes difficult to fetch the right location.

Best for managing attendance.
The data sync reduced the time and helped us to focus on the further project .
It helped me to apply for leaves directly from HCM.

**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

Different colour coding for attendance recording is very good. Green - Present, Red - Absent, Light Blue - Week OFF, Yellow - Holiday.
In this, we get to know which day is a holiday just at the start of the year. All the holidays can be seen while marking your attendance, by seeing the Yellow colour. This helps in planning holidays very well.
Other thing is that we get to know whether the leaves have been approved or not just looking at the calendar. Other thing is that,  just go to that search panel option and type attendance regularisation details. We'll see the list of the days our leaves have been applied and what leaves or attendance have been approved or not.
 This is the best thing I liked with the adrenaline HR management tool. This helps an easy flow with the leaves and attendance in a better way.
Another best thing is that the employee complete details can be seen at just a search of your name away. Just click on the search panel, type your name and click your profile. You will get to see the complete details of that employee.
Other thing that involves is that you can see your employee id, your reporting manager and other details of an employee info at just a glance.
Different segments of rule books, policy, careers, opportunities, learning and development, offers, values in an organised and easy manner. This seems to be a very best part of this HR management tool.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

1)  Lags too much
2)  Needs re-loading everytime.
3) In accurate tracking of attendance sometimes. ( showed absent on Sunday sometimes, needs to be refreshed.)
4) Too many web pages and links inside that tool. Hence server is very slow.
5) Punch in and Punch out time not visible in the attendance calendar.

**Recommendations to others considering Adrenalin HCM:**

Make this tool light by less links. Punch in and Punch out time should be clearly visible by just seeing the attendance calendar.

1)  Make different tools for different agencies. This will decrease the buffer time and will make website friendly and smoothly.
2) The shift hours window should be clearly visible in the home page. This will help in tracking the 8.5 hours of window.

I like how easy it is to manage and track employees in the system. Employees also have an easier time timing in and timing out, filing leaves, and even filling up forms.

I don't like the interface that much. It may need improving. I also experienced system crashes where I couldn't access the platform.

I recommend it for those who have a lot of employees. Easy to use for the management and employees.

**What do you like best about Adrenalin HCM?**

The best part of this Adrenalin application is that we can check our attendance easily, leaves, leave balance, etc. Applying for Attendance Regularization, is also a good part of the application. It contains some special features like HR & Payroll, Performance Management, Shifts Management, Training Management, Workflow Administration, Application Security, etc. HR can easily update any thing related to official work which can be seen by all the employees.It is an useful application for both the HR as well as for an employee also. Along with applying for Attendance Regularization, and there are many more features which are beneficial for an employee.

**What do you dislike about Adrenalin HCM?**

We didn't find any flaw yet in the application except it is difficult to fetch the location. Sometime it doesn't take the right location and also takes a bit of time to find so.

Resolve location issue. Nothing else

Business problems solved is that it becomes easy for the HR Department to interact with the employees and to share any information officially. To take record of the attendance has also become an easy flow of work.We didn't find any flaw yet in the application except it is difficult to fetch the location. Sometime it doesn't take the right location and also takes a bit of time to find so.

Adrenalin is actually a great way for employees to keep updated. It's wonderful as employees can log in there anytime and see bulletins. It makes managing easy and accessible for anyone.

The downsides of Adrenalin HCM would be the interface. It's not as good as one would hope and sometimes it crashes.

To sign in and sign out attendance from th application only.
No worries of getting late in the morning, as we can log in from the nearby location also.
We can apply for leaves and can also apply for Attendance Regularisation, if we forget to sign in or sign out. see

Sometimes it doesn't get the exact and right location.
There is only network and speed issue except location, every thing is perfect.

Just to resolve the issue of location fetching.

Organization with lesser complexity can take the product, but this may not be the right choice for companies having large employee strength and complex org structures.
the Standard product might work for smaller client but in case you are looking for some customization and configuration you may want to look for more stable and scalable HR technology

**What problems is Adrenalin HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good record keeping HCM tool with almost no intelligence and analytics. Various workflows just doesn't work, integration with third party vendor is also not very pleasant
