Working in HR for the last 3 years has given me a great understanding of what is necessary in an HR software, and what are extra perks. I will say that Infor's HCM software does everything that it should, but not much more. From payroll to onboarding to benefits, everything is right there at your fingertips in a fairly easy to us UI. As stated above, it does everything it SHOULD but there are other things that would be great to have that I've seen in other HCM platforms. Things such as PTO management and recruiting.
