**What do you like best about Qandle?**

I like that Qandle provides a complete, all-in-one HR solution with functionalities like core HR, time and attendance, leave management, payroll, employee self-service, and onboarding, all accessible from a single platform. This reduces the need for multiple disconnected tools and decreases errors and administrative work. I appreciate Qandle's strong focus on US compliance, which helps align workflows with labor laws and record-keeping requirements. This keeps us audit-ready without excessive manual effort. The employee self-service portal is intuitive and user-friendly, empowering employees to view pay stubs, request time off, update personal information, and access important documents on their own, which also reduces the workload on our HR team from repetitive daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

First, the user interface can feel less modern and somewhat clunky in certain sections compared to newer cloud-based HR tools. Some navigation paths are not fully intuitive, and new users often require extra time to learn where specific functions or settings are located. While Qandle’s core functionality is reliable, several specific parts of the user interface feel dated, overly structured, and less intuitive compared to modern cloud HR platforms used by US teams. Navigation relies heavily on nested menus and small text links rather than clean, visual icons or dashboard shortcuts. Many commonly used functions—like leave requests, timesheet adjustments, or document access—require multiple clicks instead of being easily reachable from the main dashboard. Forms and data entry screens often use tight, text-heavy layouts with minimal spacing or visual hierarchy. This can make it hard to scan fields quickly, especially for new hires or employees who only use the platform occasionally.

I use Qandle to consolidate HR functions, reducing errors and saving time. It centralizes employee data, assists with compliance, and streamlines payroll, attendance, and leave management. This unified system replaces disconnected and manual processes.

**What do you like best about Qandle?**

I use Qandle for attendance tracking, payroll, leave management, and other employee services. It helps a lot by simplifying my attendance process and managing payrolls for employees. I really like the seamless integration of attendance tracking and payroll, as it connects different HR functions and avoids duplicate entry. The simple interface makes it easy for employees to use, and mobile access means they can use it from anywhere. It also improves transparency in leave management, and the user-friendly experience is a huge plus for me. My team decided to switch from KEKA because Qandle has enhanced features and a better user experience.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

Sometimes it lags. And initial setup might take sometime for its modular design and advance reporting could be improved for complex data.

I use Qandle for attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management. It simplifies my attendance process, improves transparency, and offers a user-friendly experience. **What do you like best about Qandle?**

It is a user friendly app, we are using this in our company for past few years and it been very useful for us, this app provides an employee tracking system along with database management and complete HRIS assistance. and the best part about this app is this app track the attendance of employee and also it show the employee compensation.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

They have a recruitment feature in this app but it doesn't help us till date, although we have coordinated with them to implementation of this feature but not so sure that we will get the input.

**What problems is Qandle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They track the employee record, maintain a database for us and help us to manage the payroll.

**What do you like best about Qandle?**

Qandle is useful for my team daily attendance track record and count effective working hours for my team members.

As well this software very useful for any HR or ADMIN Related activities like if i want my salary slips i easily download it from the software.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

When i forgot to punch in somedays in this software than it is difficult to correct it and need to request HR for correction.

**What problems is Qandle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With use of this software i can track Daliy record of my team members attendance i don't need to ask them to send their attendance report i can generate it from the software even when i need the location of my team with that i can know my employee is actually working on that place.

Good Application for monitoring the employees. We can get information about the policies and leaves and salary slip also.

Some time it doesn't work properly. Regular updates required.

**What do you like best about Qandle?**

A nice and attractive user interface, very friendly also easy to use. I just love the People table here we see all the employees in my organization and also clock-in and clock-out options.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

Sometimes Qandle got stuck and sometimes it didn't track my clock-out time clock-in time and break time.

**What problems is Qandle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice platform It helps me to track my attendance, clock-in, clock-out time break time and also my pay slip. here we can also include and deduct my taxes and other benefits.

It is an end-to-end solution for managing all the human resource functional needs, from onboarding, training, documenting, and payroll management to adhering to policies for the staff. The onboarding experience is quite smooth, and it supports the customized needs of the business.

There is a lack of security and protection in software. It also crashes and throws bugs at some modules, which is not a good experience for users.

It helps the organization members manage - training material, payroll management, onboarding process, employee referrals, job postings, employee database, grievances, and much more.

It's user friendly focused on customisation and have a great pricing module.It is easily powers HR,payroll, expenses managed by HR just by one click.It has a good support team 24/7.

It has some flaws if a employee is on leave you should have an another person to manage.One thing for sure response time is really late as expected.Although is great.

Qandle is a very employee-friendly device, easy to mark attendance and a very efficient single-stop platform.

As of now, there is nothing to dislike, it was good in terms of all aspects.

I am working as an employee and we use Qandle for our HRMS activity. For me, it's useful to mark attendance without any hassle, I can see all the employment details in one click, You can download your salary slip from anywhere anytime.

**What do you like best about Qandle?**

The speed and logout are inactivities to ensure the data remains safe. Easy to apply for leaves and income tax filling. Fast in downloading forms like salary slips, reimbursement forms.

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

Collaboration and OKR tabs are not required in an HR tools/app. There also should be a chat option in case of any tool malfunctioning. It gets difficult for remote workers to use the tool.

Please start using Qandle. As it has lots of features in just one app.

Attendance regularisation of the company. Regular login and log-out options have become easier to track my team. In case of any missed log out due to shortage of time, we receive email notification

Every organization uses the HRMS software to maintain their employee's incoming and outgoing and exact working hours details for their records. Qandle is the one of most effective tool for the same.

I never find the disliked things for qandle software; sometimes it works a little bit slowly, but it can be manageable once in a while

Many problems we can solve through these tools

As we can say like ;

- We can keep all the records of our employees 
- We can take incoming and outgoing exact timing through this tool
- We can calculate the leaves taken and the balance of each employee etc.

All the things are organized, easy to use, and perfectly designed.
The ease of use for an experienced user is the same as that of a new user. All facets of employee management, handling, attendance, everything is covered and well maintained with a central DB

**What do you dislike about Qandle?**

Some pages open in a new tab, and the session timeout occurs quite a lot frequently.

**Recommendations to others considering Qandle:**

Qandle makes the day to day user management so easy, thus I would recommend its use as you'll be getting A to Z tools for user/employee management everything under the same platform

Hiring policies, New Candidate onboarding, Holiday management, expense management, everything is handled under the same platform. That's a great problem solved for me.
