To begin with, implementation is tricky, which is why most websites find themselves incompliant while thinking they are.

Then, their support is close to non existant. They disregard support tickets altogether, when they do answer, they do have a very limited concept of support. Other than spraying you with tons of kb articles, they dont provide much.

One of their reps even said that support is for platform issues, not configuration issues- and if we can't get it right they can sel us professional services. When he was out of office- no support.
