<p>My POV as a Test Engineer:</p><ul><li>Free works for tiny teams, but you’ll hit walls fast: no SSO/MDM, weak audit trails, basic accruals, flaky calendar/Slack sync.</li><li>Mobile-first picks: <strong>Connecteam</strong> (frontline UX), <strong>e-days</strong> (complex policies/reporting), <strong>Rippling</strong> (best if you already use its HR/payroll).</li><li>Do a 1-week pilot: test offline + time zones/DST, push delivery, calendar-sync lag, API/payroll export, delegated approvals.</li><li>Bottom line: once you’re ~50+ or have compliance needs, go paid.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>I love <a href="https://www.g2.com/products/greythr" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">greytHR</a>. Its User experience is great on mobile devices as well as on desktops. Along with leave management, it also supports Tax planning and payslip management. All in one suit.</p>
