I use HROne daily for my attendance, leave, and all HR related activities. It's very user-friendly with a clean UI, which helps in everyday HR tasks by saving time and reducing manual work. I feel like it's very easy to navigate, and I can quickly apply for leave, mark attendance, and complete other tasks. It also helps me check my attendance, monitor leaves, and see new changes in the organization and new joiner details. Sometimes it's not updated as soon as I open it in the morning, but in 1 or 2 minutes it reloads and gets up-to-date data. It's not a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HROne is a strong choice for mid-sized companies, providing a comprehensive HR solution that can grow alongside the organization. Its payroll accuracy, compliance management, attendance tracking, and employee self-service features are all excellent. 5. Salary processing has been done in simpler 3 steps without error.

6. Delivery team and concerned consultant having deep knowledge of the product working.

1. No option to enable exit interview feedback only for voluntary resignations.

2. Not possible to generate a back dated department transfer request.

The best and useful module is the timeoffice module where exactly calculation of actual paid days achieved and arrear calculation is also working fine, Relief is when biometric sync is perfectly working

In HRone, we can check and update our own profile. Also we can check and monitor our team actvities as well including leaves data, attendance, CTC, experience, education background etc.

The best functionality of the product is the onboarding module and time office module, With onboarding checklist it is quite systematic to manage the details for new joiners and tracking becomes easy what all tasks are pending.
