# Recommended sales training and onboarding apps

 Hey G2 community! I want to start a discussion with experts in sales training and onboarding software apps. Can anyone recommend sales training and onboarding apps? Ideally, a solution that you’ve successfully used in your professional work. Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software choices to: Mindtickle, Allego, and Trainual. My full software list based on recent G2 reviews is below:  1. Mindtickle  Well known for its on-the-job learning paths plus readiness‑scoring tied to deal workflows, Mindtickle helps new reps ramp faster with measurable confidence. Can Mindtickle automatically send micro‑lessons when a rep misses a recent deal stage or falls behind targets?  2. Allego  Best known for being a modern revenue enablement platform that combines video coaching, content sharing, and peer learning. Allego is great for collaborative, bite-sized onboarding. Can anyone tell me if Allego lets reps record pitch clips and tag teammates for asynchronous feedback?  3. Trainual  Celebrated for its lightweight SOP capture and scalable documentation, Trainual lets teams standardize onboarding with minimal fuss and quick setup. Does Trainual let users layer in quizzes at the end of process docs to reinforce retention?  4. SalesHood  Known for gamified peer coaching, interactive pitch practice, and dashboards that highlight progress versus team, SalesHood makes training feel social and engaging. Are you able to create custom badges for mastering product demos or objection handling in SalesHood?  5. Seismic Learning  Seismic Learning is well-liked for its clean, template‑driven course authoring paired with real-time feedback loops. It is perfect for quickly building structured onboarding content. Can someone tell me if Seismic allows for branching scenarios, like “If rep fails segment, trigger retake module”?  6. SmartWinnr  Known for its centralized knowledge, uniform messaging, and easy manager visibility, SmartWinnr ensures that reps get consistent talking points during onboarding. Is SmartWinnr able to push updated messaging modules automatically when new features roll out?  If you have experience using sales training and onboarding software to train a new sales rep, I would love to hear your thoughts on my software shortlist above. Based on your professional experiences, what's the best software for training new sales reps?
