ClickUp’s flexibility is the biggest advantage for us. We’ve customised the entire workspace around our business workflows instead of adjusting our processes to the tool.

We use it across Customer Success, Growth, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Tech, and having everything in one place has brought strong structure and visibility. Also, automations, alerts and communications with my team are such the epitome of simple and convenient, that we're considering canceling our other communications application! The entire company uses ClickUp all day, every day so having these features and it being easy to use is of utmost importance.

I've had to contact Support for something that I couldn't figure out and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed my user-error quickly.

I find it difficult to get a Project Management Dashboard or Overview that organizes information at the folder level instead of the list level. This is a challenge because, in my setup, each folder within a space represents a different client, each with their own lists. What I really need is a view that allows me to quickly see all my clients at the folder level, along with their tasks due across all their lists.
