**What do you like best about Ketch?**

Simple to understand and implement, and completely customizable look and feel wise. We chose the guided support which was there each step of the process to answer any questions I had.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

The only issue I had was with our logo in the consent dialogue which seems like it gets compressed to a point where it's almost a little blurry.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ketch is handling our consent traffic, allowing us to leverage various digital marketing platforms while staying compliant with relevant laws worldwide.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

The platform itself is easy to navigate, and Mike Carey's help through the onboarding process was exactly what we needed  as our team migrated CMPs. He held weekly check in meetings with our team, making sure we stayed on track and addressed every part of our privacy setup. He walked us through each step that we required for our company requirements and ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks. By the time we wrapped up onboarding, we had full confidence in our setup and knew we were covering all our compliance needs.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

No downsides to date, as of about 2 months in to our partnership with Ketch.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ketch is helping us manage data privacy and compliance across multiple countries and regulations, across our web traffic and ultimately our app traffic.

The customer experience was fantastic, the KETCH team was there to help me set everything up and answer all my follow up questions. Setting up the KETCH software was so easy and is hands off.

Nothing, the price is great, the customer service is amazing.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

We came in knowing very little about data management and privacy issues, and Ketch was able to work directly with us to implement a solution unique to our technical stack situation. The very knowledgeable and proactive team assigned to our account made sure that our implementation covered all of the regulatory, legal, and business areas we needed assurance were taken care of, and has continued to provide ongoing support and guidance around new and changing regulations in the field.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

The only issues we've had with Ketch have involved navigation of the UI. By nature, this needs to be a complex, detailed setup, and finding our way around the platform to make sure we had every region and purpose covered required us to do a bit of double-backing, but overall a minor inconvenience, and something Ketch reps were always able to help us with.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing consent and data privacy management options, our users feel that their data is more secure and that they have more options around how their data is handled, and we have more confidence that we're abiding by all regulations and doing right by our customers. We're now much less worried about the confusing and ever-shifting world of data privacy regulations across the world, and have a stronger relationship with our customer base.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

I am very impressed with Ketch's core consent management capabilities. The platform integrated seamlessly with our web environment, making it incredibly easy to manage consent and display user preferences quickly on the frontend. Their customer support, especially our dedicated CX representative and Slack channel, has been outstanding. I also highly value their integration with Google Tag Manager & RudderStack, which allows us to respect consent across all our systems. Furthermore, Ketch clearly outlines and provides solutions for the full scope of consent management requirements, emphasizing the need to stop data flow as well as stop actions in third-party systems for opted-out users, the latter often being overlooked by other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

My primary areas for improvement would be the React Native mobile app implementation, which required more custom code than anticipated to stop data sharing when a user opts out. I also found that some of their dedicated third-party integrations felt a bit early in their development, requiring us to request fixes before they worked as expected. However, the turnaround time and rapid support has greatly reduced any concerns. Lastly, the documentation, especially for integrations, could be more comprehensive and polished. Clearer explanations of integration functionality and a review of grammar and spelling would be beneficial as the platform continues to grow.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ultimate goal with a consent management provider was to be compliant with CCPA and other US state privacy laws. Ketch solves our data privacy challenges by streamlining consent collection on our web and mobile environments, and enforcing those preferences across all our systems. This ensures we stop data flow and actions for opted-out users, which is crucial for CCPA compliance. Their clear guidance and reliable customer support helps us manage these complex requirements effectively.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

Ketch, makes privacy compliance simple, automating user consent, collection and helps us keep in allignment with global regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Their platform is super intuitive and many of our team members  without a technical background was able to get the platform up and running in short times. 

What really stands out is how Ketch brings legal, privacy and tech teams together, making compliance a seamless part of business growth rather than a obstacle.  The customer service is exceptional and the fast response times and openness to feedback makes it all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

I do wish there were broader integrations to data sourcs and more in-person training sessions to help teams get the most out of the platform.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing Ketch in our environment had made managing our privacy initiatives and maintaining compliance effortless. Automating user consent collection has ensured we are staying and meeting compliance with regulatory requirements such as  GDPR and CCPA.  The platform is easy to manage and fostered collaboration across our teams. We were also able to focus on other initiatives and priorites which staying confidence of our compliance posture in utlization of Ketch. Lastly, the customer service is exceptional and always quick to help.

I appreciated having our own Ketch-supplied implementation expert, Mike. He was consistently helpful whenever we had questions about getting started with Ketch.

I think the dashboard would benefit from being more straightforward. For instance, it would be better if the sidebar only displayed items we are actually subscribed to, rather than showing everything.

Ketch replaced our home-grown CMP solution. Ketch is much more robust and full of customizations.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

My team and I were recently tasked from migrating away from a legacy vendor. It was truly a joy working with the Ketch team and I am really impressed with their product and service. We migrated so that we could have a more modern, streamlined, data-driven platform and Ketch has exactly what we need. The implementation process was incredibly easy, thanks to their clear documentation and inuitive user interface. But the true differentiator for Ketch is their exceptional client team. The team was always available when we needed them and they went above and beyond our expectations. This combination resulted in a wonderful learning experience for our team and a seamless integration with Ketch.

I highly recommend Ketch to any company looking to migrate away from legacy tools. Particularly if you're looking for low overhead and maintenance.

It took a bit of time to get up to speed with Ketch lingo, but that's likely from my own inexperience.

It bundles all the available features in an environment that is easy to manage, navigate and administer. It is lightweight to deploy compared to others available. The options to customize it are great and easy to use. The ability to get up and running on many environments at once make it a go to solution.

At the time of writing this, I cannot think of a current downside or bad experience.

Great customer support our CX lead has been great and often goes above and beyond to help our team continue to be persistant in the privacy and cookie consent management spaces. Ketch has really helped unite our marketing teams bringing togeather serveral teams that previously operated independently to the same table to enable growth. If your looking for an affordable, easy to use, and easy to implement Enterprise Privacy and Cookie Consent Management platform (that isn't a massive over priced GRC) ketch is the platform for your business!

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Ketch brings teams togeather! That is the point of the platform in my opinion, teams like legal, privacy, digital marketing, marketing technology, etc. accross your business. If these teams don't currently work togeather today there will be some growing pains - well worth the outcome.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ketch is helping resolve our DSAR requests today efficiently and enables reporting to protect us in the event of an audit. We also are able to wrangle our cookies/tags used by various teams and bring them togeather which has multiple benefits.

The Ketch platform has proven to be a great tool for managing data privacy and compliance. It enables our organization to efficiently collect and process privacy preferences, while also automating the fulfillment of consumer data subject requests. Although we are still in the early stages of implementation, we are satisfied with the platform’s features and functionality. One of the standout tools has been the visual dashboards, which provide a clear and actionable overview of submitted requests and compliance activities. We have also received exceptional support from our customer service representative, whose guidance and patience have been invaluable throughout the process.

The amount of information given during the implementation process can be overwhelming so having access to our customer service rep to ask questions was wonderful.

Implementing Ketch was incredibly easy, from start to finish in a manner of days (mostly limited by our resources not theirs). On-boarding support in real time in Slack as a huge help, integrations were easy to configure and use, and branding the experiences was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

The admin UI could use some help, having all of the plan gated features still clickable in the UI leads to often ending up at the paywall when you are trying to find something else.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a consent management platform that was quick and easy to implement but still had all of the bells and whistles you would expect. Ketch checks all of those boxes and more.

Ketch was super easy to work. We use them mainly for consent management. Their onboarding specialist walked us through the setup and provided guidance every step of the way. We appreciate having that free demo so we could test before buying. I highly recommend Ketch!

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Took a few minutes to edit the themes but a call with their onboarding specialist solved the issue right away.

We needed a user-friendly platform that could manage our cookies for different jurisdictions. We needed some manual control over scripts that run when a user accepts consent.

Single integrated consent management requests for our customers, whether they are using our mobile application or website portal.
Global privacy legislation templates and updates are available to assist with consent management requirements regarding visitor jurisdictions. 
Long list of integrations available without any development or professional services costs required.
The self-help documentation is comprehensive.
Customer Experience Manager was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Customisations to the consent banner experience are spread across multiple menu headings, which has caused some confusion around how to amend the banner text. It would be better if this is configurable in one section.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Choosing Ketch for a consent management solution was an easy choice. The modular approach to product features and the vast number of system integrations available out of the box provides our business with the flexibility needed.

The platform itself is difficult to navigate. I often forget where to update banner design and configuration because it's not very intuitive.

Ketch's innovative approach to integrating consent and preference management has been a game changer for our "small but mighty" team!

On the consent side, the tool offers simple, no-code integrations that made our migration from OneTrust to Ketch seamless. Beyond the ease of setup, we now have clear visibility into and control over the analytics and advertising technologies used by our digital marketing teams. This has significantly enhanced our confidence in maintaining compliance with global privacy regulations.

In terms of DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) capabilities, Ketch provides an intuitive "drag-and-drop" workflow builder and pre-built integrations for commonly used business systems. Over 90% of the in-scope business systems we use were already supported by pre-built connectors, eliminating the need for time-consuming custom API development.

Finally, Ketch's fantastic customer support stands out in the enterprise software space. Having direct access to product engineering teams has been a refreshing and invaluable resource. On multiple occasions, our Ketch account team has coordinated workshops with the Ketch product team to troubleshoot and solve problems—always with outstanding results!

Overall, I highly recommend Ketch and am thrilled we made the switch!

It can be difficult to coordinate across departments and keep our privacy efforts in sync while still scaffolding our new product offerings moving forward on the development front. Customer privacy is very important in our industry when we build products to support their needs. Ketch helps us stay within the bounds of the law and Ketch has helped us to feel confidence that we are on track to build responsible products.

The downside to me is having a product that is outside of our normal "big" providers of services (Microsoft, etc). Learning a new set of tools is a challenge when my schedule is full. The functionality outweighs this concern.

I have been blown away by Ketch. Ketch's customer service is the BEST! I worked with other privacy vendors and this company was offering a white glove service compared to other competitors. They were responsive to our questions, made holistic product changes based on our unique use cases, and helped us troubleshoot issues when the team ran into them. I also really appreciated that their product included additional features that were NOT required by legal or regulatory requirements. They had features that provided value to a privacy program. Lastly, I really appreciated how simple the user interface was to use and the support articles that are available. It was a quick and smooth transition compared to other vendors where there was a lack of intuitiveness to the tools and documentation to help implement. I would recommend working with them 100% of the time as they will be valueable partners as both your privacy program matures and the Ketch product matures in parallel.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Ketch should be able to orchestrate consent preferences with SDKs, rather than having organizations handle this themselves via code. That's the only downside of using their consent management platform.

Working with an existing consent management platform provider that was having issues often and we didn't have dedicated (or great) support to fix issues, so we wanted to switch to a different privacy vendor with a simplier tool and better customer support.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

It can be difficult to stay ip to date with all the privacy laws - Ketch provides everything you would need to easily integrate all the privacy settings on your web property. It can get very granular if necessary.

We implemented with Google Tag Manager to handle all of our 3rd party tags/pixels.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Th admin dashboard takes a little time to get used to because of all the options, but once you get through that its smooth sailing.

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

Processing requests is almost fully automated, where human intervention is required it is very simple. Finding outstanding customer requests, tracking progress, and identifying potential issues is very streamlined making the administration duties nearly effortless with their DSR workflows and integration with our data warehouse. 

Our customer support manager is great, he's always available and answers questions quickly and timely.

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

Error messaging when an issue arises is a bit vague. I'd like to have a bit more specificity in this area within the location of the workflow to make diagnosis and resolution easier.

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ketch aids us in creating automated workflows for sensitive data discovery, management and deletion should the request arise. It allows us to stay in compliance within the ever changing regulatory world for sensitive data, easily.

All-in-one product to handle privacy consent needs. The implementation is quick and painless and support is great. Can be used to integrate with many other software and systems

None at the moment, although it may take some digging to understand all the features

Save me from having to either create a product on my own to handle CMP or use multiple products to handle same

**What do you like best about Ketch?**

Ketch has a nice platform to help manage user's privacy in multiple countries. It provides a simple and configurable ui on mobile platforms to create collection of consent experiences

**What do you dislike about Ketch?**

The implementation was rather hard on the mobile platforms. As the documentation and sample application was not really great. The sdk changed really frequently and looked like it wasn't tested thoroughly as there were quiet few bugs in the core functionality of the sdk. Although, Ketch team responded quickly to our queries and helped us resolve the issues

**What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ketch is helping us collect and manage user's consent across different platforms like web and mobile.
