**What do you like best about Infor HCM?**

Data security on this software is high end and makes it sure no breach is made. Reviews management can be done on this software that allows a user to have a good overview of the demands of the customer and mold the business accordingly. Multiple channels and stores can be effectively managed on this software removing the need of multiple software not only decreasing the load on the system but also making the whole process a whole lot less hectic and time efficient. Inventory can be easily managed on this software and it plays an important role in keeping the user aware of the status of products present in the storage. Promotions can be easily and effectively managed on this software, playing an important role in maintaining the right atmosphere in the working environment. Support is provided via the relevant team on business hours to deal with queries on the user end.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

The software is inaccessible to a decent number of people. Email marketing cannot be done on this software making the task more hectic and time taking. Crm features aren’t provided by the software, making the user look for alternatives to get the deal done which is troublesome to quite an extent.

**What problems is Infor HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software plays its due role diligently and effectively in improving the output of the system it is working on.

Ease of  process, time saving and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

In Pakistan there is lack of vendor providing this software. New vendors in market needs to be identified to implement the program more effectively

Companies who are managing large number of employees may use this suit and definitely they will be benefited.

**What problems is Infor HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate and multi-optional reports, employees databases, to track record the performance evaluation management of employees.

**What do you like best about Infor HCM?**

When employees are well compensated, and their matters given the priority that they require, there is extreme assurance that their work will be top notch. CloudSuite HCM is the helping line, one that any person would want to have, and to run so that the workers can be of high competence.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

However, on HR Service Delivery, CloudSuite HCM is still clinging behind, and possibly, when matters can be introduced well, there is a higher possibility of huge results.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor HCM:**

Just conduct some survey, and come up with the best application.

**What problems is Infor HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adequate performance management is the first thing which CloudSuite HCM see us the investors do. Furthermore, CloudSuite HCM eliminates the many players that bridge the company with the employees.

Nothing to mention till now. Although some more advanced features like time tracking of sales team would be better

The best feeling that employees get is when the identify that their concerns are well heard, and Infor HCM is the tool for this purpose.

Yes, we still wish Infor HCM gives a quick response when a question is asked.

There are all needs tagt employees have in Infor HCM.
For instance, the compensation plan, which is critical.

Ease of usage, reporting made easy. The fields are easy to understand and the provides full Audit log

unable to customize, if there are any custom requirement INFOR is difficult to accompany those.

**What do you like best about Infor HCM?**

Working in HR for the last 3 years has given me a great understanding of what is necessary in an HR software, and what are extra perks. I will say that Infor's HCM software does everything that it should, but not much more. From payroll to onboarding to benefits, everything is right there at your fingertips in a fairly easy to us UI.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

As stated above, it does everything it SHOULD but there are other things that would be great to have that I've seen in other HCM platforms. Things such as PTO management and recruiting. I have used several different employee management platforms and this one I would rank dead center in terms of features and ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor HCM:**

Depending on the price you are looking to spend, this may be a great solution for you. If you are a small business there are many others out there that will have a much more streamlined process, but for a growing business this is a great start. You will eventually outgrow but for the cost I'd say stick with this until you can afford more.

**What problems is Infor HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing everything in an employees lifecycle, and this has MOST of the tools that I want in order to do that.

**What do you like best about Infor HCM?**

I used this for my schedule for work at Best Buy and I love how everything I needed was in catagories that made sense so it was never difficult to get anywhere on the site. ijust left my job at best buy, but I was previously a worker at a Krispy Kreme who used a different, more difficult scheduling system, and having something like this was very helpful and made scheduling more efficient

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

There were constant updates, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I don't have anything bad to say!

none, it takes only a couple days to completely become familiar with all features.

scheduling and requesting time off

Being able to remotely access my documents any time of day seamlessly from virtually any platform

The welcome page is extremely basic. Might not look as professional to some.

Going with infor is a great option. There won't be a worry of there being a lack of function or ease of use.

Solving the hassle to access documents like W-2's & pay statements. Infor makes it extremely easy.

That it was tested to see if the younger generation would be interested in shopping and coming to check out our products. We are working for ways to get younger shoppers into the store. what would make them want to come.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

I only did a trail of this product and am still thinking if I will buy it or not. it was ok.

i used this software to help try and connect with the younger generation . They are using the web more then the pervious generation. I

It helped to see ways that we can reach the younger generation.

It helps HR reps to easily manage big teams that have over 100s of employees.
Easily accessible at any place to get documents.

Cost is comparably high and the implementation was slow.

Tutorials and training for management to be able to train others and new hires.

Infor/Lawson does a good job of capturing HR data that is needed.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

Infor/Lawson does a really good job selling their products but when it comes time to implementation, I feel like they are not as solid as their sales team.  They build up the product and the sale and then when the implementation rolls around, there's all these hoops and those responsible for implementation/training/project management don't seem as strong

Ask to see more demonstrations by those who would do implementation.

trying to use it as a one-stop shop for all things HR/FInance.

The best thing is the platform’s ability to incorporate everything at a single place

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

I dislike the huge backup that needs to be created and that it requires fast internet to sync or else lags behind

**What problems is Infor HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incorporating it for our HR payroll and HCM process

Instead of using multiple platforms, thanks to Infor everything is now available at a single mouse click

Easy to use on desktop, nice to be able to check hours, overtime, and clock in and out with ease.

Some things can be confusing to do. It is sometimes hard if you forget to clock in or out and have to put it in after-the-fact.

Give employees tutorials on how to use.

Use for timestamp instead of having to use a physical timesheet.

I loved how easy it was to access everything I needed about my job. The time entry, recorded absences, HR information,etc. It was all neat and concise.

At first, I had trouble navigating the interface, but after a bit of exploring, things became clear

Being Cloud Based has made it simple to use for employees that need it.  The system is not buggy and the company is easy to contact and willing to help.

Can be hard to choose your correct package at first, but they help you complete that part

Covers every basic need from viewing schedules to reviewing clock transactions, to shift bidding/trading and even messaging employees.

**What do you dislike about Infor HCM?**

Finding the right page to get what you want done can take a while to figure out and it's not as straightforward as you'd hope.

It's a one-stop scheduling management portal for every employee in the company.

The Infor Workforce Management solution is flexible enough to meet the needs of some of the more complicated requirements, especially for unions.

There is a lot to learn about configuration.

Definitely a vendor to keep in mind for small to mid-size implementations.

Ease or customizing requirements for different locations and group needs. Management of various employee types and groups has added efficiencies.

Would like to be able to bulk update particlar data in a easier format.

Request for a 1on1 training

Tracking staff has been easier for a startup with using this tool. We are taking advantage of features that we never realized could be used such as tracking education, training and compensation for reviews.
