**What do you like best about Displai?**

Displai makes transforming complex data into engaging, interactive visuals remarkably simple. The user interface is sleek and intuitive, so there’s no need for advanced technical expertise. I appreciate the high level of customization available in the templates, as well as how efficiently I can present insights in a polished, professional format. The collaboration features are also valuable, allowing teams to share and discuss visuals with ease.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

At times, loading larger datasets can be somewhat slow, and I find that some integrations are more limited than those offered by other analytics platforms. Additionally, having more automation options for refreshing dashboards would be a welcome improvement. Despite these minor drawbacks, they do not significantly impact the overall usability.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Displai has made it much easier for us to share important information and celebrate achievements in real time using engaging digital displays. It has proven to be an excellent tool for keeping employees updated, acknowledging milestones, and showcasing live performance metrics throughout different departments. The platform streamlines content management and scheduling, significantly reducing manual work. Overall, it fosters greater transparency, increases motivation, and contributes to a better work environment by enabling dynamic visual communication.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

It has a rich reporting and analytic dashboard that helps users understand leads campaign performances across channels. 
It is highly scalable hence cheap to adopt.

I have not experienced any drawbacks with this tool so far. I cant register any dislike.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Displai only targets on customers who are likely to seek services from us hence no wasted ads on non potential buyers. It also select on the most relevant ads hence promoting chances of clients engaging us.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

What we like best about Raydiant is how easy it is to update and manage our digital signage across the building. Whether we're promoting upcoming events, sharing important announcements, or celebrating community milestones, we can make changes in real-time from anywhere. The displays look professional and help us create a welcoming, engaging environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

One thing we dislike about Raydiant is that the interface can sometimes be a bit unintuitive when setting up new content or scheduling updates. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for team members who aren’t as tech-savvy. Occasionally, the platform can also be a little slow to sync changes to the screens, which can be frustrating when we're trying to make quick updates.

Raydiant is helping us keep our community informed and engaged by making it easy to share timely, relevant content throughout our building. It solves the problem of outdated or inconsistent signage by allowing us to manage everything digitally and in real-time. **What do you like best about Displai?**

We use our Displai in the lobby of our real estate firm. It features all of our agents in addition to being able to feature new listings! It is a great tool and provides a really professional look when walking into our office. I would recommend Displai to anyone who could benefit from this type of marketing!

I have no complaints at all. It it an easy to use tool and does what it says it does!

I use Displai daily in our beekeeping supply store. I love that I can create through Poster My Wall and seamlessly connect it to Displai which lets our customers see upcoming events, products and information. The ease of use is great!

I can't think of anything that I do not like about displai. If that changes, I may update my review.

Displai allows us to use two TV's with different images and announcements on each. This keeps us from having the same things showing on each so we can provide more variety.

There is not very much I would change. The price is right and it is pretty easy to use.

Our screen shows our menu which changes from time to time. We just update the screen, no printing is needed. We can also promote events as they change, and help our customers know what special offers are available.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

I use Raydiant to post flyers and notices concerning our programs and facility. I was never trained on Raydiant, but was able quicky learn the basics and learned almost evrything I needed to train others. 

The quality of the screens is clear and what I love best is that I get an email when any of our Tv's that have Raydiant running or either turned off or has a connection issue. This really helps to make sure that our facility looks and runs smoothly.

We also use Postermywall to create our flyers, which we are able to take a flyer created on Postermywall and add it to Raydient directly.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

We do experience connectivity issues with 2 out of 5 of our tv's , our wifi does work but it's those 2 tv's  that range from weak to no signal at all throughout the day.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raydiant helps to make sure that all information and updates on programming, lessons, news, and flyers/images (like birthdays,clearnance on shop items, or staff pictures, etc.) are within clear view, great quality and easily accesable. I love watching our members check the tv's when entering/exiting the lobby.

Raydiant is a user-friendly product that has made managing our digital menus a breeze. The best part is that I can make changes remotely from home when I am not at the restaurant.

Raydiant is a bit on the expensive side compared to other products but the ease of implementation and integration into our system makes up for the cost.

Raydiant has solved the problem of managing digital signage from whever I am in the world. Whenever a change comes up, I do not have to run to the restraunt or wait until the next time I am there. I am able to make changes on the fly from the comfort of my home or when I am on the road.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

The simplicity of the user interface. It is intuitive even for someone without big computer skills like Photoshop. Lots of content available to adapt and modify, I don't have to create anything from scratch unless I want to. Incorporation of moving video images really adds pop to my digital marketing and cross platform utilization on Facebook is easy and very effective. Support is east to reach, very quick to respond clear and understandable and able to remote in and screen share to help me learn. The price point is fantastic and this is a real bargain. This is a very powerful product that I was able to create fantastic content with in much less than 1 hour.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

Absolutely nothing. It's cheap powerful and easy to implement

Buy this immediately you wont regret it.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating digital signage and utilization of my dormant waiting room TV. This replaced a fire stick that I was using to show a fish tank video. Now I can provide information about services I offer and generate questions from my patients without having to start conversations.

Raydiant has been the easier option for those that I have tried. It's easy to operate and you can get really creative with their options!

The only downfall is that it can easily go down with power surges or updates. But the correction is fairly easy to fix.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

I chose this system to display our menu because it syncs up with Toast. So when we 86 something, it updates on the menu boards as well. However, sometimes it takes a bit to sync up. Customer service is always easy to work with, and the main lady who helped me with the initial creation of the menu boards was great to work with. Overall, its a very plug and paly system and very low maintance. It works great for what we need.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

It seems like it has a lot of great features that are not yet able to be used when you are creating a Toast menu. I haven't gone back to it much since the inital install, so there may be updated features I don't know about yet.

The digital menu boards have saved us money and time in printing large menu boards that we then have to hang. It helped us mondernize our small town deli.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

As an apartment search engine company, when customers come to Apartment Genie, we can display all of the properties we list in the Northern Nevada area! It's a great way to showcase each property from every floor plan they have available and what types of amenities they have on-site. It makes the experience so much better, especially for those that like to see where they want to live.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

It's hard to say what we would like differently. It would be great if out tool had an option to be able to change the image at any given moment, or to go in and select an image/video to play. It's an overall great product and would highly recommend to any business!

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we like to display the 20+ properties from around the Northern Nevada area, it makes it easier to display instead of having to rotate a monitor. We still love using this product and we will continue to use Raydiant for years to come!

Raydiant has made our screen implementation at four different locations a breeze.  We can update content in an instant.  If we have a question about how to do something "fancy", our account manager calls us back within the hour.  We are streaming 150 videos intermixed with menus which are linked directly to our Square POS system, and price changes to all screens are instant.  I love their tech, streaming picture quality, interface and customer service - after 2 years of daily usage.

I have none to report.  Raydiant is without fault.

Sharing high quality video content with our customers to educate them about our products, at the point of sale.  Raydiant motivates sales of specific items.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

The most helpful part of having Raydiant is I'm able to easily access Toast, the company I use for everything (from my menus to POS). 
The customer service is fast, but not very efficient. Most issues I've had in the past they have guided me, but I've done most of the fixing on my own.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

I dislike how "touchy" the screenrays are. We use three of them (for our menu boards) and at one point they were resetting almost every hour. Luckily they were simply fixed with a software update.

I'm not totally sure I have problems they're fixing

Simple to use and install.  Decent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

Competion has caught up.  We are migrating 20 locations to Opti-Signs which offers the exact same features we need for $10 per month per device.  We gave Raydiant the option of keeping our business, however, they are still twice the price and demanded a 3 year contract.

We just need it to load our digital food menu's.  Very basic and simple features that are now becoming native in LG WebOS, LG, Apple Tv, and smart tv integrations.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

I love that I can fix things remotely. As long as I have my laptop, I can solve oru problems. Getting the units here, installed, and runnig was a breeze. We already had a few screens in our space, so now that everything is on a Raydiant box, we can do SO MUCH MORE! Adding video and moving elements has changed our game completely. Not only do we use them every day for our own shows, when people rent our building we are able to seel that space to them. These have paid for themselves many times over.

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

Uploading can take a long time, and I will sometimes have to cut the power to the units to to a hard reboot. Their customer support is pretty good, and I like that I can talk to a real person.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our signs used to be printed and stood up on easles. It looked rough. Now everything is slick and glossy, and befitting our space. Also, we often have to make last-minute changes to what we have up on a particular performance night, and we can do that on the fly from anywhere.

Having the ability to update menu boards real-time has been the problem we sre solving. In a brewey setting, there's some down time for our guests. This allows them something to look at and potentially add To their order.

Raydiant is very intuitive to use. Combined with the use of Poster My Wall, professional creativity is at my fingertips. Updating information and events weekly during our off hours, and publishing at the same time, allows the new content to be ready at opening on the next business day.

Using Raydiant for our television menus has been easy and convenient. I can change anything quickly, and it's easy to make new menus or upload graphics for special events, etc.

Raydiant screenray device is our solution for realtime display of menu items for our food truck. Our menu changes day-to-day, and at Chef's whim. As a result, we need to be able to quickly and easily change what is being displayed on our digital menu signage.

Interface was a little slow for me. Screen orientation with images is a little finicky. Image editor was a little buggy last time I was using it.

**What do you like best about Displai?**

There are many templates that I can use to make videos, pictures, cards etc. Our office loves that we have so many slides and videos on our office tv now. Everytime anybody needs a new invite made or an employee of the month picture, they always come to me now. I use it for birthdays cards, cards to give out with a barcode to access our WiFi, welcoming new employees, birthday slides, wlecome back slides, Employee of the Month videos, company gatherings and holidays, new information, anniversaries, employee pet pics, and much, much more! It helps me feel very artistic and creative. Raydiant is very easy to use and I learn more every time I use it. This is something that I literally use every single day, and I receive tons of compliments. Thank you Raydiant! When my Raydiant sadly went down due to us changing from AT&T to Sonic, a Raydiant tech talked me through a fix (after trying mutiple diffrent ways to do it) and he was extremely helpful. Integrating this with Canva has made me a standout employee.

Sometimes, I wish it had a few more templates to choose from, but it honestly does have a lot.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting Employee of the Month pics and videos, company gatherings pics, new employee welcome signs, birthdays, holidays, admin photos, company signage, etc. It benefits me by making me more creative and more welcoming to all of our new employees. It has come up in my review and I receive a lot of Thank You's for my slides.

Raydiant is helpful for our organization to get out important communication messages to our lineworkers at different offices. Provides a second reminder outside of email for those that aren't on their email as often.

The downsides of using Raydiant is the technical issue we've encountered with the devices and connectivity. I would also say it would be nice if there was an option to remove and completely delete content from the media library so that I don't have to delete the same content from each screen.

All of our screens are working 24 hours. There were a few problems, but the technical support was responsible and helpful. My account is connected to Postermywall and is easy to use and upload with lots of resources. It's definitely a good choice.

Being able to remotely update content. I don't really use any of the integrations but they're a nice feature.

It never works. The device is in a hard to reach spot. They go offline daily and the only support I get is to go reset the device. Billing has been awful.  We have two accounts but can only access one of them via the payment portal. I've reached out numerous times trying to resolve this or to pay my bill and I am consistently ignored.

They told me they would build my screens using my menus, which is what I requested. What they actually did was to create a giant, static image where only printing could be changed. I was unable to make additions or subtractions to their design. What I ended up doing was creating my menus from scratch. Took a while, but now I can update my design as needed.

I really like gamification and and how we can set up small competitions. The customer support has been fantastic, and especially Annette hwo is our customer relationship manager has been invaluable in the onboarding process.

So far the only downside I've seen was a few people in our team that needed a few days to get used to a big screen in our office showing their performance.

It creates a focus on our KPI's in a fun way and keep people aware of personal goals, teams goals and how great we are doing. The dashboards are also really helpful and gives everyone a quick and easy overview.

We used Raydiant as a tool for employee engagement and to keep our employees updated in the breakroom on things going on whether it was birthday; clients visiting the health center; statistical figures on quality and other items. Was a way to help employees stay informed rather than them getting another email or missing a communication.

Even with training on the software, we struggled to engage and really get up and going and keep it going.   We ultimately engaged one person to be responsible but then it was difficult to remember and keep that person updated on what new to post to keep relevant.  We never really figured out the scheduled posts and how to make them work.

The ease of use creating context and pushing it to my TVs.   The web app is easy to use and the templates make it simple to create what you need fast.  Getting it to the tv is easy with a push of a button!

**What do you dislike about Displai?**

I had to reset the device a few times when first setting it up.   It also doesn't work great over Wi-Fi and works a lot better hard wired.   Other than those setup issues it has worked perfect.

**What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to update my displays fast and remotely is the biggest plus for me.  I don't have alot of time to spend on display content pushing and this makes it easy.
