What do you like best about HROne?

The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. I’m currently using it, and one of the best things is that the team always follows trends. For example, when the India T20 World Cup was happening, they created a scorecard where you could play and get some rewards. This kind of activity makes employees feel more comfortable and motivated. What do you dislike about HROne?

While HROne does a great job overall, one thing I don’t like is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Certain features take time to understand, and without enough guided support, the learning curve can feel quite steep. With a little more hand-holding during onboarding—clearer, simpler explanations and more proactive human assistance—the experience would feel far more reassuring and people-centric. What do you like best about HROne?

I use HROne daily for my attendance, leave, and all HR related activities. It's very user-friendly with a clean UI, which helps in everyday HR tasks by saving time and reducing manual work. I feel like it's very easy to navigate, and I can quickly apply for leave, mark attendance, and complete other tasks. It also helps me check my attendance, monitor leaves, and see new changes in the organization and new joiner details. What do you dislike about HROne?

2. Letters are now live means system generated for Confirmation and Relieved cases

3. Real time sync of biometric and mobile mark punch functionality available

4. Arrear day calculation is correct

5. Comp off generation on working day is working fine

6. HCM supports JV integration and GL code logic also

1. Employee can't be in Comp off and Overtime policy at one time

2. No option to generate 0.25 comp off for 2 hour extra working.

3. Real time sync of biometric timings is available.

4. Calculation of comp off on weekly off working is up to the mark.

5. Salary processing has been done in simpler 3 steps without error.

6. Delivery team and concerned consultant having deep knowledge of the product working.

The best and useful module is the timeoffice module where exactly calculation of actual paid days achieved and arrear calculation is also working fine, Relief is when biometric sync is perfectly working

1. No option to calculate employee attendance on daily hours basis

2. No option to add arrear days in pay slip, No amount header is available

1. Home section filled with almost every daily use transaction feature like apply on-duty, raise expense request, new joiners introd's, performance chart and many more.

2. Generate and release of requirement based letters like salary increment, letter of deputation, transfer letter is quick task to do.

3. HCM allows to provide location wise data access rights to various HR spocs

4. Real time sync details available, and geofencing functionality too supported.

5. Salary processing along with exact calculation of TDS has been accomplished.

6. Our project analyst having good knowledge of the system working nomenclature.

1. Geofencing radius is limited to minimum 500m, no option to make it 50 m.

2. HR cant initiate backdated transfer request for any employee if required.
