"Flexible, Customizable Task Tracking with Clear Dashboards and Reports"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s strongest feature, in my experience, is its flexibility and customization. It makes it easy to track tasks, stories, and sprints all in one place, which helps keep everything organized. The dashboards and reports also provide clear visibility into project progress, so it’s simpler to see what’s on track and what needs attention. Overall, it supports better team collaboration and helps improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I dislike about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming at first because it has so many features. The interface can also come across as cluttered at times, which is especially noticeable for new users who are still trying to find their way around. I’ve also noticed that performance can slow down when working on large projects with lots of data. A simpler learning curve, along with clearer onboarding, would make the platform much easier to adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, all‑in‑one productivity platform, versatile and scalable"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how comprehensive and customizable it is. It consolidates tasks, docs, goals, time tracking, and automation in one place, allowing me to manage projects and workflows without switching tools. The flexibility to tailor views (List, Board, Calendar, Gantt) and create custom statuses and fields makes it adaptable to any team or project type, from daily task management to complex planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s flexibility can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when setting up a new workspace or onboarding team members. The abundance of features means there’s a learning curve, and occasional interface complexity can slow down simple actions. However, once you’re familiar with it, the payoff is significant. "ClickUp’s Flexibility Put Our Entire Workflow in One Place"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s flexibility is the biggest advantage for us. We’ve customised the entire workspace around our business workflows instead of adjusting our processes to the tool.

We use it across Customer Success, Growth, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Tech, and having everything in one place has brought strong structure and visibility. Custom statuses, fields, automations, and dashboards help us run onboarding, compliance, integrations, and internal tracking smoothly, with far less dependency on emails and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One area that can be improved is plan transparency. Many advanced features only become clear after you start using the product or when you try to access them and realise they’re part of a higher plan.

We initially started on Unlimited and later moved to Business after understanding the deeper capabilities, but the feature differences aren’t always obvious upfront. It would be helpful if ClickUp made plan comparisons and upgrade requirements clearer early on, especially for teams designing their workflows from day one.

Overall, it’s manageable, but clearer visibility into plan-level features would make decision-making easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ultimate Flexibility and Features for Seamless Team Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its flexibility and wide range of features that allow us to manage tasks, projects, and documentation in one place. It’s easy to get started, highly customizable, integrates well with other tools, and is something we use daily to keep teams aligned and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can feel overwhelming at times due to the large number of features, and performance can occasionally slow down when working with complex or heavily customized workspaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrate Strategy and Execution Efficiently"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like that ClickUp helps me structure tasks, prioritize deliverables, and keep teams aligned. I appreciate how ClickUp addresses the lack of visibility and disorder in execution. Additionally, it facilitates turning strategy into measurable actions. What I like the most is its integration with AI, as it helps me organize ideas and reduce manual work in one space. I also found that the initial setup is quite intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

In my experience, using the CRM has been a bit uncomfortable for me. I feel that it requires a lot of configuration and adjustments to fit specific workflows well, so it could be more intuitive and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An All-in-One Platform That Truly Improves Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings everything together in one place—tasks, timelines, comments, documents, and accountability are all interconnected. This reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and makes work much more transparent. The flexibility in customizing workflows, statuses, and views allows different teams to work in ways that truly fit their processes, while still maintaining visibility and control. ClickUp has greatly improved coordination, follow-ups, and the overall execution of daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Some features in ClickUp come with a learning curve, especially for new users, due to the wide range of options and configurations available. At first, this abundance of choices can feel a bit overwhelming. However, after completing the initial setup and spending some time with the platform, users tend to become more comfortable, and the flexibility it offers turns into a real advantage. "Powerful and Flexible Project Management for Growing Teams"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an all-in-one project management platform that combines task management, time tracking, documentation, and reporting in a single place. What I like the most is the high level of customization: you can adapt views, statuses, and automations according to each workflow. The integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and calendar tools make collaboration much easier. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage multiple projects and track team productivity in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the platform feels overloaded with features, which can make the learning curve steep for new users. The mobile app is not as fluid as the desktop version, especially when working offline. Performance can be a little slow when handling very large workspaces with thousands of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Collaboration and Powerful Delivery"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp allows users to get an executive overview or a drill-down, granular view with a simple click. Also, automations, alerts and communications with my team are such the epitome of simple and convenient, that we're considering canceling our other communications application! The entire company uses ClickUp all day, every day so having these features and it being easy to use is of utmost importance.

I've had to contact Support for something that I couldn't figure out and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed my user-error quickly.

The implementation was quite easy and customizing was straight-forward. There are also plenty of tutorials available for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I find it difficult to get a Project Management Dashboard or Overview that organizes information at the folder level instead of the list level. This is a challenge because, in my setup, each folder within a space represents a different client, each with their own lists. What I really need is a view that allows me to quickly see all my clients at the folder level, along with their tasks due across all their lists.

Also, there needs to be something set up for a marketing calendar. This is very difficult, if not impossible, to do easily and efficiently for a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible all-in-one tool that actually works"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an incredibly flexible and powerful platform that brings tasks, docs, goals, and team communication into one place. It has helped me replace multiple tools and build a clear, structured workflow for both personal and team use. The customization options and responsive customer support make a big difference in day-to-day productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At first, ClickUp can feel complex because of the wide range of features available. However, with the help of ClickUp’s support team and call with support team and watch tutarial video and proper setup, this complexity became manageable and no longer an issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
