Ketch provides a very strong, enterprise-ready consent and preference management platform that integrates well with complex ecosystems like Salesforce. We use Ketch as the system of record for consent and privacy topics, while Salesforce acts as the source of truth for customer and patient data.

What stands out most is Ketch’s flexibility in handling consent topics, jurisdictions, and downstream enforcement. The API-driven model makes it possible to reliably sync consent changes across systems, and the auditability around consent decisions is excellent. This has been especially valuable for regulatory compliance and internal governance.

Some integrations require more engineering effort than expected, particularly around OAuth token lifecycle management and error handling. Retry logic and replaying failed consent events typically need to be implemented on the client side, which adds operational complexity.

The UI is functional but could be more intuitive in certain administrative areas, especially when managing large numbers of topics or troubleshooting integration errors. Better native tooling for retries and monitoring would significantly reduce support overhead.

While the platform is incredibly powerful and user-friendly overall, some of the nomenclature and terminology used within Ketch can take a bit of time to get used to. There’s a slight learning curve in understanding how certain features are labeled or organized, especially for new users. I like the way that Ketch simplifies everything. It makes building out consent much easier to understand and create something that works. The automation of DSAR requests is also something I appreciate, as it means I don't have to do them manually. This makes things a lot easier and saves a lot of time and effort. Once you know what you're going for in terms of the actual laws that are out there and your risk tolerance, setting things up in the account is very straightforward and I appreciated how it's easy to set thing up. The organization of the different sections in the UI is definitely hard to find things, and so I use the search bar constantly. I have no idea where things are either on the left sidebar or buried in tabs, but I search for the things that I need, and I'm able to find them that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Ketch is very easy to use and it has all the features we need. The interfaces are very intuitive, and their onboarding process was fantastic. They were there to assist us when needed, with our implementation specialist Josh being extremely knowledgeable throughout our implementation. The easy-to-deploy cookie banners and privacy settings include everything we'd expect, and the fact that, as laws and policies change, Ketch automatically makes updates for you is another great feature. The personalized implementation really stood out to me, and the support provided was excellent throughout the process. Having a dedicated Slack channel made communication easy and efficient. Working with Ketch has been very smooth. They provide support at every step, allowing us to rely on them completely to finish the platform setup. Mike Carey, our primary contact at Ketch, is knowledgeable and responsive throughout the setup process. His team is also very helpful, assisting us with everything from setting up the platform and Google Tag Manager to launching the platform.

It was super easy to install, it didn't cause any issues to our existing production web app in contrast to previous vendors. It has a friendly UI and excellent documentation. They even provide no-code migrations from other vendors, without the need to disrupt existing customers with privacy choices already configured
