The quick start or the detailed definition for creating an OKR is very user friendly - the team has thought through from a Cust Experience part to design the product. The support and the interactions from the team is truly commendable. Easy to intergrate with our HRMS and other existing systems. **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** The full roll out across the organization is expensive. **What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most teams in our organisations primarily use it for OKR management. Frequency of use is also flexible, weekly, monthly, quarterly, even annually. **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** It could be expensive for any small organization. Quite a challenge for seniors citizens. The team prioritized some of my requests, which allowed us to accelerate the deployment of the platform. We also needed integration with Trello, which we use to manage our short-term projects. The support team assisted us and even improved the integration with Trello, making it easier for our employees to opt-in to profit.co. Thanks to these improvements, we can manage OKR-related tasks via Trello and take care of the "management" portion in profit.co. It's a perfect match! **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** One of the strong points of profit.co is also its weak point: personalization. It is possible to activate/deactivate an impressive number of features... so you have to learn the platform well (and know the needs of your management team) before deploying it internally in order to get the most out of it. **What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before profit.co, we had an in-house internal management system. Although it worked properly, it was rather difficult to get a visual view of each department's goal progress. With profit.co, that's a thing of the past.
