**What do you like best about Jobylon?**

I really liked the career page, all the solutions for your employer branding team. I think that the usalibily is very good and also that this type of pages can help us to attracts better candidates

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

I really need a ATS that can provide us a better data analytcs. Nowdays i have to do a lot of thinks by myself in excels and sheets for exemple for tracking the recruiters work, performance, SLA, Funel, etc... I think that this part would be very helpfull

**What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, i would love to have all my data informations on the same place. When I think about the info that i have to track on other plataforms, for exemplo source of hiring, sla, recruitment funel, salary, how many positions x recruiter, these are some info that i really need to find and have when contracting a new ats. Would save a lot of time and efford

It´s easy to navigate, to communicate with eachother, make tasks for reminder. Extra plus for interigation with other systems as Refapp, LinkedIn etc

Sometimes it´s a bit slow, but it is not a big problem

The helpdesk is super, I recieve answers for my questions very fast

The platform is very structured which makes it easy to work within. I have a clear overview of the entire pipeline and can navigate without difficulty.

I do not have any complaints as of now that I can think of.

- The willingness to find solutions and develop the product together! 
- Great integrations with the other providers we are using (for tests, references, and CNPS) 
- Easy to build templates for different markets or needs which makes the job more efficient for TA

As the ATS is customized and not a plug-and-play it's hard to know what you really are buying. As always there are things we find along the way that are not yet in place, but when we do Jobylon is always there for us!

Compared to our former ATS and career pages this is a big step forward. The career pages are both looking great and give us the possibility to drive insights. The ATS is supporting our recruitment process and strategy in a great way.

That it is so easy to navigate between all the different places, that everything is stored even if several people are working on the recruitment, and that it is possible to link to others so they get a notification when something has changed/happened in the portal.

Right now I dislike nothing, it is convenient and safe to use.

**What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The entirety and simplicity, that my colleagues and I can work separately but still keep track of what is happening, you can divide the work among yourselves without missing anything.

**What do you like best about Jobylon?**

User-friendly and modern tool. Enables us to streamline our recruitment process and keep everyone in the hiring team up to speed.  
And of course, the support team and our awesome Customer Success Manager who are always there to help!

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

Almost nothing. Whenever we encounter any issues, the support is quick to help and suggest solutions / a way to work around the problem.
One thing I would wish for is a "Show Rejection not communicated" filter but for the "On hold" status. It would make it easier to follow up on which candidates have not yet been informed about this.

**What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobylon supports our internal communication regarding our recruitments. We can collect all information, notes, interview feedback and status updates in the same place and everyone in the hiring team will have the correct information and latest updates.

From first sales call to onboarding and support, the Jobylon team is extremely efficient, solution-oriented and nice to work with. Even though we are a small company, we have received VIP treatment all the way.

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

There is no constructive feedback to give at the moment. A few of the settings in Jobylon has been pretty tricky to get in place but the support in doing so has been excellent.

Efficient advertising, beautiful job ads and very good way of handling candidates. Love the automations and features that makes my day to day tasks a lot easier.

Jobylon makes the recruitment process extremely easy and smooth. Since our company started using the service, we can easily find candidates that match what we are looking for. It is easy for all our restaurant managers to work with the program. From the candidates' perspective, we now maintain an even higher professional level in the process with the help of Jobylon.

I am very satisfied with the service. What I would really like to be changed about the service is that when candidates are rejected, an email should automatically be sent to the candidate.

**What do you like best about Jobylon?**

The most important thing about Jobylon’s platform was improving the overall workflow and productivity. The integration with job-posting websites saves us a lot of time. We can always be sure that the job posts are updated on various job board sites where the candidate can see the job ads. Unfortunately, most software does not have these integrations in our local market. That was one of the first things we looked into, and we are pleased with today.

So far, almost nothing. Jobylon has made the platform suitable for our needs. Even though our business model differs from many other recruitment firms, the Jobylons team has managed to build the platform to be very flexible for our needs.

There is some advanced software on the market where only the recruitment consultant's needs are in central focus, leaving the candidate's experience behind. What we liked about the Jobylons platform is that it’s very well customized for both parties, as it should be.

The interface and functions are very user-friendly. We've hade an easy time implementing the system in our day to day operations and our hiring managers are appreciating the simplicity of posting and managing their jobs.

Can't really think about anything specific regarding the system itself.

The biggest problem it's solving is managing all candidates applying for jobs. Both with reminding managers to take action as well as an easy way to communicate with them.

Many good things come with Jobylon, for example, the possibility to easily collaborate in a recruitment process with all stakeholders. The Jobylon support team always meets our needs and delivers "over-the-top" service whenever we need it.

So far almost nothing, we have received positive internal feedback from our users from all levels in the organization. To mention something it would be to receive a timeline for when a future request may be solved and to make notes or marks in a candidate's resumé or cover letter.

We need a system that is up to date and meets the expectations of both our hiring managers and our candidates - Jobylon does this every day.

Intuitive with all functions you need as a recruiter and hiring manager. The service is fantastic, and I love that you can make many parts personalized.

That it, at the moment, is not possible to get a Zoom link in the interview invites through the system. But they are working on it.

The best ATS I have worked in, and I have worked in over 10 of the most common ones.

This ATS really helps us to get structure in our recruitment processes and support our hiring managers throughout the recruitment and at the same time assure candidate experience. Especially like all functions connected to communication automation.

Not anything really. We have been a customer for some years and the things we have given feedback to Jobylon on have been improved and we always receive quick and professional responses from them.

**What do you like best about Jobylon?**

We have been super happy with Jobylon since it's simple and easy to use and suits well for handling a high amount of recruitments and job applications.  The feedback from the recruiting managers of our head office, warehouse and almost 200 stores has been solely positive and many modifications have been possible to implement. Customer service is excellent and many modifications have been made for us in Jobylon based on our needs.

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

We have specific needs for reporting and that may be something that would need more improvement. Not sure yet, though, as we are currently in a process of setting up the reporting tool in Jobylon to meet our requirements.

Collaborative recruitment and handling a great number of applications and recruitments is easy and efficient in Jobylon.

An amazing support team that doesn't only listen to me as a customer, they also commit and resolve our issues in a fast and fulfilling way. The solutions make it easy for us to customize our ideas.

So far almost nothing, I have received so much good feedback from our internal customers. Something that our internal customers request is a more specific timeline of future requests, they want to know if and when their request will be resolved.

Make sure you take some time to build up forms, templates and other features before going live.

We need to customize "as we go" to meet our always-changing candidate environment, this is something I appreciate in Jobylon

**What do you like best about Jobylon?**

It is easy to handle the candidate and also easy to copy candidate to other project. It is easy to set up a new project and do all corrections before we launch the ad. I also like that we can write notes to other  internal people in the company.

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

When we are 2 people who put score on candidate (stars) it is not easy to handle that. This part should be visible on the first page of all candidates. The system to handle older  projects need to be updated. Sometimes, it is not easy to find older active projects.

Older project that is hard to find. Easy with contact and always good support,

Jobylon is an easy yet resourceful tool that we really appreciate when recruiting. Love how everything is gathered and easily overviewed in one place. Also it allows my team to communicate and rate the candidates in an effective way. Lastly the support team is always there for you.

I can not come up with something, I like the whole package so to speak.

The fact that everything is gathered in the same place, it makes the recruitment process organized and structured. This makes it easy for me to rate the candidates and it gives me a good overview  of the process. I also feel more secure when it comes to GDPR.

I was a new recruiter and found the Jobylon tool simple to use, with the option of customization. The excellent integration with LinkedIn was a huge plus, and new features being added all the time is an added advantage. I enjoy interacting with the Jobylon team.

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

Nothing comes to mind in particular. Support from the backend team and our very efficient Customer Success manager gave us the flexibility to create new functions and solve issues quickly.

Jobylon helps us make our multi-interviewer recruitment process efficient and transparent.  
We can reduce our time-to-hire, sync our job ads with Linkedin and communicate effectively with our candidates.

It’s a super handy tool to manage recruiting for us. The collaboration works smoothly, eg the chat feature. It is the single source of truth for our company! I like the states in the list the most, where you can manage the recruiting progress. The main layout & structure is also very intuitive for me.

The PDF Viewer is a bit crappy, I would appreciate a full screen page and to be able to leave notes on certain pages and tag colleagues , like "look at the nice stuff here on page 8, looks like the person has skills in ..." Moreover, before taking a decision, being able to compare the remaining top 2-3 candidates (out of many other I striked out in the step before) directly (table view) and set certain criteria.

Jobylon is without a doubt the best! Partly because it is so user-friendly, it is aesthetic, modern, but also very easy to use. You navigate without problems in the system and the support is always available to help should you encounter any problems. They adapt the system so that it suits each customer individually as everyone has different needs. They are far ahead in the development when it comes to, for example, videoapplications. Jobylon is responsive and quickly understands the customer's needs.

**What do you dislike about Jobylon?**

Like all companies, there are certainly some you can develop. There were minor bugs that always resolved quickly. But I would say that most things can be solved together with Jobylon.

**What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had high staff turnover with us, and we had a great need for recruitment at various levels. Jobylon greatly facilitated our work. We were able to sift through candidates on various merits quickly. We were able to structure our recruitment work, which often took place with a manager who was not always so used to systems. Replacing a system for managers is often tricky, but we only received positive feedback from our managers in all countries.
