What do you like best about Ketch?

I like how easy it is to manage our jurisdictions and stay up to date with new privacy regulations using Ketch. There is a regulations page that updates frequently with new privacy laws that are coming online. Additionally, the initial setup of Ketch was very easy, which enhanced our overall experience. We feel that the tool is a good value relative to the price and we liked being able to customize the contract to get the features we needed. What do you dislike about Ketch?

What do you like best about Ketch?

I love Ketch for its ease of use, incredible scalability, and rapid implementation. The ability to seamlessly layer across all platforms like Web, Mobile, CTV, and OTT gives us a unified view of the customer. I'm impressed with how it really understands our industry needs, allowing us to deploy across multiple platforms in just a few days. What do you dislike about Ketch?

What do you like best about Ketch?

I really appreciate the ease of use with Ketch. Transitioning from OneTrust, which seemed outdated, Ketch's intuitive UI felt seamless and perfect for our small team. The implementation process was incredibly fast, taking only about three weeks compared to the three months it took with our old vendor. The UI is very user-friendly, and the data rights automation flows are excellent, making life easier for our customer service team, which used to handle these tasks manually. I'm also impressed with the native integrations, particularly with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and Amplitude, which makes connecting all our systems simple. Working with Mike and his team on automating some of our data rights flows has been wonderful. Overall, Ketch has been working amazingly for us, and its ability to efficiently integrate with our tools and support our agencies has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ketch?

Some of the things Ketch could improve on are just cookie scraping. They are missing a couple of our smaller cookies. They use DuckDuckGo for cookie classification, and finding cookies is probably the biggest issue I'm seeing at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ketch?

I really liked the support from the beginning and the clarity of the information for the implementation of Ketch. The service is very good. As for the platform, once you understand it, it is intuitive and easy to use. It has a quite clear UX/UI. The shared documentation and follow-up meetings were key, as there was always availability from Ketch, which facilitated the implementation process. What do you like best about Ketch?

We’ve had a very positive experience with Ketch. The sales and integrations teams went above and beyond, supporting us for weeks after our originally planned go-live date due to delays on our end. Their guidance made the process seamless and stress-free.

The platform was straightforward to set up, and our integration lead was always available to answer questions and provide guidance via Slack. Our current use case is fairly simple—using Ketch for consent management—but implementation was smooth, and we’re excited to explore additional features in the future. What do you dislike about Ketch?

Some parts of the platform take a bit of time to get comfortable with. Certain editing features aren’t immediately obvious, and understanding how some functions are labeled or structured can require a bit of guidance. The team was extremely helpful in walking us through these details, which made adoption easier, and it’s great to know there’s ongoing support as we continue using the system.

What do you like best about Ketch?

The UI for the CMP is much better than all other tools out there. Plus, it is really easy to customize without requiring custom code. Also, the customer support function is TOP NOTCH. What do you dislike about Ketch?

The only thing that would make the tool better is if you didn't have to add the Ketch script to a website in order to scan for cookies. However, getting a Ketch script on a website is really easy, so this isn't an issue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how comprehensive Ketch is. It feels like it has a lot of granular capabilities and built-in features that allow us to dig in and configure things correctly. We can really drill down and be as specific as we need to in creating our rule sets and customizing our experience. What do you like best about Ketch?

Ketch provides a very strong, enterprise-ready consent and preference management platform that integrates well with complex ecosystems like Salesforce. We use Ketch as the system of record for consent and privacy topics, while Salesforce acts as the source of truth for customer and patient data.

What stands out most is Ketch’s flexibility in handling consent topics, jurisdictions, and downstream enforcement. The API-driven model makes it possible to reliably sync consent changes across systems, and the auditability around consent decisions is excellent. This has been especially valuable for regulatory compliance and internal governance.

The Ketch team has also been responsive and collaborative during implementation and troubleshooting, which is critical when consent flows are business-critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ketch?

Some integrations require more engineering effort than expected, particularly around OAuth token lifecycle management and error handling. Retry logic and replaying failed consent events typically need to be implemented on the client side, which adds operational complexity.

The UI is functional but could be more intuitive in certain administrative areas, especially when managing large numbers of topics or troubleshooting integration errors. Better native tooling for retries and monitoring would significantly reduce support overhead.

I find Ketch to have an intuitive platform that makes it easy to update and customize experiences for our customers when they interact with the banner and modal. The excellent documentation helps us self-serve and customize things easily when we want to. The account management team is incredibly responsive and quick to help clarify questions when we can't find what we need in the documentation.
