**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the custom dashboards in ClickUp, which give me a high-level view of team progress and help me track key metrics at a glance, like task progress, timelines, and team workloads. This means I don't have to jump between tools. ClickUp's integrations, especially with Slack and GitHub, are key for me. The Slack integration is huge; it pushes task updates directly to our channel, so the whole team stays in the loop. The GitHub integration links commits and branches to tasks, so we can see exactly what code changes are tied to each feature. ClickUp also integrates with Google Calendar, keeping my tasks and deadlines in sync, and even connects with Notion for documentation. It's really powerful and flexible, offering a huge productivity boost once the initial setup is done.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how it combines task management, documentation, goal tracking, and team collaboration in one platform. The customization is really useful — I can organize projects with different views like List, Board, Calendar, and Gantt depending on the workflow I need. It also helps reduce the need for multiple apps because features like Docs, Whiteboards, and time tracking are already integrated.

Another thing I appreciate is the automation and flexibility. Even for complex projects, it’s easy to create workflows, assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress in real time. The interface can feel overwhelming at first, but once everything is set up, it becomes a very efficient workspace for both personal productivity and team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about ClickUp is that the platform can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. There are so many features and customization options that the interface sometimes feels cluttered and takes time to learn. Some pages can also load slowly when working on larger projects or spaces with a lot of tasks.

I’ve also noticed that certain features are not always as intuitive as they could be, especially when setting up automations or navigating between different views. While the flexibility is great, it can sometimes make simple workflows feel more complicated than necessary.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of keeping projects, tasks, and communication scattered across multiple platforms. Instead of switching between different apps for task management, documentation, progress tracking, and collaboration, everything can be managed in one place. This makes workflows more organized and reduces the chances of missing deadlines or losing important information.

For me, the biggest benefit is improved productivity and visibility across projects. I can track progress in real time, prioritize tasks more effectively, and collaborate with others without needing constant follow-ups. The customizable views and automation features also save time on repetitive work, making project management much more efficient overall.

I really like how simple the initial user interface is. A lot of platforms make their baseline interface far too complex, but ClickUp is much more straightforward. I can set up a basic tracker in about 15 minutes, whereas other platforms require me to invest a lot more time and money just to get started. ClickUp also offers a free basic plan, which is perfect to get started.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Honestly, nothing. I’ve used ClickUp both on my own and within a company setting. Now that I’m working as a business owner, I use ClickUp to help delegate work and host meetings more efficiently.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the end of the day, ClickUp saves me time. It’s an efficient PM tool that integrates with other software, so I can work across multiple apps without even leaving ClickUp. I can host meetings, delegate tasks, plan projects, and document notes, questions, or employee issues without having to switch screens.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What blows my mind the most is the absolute flexibility of its hierarchical structure. Unlike other tools that pigeonhole you, here I can organize a giant project into Spaces, Folders, and Lists, and then see everything at once or in detail. Additionally, the ability to change views with a click (switching from a Kanban board for my team to a Calendar or Gantt Chart view to present to the directors) without losing data is a daily lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is brutal at first and overwhelms new team members. It has so many options, buttons, and menus that the interface feels overloaded, causing visual fatigue. Additionally, the mobile app is very slow and does not sync well in real-time, making it almost impossible to respond to comments or update tasks quickly if you are out of the office.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve the dispersion of information by unifying task management, documentation, and team communication in one place. This directly benefits me by eliminating unnecessary sync meetings and endless threads on Slack, as the context of each deliverable is within its own task. Additionally, it reduces software expenses by allowing us to cancel subscriptions to other individual note and board apps.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp because it is the program through which I manage all the details of my day in an organized and simple way, and it helps me arrange my work with complete flexibility. What I like about ClickUp is that it offers great flexibility that allows me to work with a large team easily without complications, and we can track who has completed their work and who hasn't yet. I also like the ability to create a work schedule with a calendar and dates and to seamlessly utilize Google Drive tools, which is very distinctive for me. Additionally, the program is supported by AI, which helps in easily obtaining all my needs these days, saving us a lot of time in our work.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The interface is full of features and may be confusing for new users. I also encountered slow loading recently.

ClickUp solves the problem of data dispersion by organizing it all in one place, which helped me obtain accurate statistics. **What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Variable pricing is helpful for getting started and figuring out if the platform will work for a user. In my current organization, there aren't many integrations that I use, but I really appreciate being able to merge with google calendar and other google products if we do start adopting clickup more widely in my organization. There is definitely a strong learning curve, but I have seen ClickUp used in my previous workplace which had about 1000 employees, and it worked well as a platform to hold collaboration, shared notes and to do items. I also like the idea of having AI available to summarize status updates, give reports and pull answers from docunetation, but I haven't been able to use that much as of yet.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve and set up are challenging. Since I am really one of the only people using it in my current organization, I scaled it back to just one list that I use personally and it works well for me. However, I think that the learning curve is what prevented other people from adopting and using it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that ClickUp solves for me now is that it gives me a place to capture tasks, and actually keep track of them in a way that I can pick them up, work on them, set them down and revisit them later if I need to. I LOVE having the additional documentation of what got completed and when so that I can look back at work that I've done and see what I actually did, rather than just operate from memory and move on from things mentally when things actually never got done. With ClickUp, I can have consistent processes that help me ensure closure and completion.

Wow, look, what I like most about that platform is that it's a complete mess but organized! I mean, the order it brings to the work is crazy. Those little boxes are amazing. You drag the work along and feel a sense of relief every time you move something to "Done."

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

You touched a sore spot! Because not everything is salsa and rumba with that platform; sometimes it also gets on your nerves and makes you want to throw everything away. The mobile app is a mess, on the computer it works decently, but opening it on the phone is a disaster. It's poorly optimized and sluggish at loading data quickly.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before introducing ClickUp to the camel, the office was a complete mess! It looked like a gallery on market day, everyone shouting and no one knew where they were going. Goodbye to forgetfulness, I used to lose track quickly with so many deliveries, now the platform sends me alerts about what's coming up, so I no longer look like a fool with clients due to delays.

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings task management, docs, project tracking, and collaboration into one place. I found the interface clean and easy to navigate after getting familiar with it, and the different views like lists and boards help organize work better.

The customization options are useful because workflows can be adjusted based on the project. I also liked being able to track deadlines, priorities, and progress without switching between multiple tools.

Another thing I found helpful was integrations and automation features that reduce repetitive work. Overall, it made planning and managing projects more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I disliked initially was that ClickUp has a lot of features, which makes the platform feel overwhelming for new users. The learning curve can be a bit steep during onboarding, especially when setting up workflows and exploring all the available options.

Sometimes the interface feels crowded because many tools and settings are available at once. While the customization is powerful, it can take time to configure everything properly.

I also think onboarding guides and AI-assisted setup recommendations could be improved to help new users get started faster and reduce the initial complexity.

Before using ClickUp, managing tasks, notes, deadlines, and project updates across different tools was difficult and sometimes led to missed follow-ups or duplicated work. ClickUp helped bring everything into a single workspace, making it easier to organize projects and track progress.

Features like task management, priorities, views, and collaboration tools improved visibility and reduced the need to switch between multiple platforms. It also made planning more structured and helped keep timelines and responsibilities clearer.

The biggest benefit has been improved organization and productivity. Having tasks, documentation, and project tracking together saves time and makes project management more efficient.
