What do you like best about HROne?

1. Home wall allow to track HR notifications, apply OD request and performance scorecard.

2. Easy to share confirmation extension and relieving letters.

3. Real time reports available for tracking employee punch information.

4. Auto calculation of pay components amount based on the annual CTC

5. Calculation of comp off and weekly off entitlement is good feature.

6. HCM supports Api key management for data transfer purposes.

What do you dislike about HROne?

1. System wont make attendance on daily working hours logic.

2. No single report available for exact paid days and late coming deduction.

What do you like best about HROne?

1. Home wall is eye catching area filled with colorful themes and widgets for managing attendance and expense on a daily basis.

2. Releasing confirmation letters and PIP policy are easy now.

3. Real time transfer of biometric punch details for tracking attendance.

4. Auto approval of geofencing mark attendance request.

5. OT works are up to the mark and pay amount is exactly matching.

6. HCM supports MS-SQL and Api management for the integration purpose.

6. Delivery Consultant has made great efforts in launch of this HCM to our company.

7. Pay slips can be downloaded in mobile application also.

What do you dislike about HROne?

1. Unable to raise backdated transfer request.

2. No feasibility to add more columns in employee master sheet.

What do you like best about HROne?

We have recently moved to HRone from Hrpearls(Webtel), I find Hrone more intuitive, Streamlined & better leave management system. There is one thing good about this HrOne is Attendance regularization features much needed, because we are so lost in work sometimes we forget to mark attendances.

Talking about leave applications, its quite easy to raise requests to our FM's

What do you dislike about HROne?

Its just sometimes, the attendance updation takes a little more time, which keep up trembling in thoughts of applying OD's at the end of the month. I am not sure its HRone problem or our servers. Also its quite difficult to understand the interface at initial levels, because if i talk about leaves i have to take note of entry or exit time & match that time with the short or half day, that's how i gets little confused sometimes & its not just me the whole office faces this confusion. What do you like best about HROne?

The best part of the product is recruitment module's hiring process where in a very transparent way HR head track the no. of openings vs no. of completed tasks. Additionally, seamless salary processing to challan generation can be managed effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

During new releases, most of the times error comes 'low bandwidth'. We are using 5G connection in our office, then also i am receiving the error pop up many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hrone is a good software solution for all its users. I have been using this software for the past one to two years in my current organization, and I also used it at my previous company. What do you like best about HROne?

What I like most is its user-friendliness. HROne offers a simple, unified platform that makes it easy to automate all HR processes, including Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Performance, Payroll, Expense, and Core HR functions.

I use hrone on daily basis and it is easy to implementation.

Each module is straightforward and easy to navigate. For our company, it has been very helpful.

The main benefits we've experienced with HROne are improved productivity and performance, effective employee attendance management, and smooth payroll processing.
