I really like that Wellable kind of serves as an accountability buddy for me - it's fun to see how I measure up with my coworkers, and to see if the two who are always at the top of the leadership board are battling out for first place again each month. The app platform is user unfriendly. It can be fairly difficult to navigate/remember how to navigate to various parts of the dashboard, let alone remembering what's stored where. The app design is also quite dated, and the graphic quality isn't the best. Investing in some good UX/UI design and accessibility design/features would help tremendously.

I'd also love to see more connections to other apps integration; everyone uses a different step tracker it seems, but it would be fun ones to integrate connections to game-ified health apps, like Plant Nanny for tracking water intake, Pokemon Sleep for sleep. Wellable is very user friendly which is helpful for keeping engaged daily. Its great to be able to view so much from the app such as events you can register for, on demand viewing of a wide variety of activities. Having the on demand feature allows you to take the activities with you wherever you go. it is also helpful to continuously track your activities and your points. The only thing that I do not like about the Wellable app is that I can not connect my watch to it. It is a smart watch but not an apple etc. and each day I have to add in my additional steps that my phone does not pick up. Otherwise, I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Wellable easy for participants to use during our annual Wellness Challenge. I value the shared platform where participants can sync data from their wearable fitness devices, see the leaderboard and all standings, and engage in a little competition. The self-directed challenges are very easy to implement, and even though I handle the administration, Wellable provides a helpful administrator guide. Having a customer success manager ready with answers is great when I have questions beyond the guide. The communications site within the admin site is really convenient because it comes with all the communications for the challenge prepopulated, making it simple to customize and communicate clearly with participants throughout the challenge. The initial setup is very easy, and while the first self-directed challenge took a bit of time to become familiar, subsequent challenges have been quite straightforward. I like using Wellable to keep track of different wellness activities that I do regularly. It's a convenient place to put most of my activity, and it keeps me up to date on my health progress. I don't like that Wellable is limited to how many things you can add per day. Many days I do more than just 2 or 3 things. A previous competition we had at work, I was limited to how many activities I could do in one day. I could add the activity but would get 0 points since I already added other activities. Motivating features and recommendations. The monthly events. Our employees are hard to motivate when it comes to anything that is outside of their normal work routine. I like that I can look at different kinds of activities and log them. It's tied to my iPhone health app, so it tracks my walking and biking, and when I go to the gym, I input that activity. I also enjoy the daily challenges, especially the nutrition ones, and I do those often. It's great to compete with my coworkers from the lab leaderboard and to see where I sit with them. I wish that it could be connected to some other apps like my ClassPass exercise app. It took a little bit of time for me to connect on the app because I wasn't using the right login. I remember it took a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Wellable for tracking my activity during the day, what I'm eating, and practicing mindfulness to maintain accountability. What I like most about Wellable is just seeing the tracking across each day and week, the progress I'm making, being able to see the different activities I've done, and just the accountability of it. I think the team challenges could be improved by setting a time frame to enter activities and food logs within a 24-hour period, rather than allowing entries until the end of the challenge, as it doesn't create a fair environment. Also, it doesn't match well with Apple Watch activities, which I think is a big downfall since it doesn't accurately record all of your activities if you use your Apple Watch. I really like the different topics and content each month that focus not only on fitness but overall well-being. I've been on several presentations that cover topics from stress management to nutrition to financial wellness. The stress management presentation gave easy to follow, realistic tips that I can incorporate into my daily routine, like small habit changes or mindfulness exercises that aren't too overwhelming. Nutrition has similar small changes that lead to bigger results. I find the initial setup very easy, with the bulletin board providing a quick overview of how points are logged. There isn't a ton of time left for Q&As at the end, especially if the presentation or schedule is slightly off. A lot of times the chat feature is turned off and I cannot see questions or shared information amongst the group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that Wellable makes it easy to get events and schedule myself for activities. I don't have any issues with the app at all, which is great. I use Wellable for logging physical and special activities, and I sign up for events through it. I appreciate that once in a while I can check where I'm ranked in the district. The customer support is really quick and offers solutions, which is helpful when I've had to reach out. I like the variety in the physical activities list; it's pretty nice. Housework and yard work being listed as activities is useful for me, especially since I'm in physical therapy. I think Wellable is pretty user-friendly and gives me ideas of other things to do. Also, every month there's a different theme, which Wellable does a good job of making available to the participants. Signing up for the app was really easy, and while it took a tiny bit of getting used to how the website or app worked, I think it's great and pretty easy overall. I participated in March's Wellable Cardio Dance Class and found it both fun and a good workout during the work lunch hour, with Nguyen Le's great enthusiasm and easy-to-follow instruction. I like that Wellable can integrate with other smart devices that track fitness and appreciate the variety of options offered. The dashboard is a highlight for me, along with the activity log, on-demand classes, and event calendar, as they help me see progress and choose classes. As a first time user, it was unclear how to show or have verification of when you completed a class and get credit transferred to the Healthworks Portal. This can be frustrating for someone who wants to receive credit for the employer-provided program. It's cumbersome to manage two different portals.
