What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

AdRoll ABM makes it easy to target buyers with right-time ad messaging based on what journey stage their prospects are in. Their support is fantastic, as are their customer account managers. They have always done a nice job of helping us with strategy and fixing issues that arise. I use AdRoll ABM everyday for air coverage and monitoring journey stage progression. What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

When setting up playbooks, you can pare down your audience with a seniority filter. It allows to apply C-Suite filters, but then it jumps down to Management. I'd like to see VP/Director level filtering, as it blows our budget out of the water to include a large group of management that aren't who we want to target. Also, you really have to keep a close eye on your budget towards the end of the month, as there is no ability to set a "cap". In addition, reporting could be better. We need to ask AdRoll ABM to give us information from the backend in order to report properly on our end. If would be much more convenient if we were able to self service this. At the price point that AdRoll ABM sits at, these are no brainers to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

We manage several business units using separate AdRoll profiles, but we are unable to transfer the relevant data into Salesforce according to the appropriate groups. Additionally, we face difficulties tracking prospects who visit our website, as it is challenging to identify both their persona and their specific identity. We have also encountered integration issues that have disrupted the proper syncing of data. What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

What I really liked was the pre-sale process. The sales team (especially Katie S.) and demos were the most buttoned up we've seen compared the other ABM platform providers we trialed. We're currently over a month into implementation. The weekly 1-hour meetings we have with Christina Z. has been best-in-class with proactive guidance, helpful resources, and hands-on implementation training. Absolutely the best! I especially like the precise audience segmentation and easy integration with our CRM and LinkedIn, allowing us to target the right decision-makers effectively. Account support has always been very strong. The customer support that we get has been transformative, especially with how we approach best practices, nurturing prospects, and being more purposeful about advertising. It's also been a quite easy platform to use. The UI of AdRoll ABM makes it easy for us to execute tasks that would otherwise be time-consuming, like campaign launches, UTM formatting, and audience building. Finally, we like the scalability of AdRoll ABM. AdRoll ABM has been integral to how our company as scaled, as on AdRoll ABM we've expanded into different geos and campaign types. What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

We could use some more depth in our intent data when building audiences. For example, competing ABM platforms sometimes have more specificity when using intent data to build an audience. There may be a competitor with a G2 profile that we want to use intent data for, and that specific competitor may not be available when building a Rollworks AdRoll ABM. In some cases, it's as general as targeting competitors as a whole, not specific ones. Additionally, it would be good to have more specific intent data windows to go off of, like 30/60/90/120/150/180 or something of that sort to get more tailored with our messaging. What is dislike is that its a little bit confusing and I would need support from the account teams on how I can help to maximize the engagements that were received to my website.
