What do you like best about HROne?

1. We got excellent support from the team whereever we stuck.

2. We can publish Organizational Policies in HR Handbook so that employee can access them from their profile.

3. Employee onboarding and separation process is easy to handel.

4.Organisation chart is accessible which is very usefull.

What do you dislike about HROne?

1. There is asset request and return report available separately for asset module.

2. No alert or notification is available if employee missed any punch.

3. Punjab PT cannot be automated in system.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. We can easily onboard and make settlements for empoyees.

2. Leave data can be easily maintained and we can also fetch all Leave data reports.

3. PF, PT and Income tax challans can pe prepared.

4. Salary structures can easily be defined for employees.

What do you like best about HROne?

1. We can easily got the applicants from Linkedin, career portal , Referrals and internal job posting for recruitmnet process.

2. We can easily schedule interviews and can hire a candidate

3.We share profile completion and document completion mails to candidates before joining.

4.Easily attendance can be processed and leaves can be managed.

1. We cannot integrate HRONE with recruitment portals like naukri

2.Face issues while scheduling interview with different time zone.

3. Sandwich rule do not consider the rules of half day.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne has made all our tasks easy. Now we do not need to follow up with mangers to approve leaves, attendance regularisations on emails. Easily system calculates attendance penalty as per the policy.

What do you like best about HROne?

The UI of HR-One is so simple and user friendly for both Employees and HRs. Its very easy for using also for new users. Implementation was very smooth and team deliver the project within timeframe. Support team are very well trained and have indepth knowledge of product. HR-One have many features and and you can also raise for new feature request if we want any features to be added in the system.

Bio metric,LMS,API etc are also intregated with HR-One.

What do you dislike about HROne?

I think they can improve the reports section and make consolidate reports. currently we have to download multiple reports and merge them together which is very time taking.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HR-One is solving our all the works which are very important for organization operation. Important is its saves our time in handling operations.

Its helps us in mainting employee records, attendance management, payroll processes, KRA and KPI, Hiring new candidates, Managing assets and many more.

What do you like best about HROne?

HROne is the best user friendly and easy to use HRMS software so far i used.

It saves our time and efforts and boost our productivety. We are now fully depended on HROne for our day to day operations and its never disappoints us at all. They have all the features and also intregation available in a single roof.

Only one thing i feel which can be imporved is their reports sections, they need to add more reports and most important consolidate reports so that users dont have to download multiple reports and merge them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HROne helps us in our day to day operations in very less efforts and saves our alot of time. From marking attendance to attendance and payroll process its takes hardly few minutues.

What do you like best about HROne?

In HROne we can easily serch our collegue details in employee directory. Celebration whether it can be birthday, weeding anniversary or wor anniversary. We get all info on the Home page. Employees can easily give badges to anyone in the form of appreciation which is visible on Home page of HROne , this increase the employement engagement activities. What do you dislike about HROne?

After every release we encounter many Bugs which hinders the smooth processes. Process to manage performance module is little bit compicated. Asset and engagement module need mre feature as currently only basic feature are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. What do you like best about HROne?

A software with very good and user-friendly interface with all the options and features available under roof. From implementation to support HR-one team are very professioanl and having in depth knowledge of the product.They have intregation features also like bio metric, LMS, resume parsing etc

What do you like best about HROne?

Hrone has great features, we can publish the payslip and letters directly to employee profile and they can easily download and view.

Employee mark their leaves through mobile application and we can esily track their location.

We can easily generate employee confirmation and sepration in the application and the process is very easy to understand.

The implementation process is very easy and simple as the team provides great support during the process.

What do you like best about HROne?

It is easy to get the attendance and ready the monthly salary within less than 1 hour. But sometime it get time to take approval from the approvers and this is our internal issues, becuase they are not active on the daily basis on system. But we also have the option to approve this on-half of. So not to worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

The product is good and time to time they are improving it's functionality as well as it's UI, but they are not open to introduce any new feature or option based on the user requirement, even if we are ready to pay for development chanrges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
