I love the ability to drill down into individual customer records and find trends in their data. This helps me to quickly identify potential opportunities and better serve my customers. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to use and customize, allowing me to create the perfect dashboard to suit my needs.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM Dashboards?**

My only complaint is that the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming with all of the data and information. However, this is a minor issue and can easily be resolved by customizing the dashboard to show only the data points I want to view.

Salesforce CRM Dashboards is allowing me to access and analyze data in a way that I couldn't before. Easy to understand and learn, user-friendly, setup diagrammatic data information. Different report generation facility. Easy user access settings and role-level data approval. Easy installable plugins availability like Play Store.

The user should have a clear idea of how to set up the report in a certain way. Business side people need to take the help of the technical team for creating the report.

conventional UI/UX is getting changed by this approach and seems to be really useful for non tech users who are not use to with unnecessary data shown to them and get them confused

Still lot of improvements can be made including configurable widgets and other features like drill down view of the dashboard and  how it can be used to extract data and create report from dashboard.

Better insight and brids eye view of how and where the respective business or other activities stand and thereby reducing time taken to do in detail of each of report and doing a pivot.

The number of charts and types included on a dashboard and the ability to resize as per your data means you can build great-looking dashboards. Creating reports and charts is very intuitive, which contributes to building a visually appealing dashboard.

The number of charts included on a dashboard is limited to 20. It would be great to have the capability of adding up to 30-40 charts to avoid building multiple dashboards.

It is a savior  while presenting sales reports. helps to cater visualization of sales data for easy understanding

there are not much options for customization in terms of tables and color combination. Also, it takes quite a time to get use to this the portal. Need an option for training via some videos

I would recommend to low the commercials for Dashboard so that it could be used by SMEs as well.

I can access my data from anywhere, anytime and on any device which is every convenient while you are travelling for meetings. I can have account/client wise data to review and keep a track on the projects once commissioned. Facilitates pipeline management as well

Like the ability build custom dashboards quickly and easily.  Like the ability pin the dashboard to the top for quick reference.

Need the ability to have better graphs for dashboard views.  Graphs make it so much easier to calculate progress.  Pie charts and line charts as well.

More streamlined into the system.  Not having to wait for it to load.  Sometimes I don't care about previous texts, I just want to send a new one.

Having everything in one spot. Love having access to all the records I need.  Great custom ability for fields.  Would love better calculation fields give me access to numbers quicker.

I love how clean the data is visually and how easy they are to customize. I also like how you can match the report with a diagram, and if there is a chart in the report already, it will display the already configured one unless specified.

I wish there was an option to focus on a specific chart and make it the "spotlight" versus them all being around the same size.

**What do you like best about Salesforce CRM Dashboards?**

My Salesforce Dashboards serves multiple purposes as a center of operation, a visual representation of my reports, an organizational tool, a communication channel, and a lead generation tool. It  might seem far fetched for a simple dashboard to have so many benefits but i could easily think of even more advantages than these. Basically put, the workforce Dashboard is a complete management tool for my business.
Advantages of the Salesforce Dashboard include;
- Provides me and my colleagues with real-time statistics and control of company  information at my 
  fingure tips
-It enables me conversion of the information  from my source reports into one of several visual components. Depending on the type of data i have i could choose to use a table chart, gauge, pie, or a different kind of graph.
- It enables me customize the entire dashboard and tailor it to meet my needs. The dashboard helps me 
 keep track of my schedule with a feature that i use to manage my customer tasks as well as my appointments
- It enables me save time and money as it provides for me real-time statistics and control of my company information.
- It serves as a tool for getting more clients- by showing my clients the visual representation of my companies performance and offering to provide them with the same level of service, it becomes hard for them to ignore positive statistics, especially when the dashboard makes them look so appealing

Too much training is required- one has to invest a great deal of time in learning how to use or understand 
 reports in Salesforce.

I  would recommend any other person to adopt Salesforce CRM Dashboards despite its  challenges, it has amazing results upon it's optimization.

The control panel to my business, an analytics dashboard allows me see a general or detailed overview of my company performance. By allowing users easily visualize and review data at a glance, dashboards increase the overall efficiency of business analytics.

Salesforce CRM Dashboards keep all of our data organized and together. The CRM dashboards are also visually appealing to look at it, which is a plus.

I cannot think of anything I necessarily dislike about the Salesforce CRM Dashboards. Sometimes the page itself can get congested, but that's all I notice.

I would recommend Salesforce CRM Dashboards to anyone, especially in the higher education field. It is very easy to navigate, and keeps our university organized and on top of our tasks and goals here.

We mainly use Salesforce CRM Dashboards at my job to measure our leads, and to see where we are falling behind. We use Dashboards to see our goals and our funnels, and proceed forward with achieving those specific goals. It benefits us greatly to have everything laid out for us in one dashboard. Our goals are simply laid out in front of us, and we can easily see where we are falling behind or exceeding.

I dislike how you can only do so much if you aren’t a certain status. Your manager or the system operator would have to do it.

Business problems is when projects fall thru the cracks and therefore are behind and upset the customers. Benefits, you can see reports and tabs you recently viewed so you can keep up with it there to go back and forth

As any other tool, this takes a bit of time to realize and understand the full potential of the solution, but nothing more then 1-2 weeks of intense use.

I loved Salesforce dashboard's ability for me to see everything in one place and rearrange to my preferences. Everything was very "user friendly" and the tutorials made everything very easy to learn~

I honestly cannot think of anything at this point. There are so many add-ons available, and our company used several, which continually made the system seamless!

This is a great CRM, the best I have used and i have used about 5 so far in my career

**What do you like best about Salesforce CRM Dashboards?**

The customizable dashboards make accessing what I need to know easy, though it can be rather slow to load, they update regularly with refreshes.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM Dashboards?**

The slow loading times when refreshing a new set of data seems much longer than you'd expect, but the data does display nicely.

**What problems is Salesforce CRM Dashboards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows the trainers to keep in touch with all of their new staff, and for staff to compare themselves to peers.

It was a great out of the box grouping of dashboards which got us started

Some of the dashboards were very basic and didn’t match our industry but that’s expected with a starter app

Wanted to grab some standard reports which took SF ootb data structure into account
