The app is easy to use and creates a friendly sense of competition. I also love that it includes workouts, helpful tools, and interactive activities, which keeps things engaging.

Really the only downside i can think of is having to individually put in each activity daily.  I wish you could just click weekly somehow

It helps me track my daily movement and activities and allows me to link to FAT Secret so i can track food intake, and when I weigh and have good week i can look back and see what did I do to continue to lose weight
It keeps me honest

I have no complaints with Wellable, so many options to help with my weight loss journey and keep me honest on this mission

IN the past i did not track my food intake, so when i had a good week of weight loss i could not go back and see what did i do right to achieve a loss
and my activity level has increase with the help of WELLABLE

Wellable was very easy to navigate and utilize. Additionally, the support team was able to answer any questions I had during the challenge. There were many different challenge options available, too!

I do not have any dislikes about Wellable currently. I would recommend the platform to anyone!

Wellable is helping solve the challenge of a routine employee wellness plan. Our company needed a good platform to get our employees active and moving, and Wellable did just that.

I really appreciate the variety of wellbeing seminars they offer. The instructors who lead the classes are always friendly, knowledgeable, and provide useful information. I also enjoy being able to track my activities and earn incentives for participating. The program is user-friendly and encourages you to stay engaged with the platform.

I truly enjoy every aspect of this, though I do wish there were more classes available to join.

I appreciate that Wellable provides webinars to educate us on wellness topics and offers incentives for exercise. It's simple to use, which makes it easy for me. I also like that it syncs with my wearable devices, even though sometimes the syncing needs to be done manually, which is a bit annoying. Overall, the initial setup was easy too.

**What do you like best about Wellable?**

The best part about using Wellable is that it holds you accountable for your activity. If you're working as a team, you also feel like you shouldn't let your teammates down. It's user friendly and a lot of the "extra" workouts are nice because they are workouts I wouldn't normally do and get me thinking outside the box.

**What do you dislike about Wellable?**

I dislike that you can manually add activities. I feel like not all people are honest or workouts can be duplicated this way. However, I'm not sure how to avoid this entirely.

Wellable helps me stay accountable and I'm more likely to complete a workout if I see my progress in the app.

I enjoy Wellable because it truly focuses on the health and well-beings of corporations' employees. It is nice to feel seen and appreciated and that the organization understands that each individuals' health and well-being comes first before anything else.

**What do you dislike about Wellable?**

Ways to log activity. Sometimes it requires manual logging but you can only choose one activity per month and there are times when I do that activity multiple times per week.

**What problems is Wellable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wellable is holding me accountable for not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. It touches on things that some often either put by the wayside or do not even consider when ti comes to mental health. It is very well-rounded!

**What do you like best about Wellable?**

It is a very easy to use app and it is great that it syncs activities automatically. I like the leaderboard functionality as well and that it syncs to Strava/Apple Health for example.

**What do you dislike about Wellable?**

It is too easy to cheat as it is easy to add manual workouts. In the challenge we just completed, we know the 2 teams who finished 1st and 2nd cheated as a team member told us that it is what they do and have always done. It allows individual to add manual workout and to max out every day on just manual additions which is too suspicious. There should be flags when all team members from 1 team max out their point every single days or keep adding retrospective workouts to max out from previous days.

**What problems is Wellable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wellable is a great teambuilding activity and really gets people to do extra for the month. I know in our office everyone makes an effort to go on extra walks or take the stairs instead of the lift. However, when it becomes very obvious that people have cheated, it then becomes very disheartening.

**What do you like best about Wellable?**

I used Wellable for a health and wellness challenge that my company organized, and it helped me find new ways to create healthy habits. It was fun to do it in a team atmosphere where we helped keep each other motivated. I liked the variety of on-demand classes that it offered. I did a lot of the running and cycling classes but also really enjoyed the meditation. I also liked that you could receive points not only for being active, but for healthy lifestyle choices as well, including eating a colorful plate and learning about health and fitness. The initial setup was very simple.

I found redeeming some of the daily challenges a bit challenging with specific codes that weren't exactly clear.

I love using Wellable for its engaging video content, especially those focused on stretching and fitness routines, which I find incredibly helpful. The videos are not only easy to follow but also suitable for the time I have available, whether it's just a few minutes with a yoga mat or a full hour. This includes a wonderful variety of exercises that fit right into my schedule, allowing me to stay active and motivated without the stress of a complex setup. The options are versatile enough to match my energy levels on any given day. The flexibility in the timing and the intensity of the workouts Wellable provides is a big plus for me, helping me to relieve stress, improve my physical fitness, and overall wellness. The easy initial setup also makes it seamless to use.

I find Wellable very easy to use, which makes it a great tool for integrating into my daily routine. My absolute favorite feature is the recipes section, which is fantastic for trying new recipes and satisfying cravings while helping me focus on my well-being. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, with only minor complexity when syncing to the Samsung Health app, which still proved to be an easy process.

I find it frustrating that each class provides a code, but my plan doesn't accept these codes. This makes it difficult to track my progress or benefit fully from the courses. I wish there was a feature to filter content by plan or a notification before a class indicating that my plan will not award points for completing the course.

I find Wellable motivates me to improve my wellbeing, providing recipes and courses to aid in physical and mental health. It's easy to use and helps me stay on the right track, though course compatibility with my plan could be clearer.

Integrations - I use a variety of apps to track food, steps, exercise, etc. Wellable offers a variety of features on their own platform, but also integrate with all of my apps for a complete view of my wellness journey. I highly recommend. It's easy to use and I use it daily, participate in special events weekly, and attend webinars monthly.

Honestly, not a lot of downsides. I guess it would be nice if the rewards were a little bit more consistent. I think it's a per-organization thing, but my org has it set up so my wellable points only get me entered into raffles - so most months don't actually yield any tangible rewards.

So many great options for all different life styles and ages. Very friendly to use. Easy to access as ell. Since it is easy to use I found that the frequency of the use increased. Easy to implement in your daily life, so many features, and easy to integrate.

Wellable is easy to use. It is hard to think of anything I would dislike.

I am a full time working mom of 2 young busy boys. Wellable makes it easy to use the on demand options to fit all different types of workouts in. It could be 5 minutes or 55 minutes of all different types of workouts.

The specific sessions focused on nutrition and ergonomics are incredibly valuable to me, as they provoke thoughtful reflection on my daily habits, particularly regarding desk setup and posture, contributing positively to my overall health awareness. Furthermore, the initial setup of Wellable was a breeze, requiring just a few clicks, which I found very convenient.

The ability for manual entry, while probably necessary to democratize the ability of more users who can’t afford wearables, did call into question the integrity of the data being shared during competition.
