What do you like best?

BigMarker is a professional tool that allows us to stream professional broadcast quality video via RTMP stream to a large, interactive audience.

I keep being surprised at the amount of things that can be set up.

Every time I think something can't be done I contact support and they show me how to do it.

BigMarker really brings virtual events to live with the real time chat and built in interactivity tools. The polling is implemented in a great way so you don't need to use external tools that require additional effort on the part of your audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is room for improvement in the setup of the emails because you might set up different emails that contain a lot of shared fields. And you need to fill them in for every email separately. Our customers love the ease of use. And the features that are available. We used to need to combine multiple platforms to have the entire suite of features that BigMarker has by default. BigMarker is al all round platform that offer the entire set of features needed in today's online and virtual events. The live chat is a favourite feature as well as the built in pop-up polling. What do you like best?

The vast amount of features make the final webinars look very professional . We have learnt more about the features each time we have used it, and each time the webinars are looking better and better. It is easy to use, both for the admin, presenters and attendees who do not need to download a separate app or software. What do you dislike?

Whilst the tech support is always very helpful, it sometimes takes up to 12 hours to receive a response by email. There may be a phone number to the support team, however I have not found it. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for the least expensive option to start with, unless you know for sure you will have more that 100 persons attending the event. Expect a % of pre-registrants not to attend on the day, so don't worry if you go over the 100 prior to the event. There will be dropouts on the day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have used BigMarker for a series of weekly, free webinars to engage with our clients, suppliers and other business partners during the pandemic. It has allowed us to stay engaged with everyone, whilst also providing some educational content. The feedback has been overwhelmingly excellent.

What do you like best?

The Live Webinar (or Series, since we use multiple webinars in a day) capability is what first drew us to this platform and what we use most often. But then after you have used it once you realize that it actually offers so much more (automated replays, plus on demand playback) all for the same money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's almost unfair to say this because this was totally on me but it took a little bit of time to understand how to properly customize the email notifications. I thought the emails were ready to go when I was done changing them but they were in Draft mode. Once I realized the email did not go out as I had scheduled, I was able to see that it was in Draft and needed to be Published. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We conduct certifications for court reporters. They have to annually do these CEU sessions in order to be certified for the next year. We had to pivot at the last minute to online this year because of Covid. We had to come up with a method of recording attendance, engagement and participation in order for CEUs to be granted by the licensing board. BigMarker did that out of the gate. That was worth the price in and of itself.

But once you get in there, and use the additional capabilities (like re-running a webinar for people who could not attend the first time due to loss of power from a hurricane), you realize just how much of a value this is. I don't understand why this platform is not used by more people. Price was a factor - won't lie - but what really won us over was the flexibility and customization. It is a hidden treasure. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

The buying experience is really poor- you can't talk to someone on the phone- they expect you to understand everything from their trial account. They read the product lead growth book, but they didn't reconcile it with the complexity of their product or their buyer's needs. The problem is that the management UI is so poor, you can't tell how to turn on features or grok how the thing works. Advanced features promised in marketing are really just a complex duct taping of basic features in there. They provide a lot of landing page customization and that's one of their selling points but it falls short quickly- with all kinds of limitations on those landing pages. The end users have to jump through too many hoops to join a basic event and the templates for emails, landing pages etc don't provide enough context for a marketer to understand how to do things well. The dashboard reporting is really poorly designed- the only way to get to the most important information is by downloading an excel file. It's really as if the back end was designed by someone who has never marketed, produced or reported on an event.

All of this might be forgivable but the company has lots of technical issues. We put our biggest seasonal event on the platform and the day of it's launch Big Marker started having outages. I contacted support repeatedly- and they never got back to me. After the event, big marker's reporting is missing any data about who did and didn't attend the event. Beef up your support. Stop trying to be product lead growth and hire a sales team who can answer questions. Hire a real UX designer to fix your dashboard disaster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform offers an extensive array of services for webinar administrators. Its fairly easy to use , and offers excellent Camera Quality for single speakers. On top of that, the Support team usually reply to any request within 24 hours. I tried other providers that are more popular and i have submitted requests and didnt receive a reply after a month of waiting. Finally, what i like is that they offer different types of webinars like 24/7 which is basically like a conferencing meeting room that you can meet your clients in at any time, with a static link, ondemand webinars which are like video portals, automated to pre-plan sequence of events and live. What do you dislike?

Our experience with multiple speaker camera quality is not that great. Sometimes there are audio issues where audiences dont hear the presenter. I believe they are working to improve this, and in case you dont usually conduct meetings with more than one speaker talking at the same time, then you wont face any issues. What do you like best?

I like the ease of use of the platform. Setting up webinars is easy and there are many features available to the users. In the past year there have been additional features that we have been very pleased to see in effect, such as the ability to limit the amount of times a link can be used, the ability to be able to add promo codes and the ability to monitor attendance. As I mentioned previously, we were unable to limit the amount of times users could access the webinar and we would see users that had not paid for courses attending the courses. With the link limit feature our problem was resolved. Additionally, we were unable to give our clients a discount which required that we would have to invoice our clients for the courses outside of the platform. What do you like best?

There are lots of free software for virtual meetings, but when lockdown first hit, we wanted to run a webinar everyweek (for 50-100 people) and also use the same software for 1-day training courses and our annual conference.

I did a lot of research on YouTube reviews about alternative solutions. At that time (March 2020) I had not heard about BigMarker, however it had great reviews.

We started with a demo, the the cheapest package up to 100 registered users and 4 hour long webinars.

Immediately we loved the ease of use, and huge range of options to create and run the webinars, especially the ability to see your preloaded slides and the audience chat at the same time.

The best part of the software is all the marketing features, with simple invite emails and automated reminders.

Because we were advertising the webinars elsewhere we quickly grew our list and the Big Marker weelly email became our best recruitment tool.

We also extensively used the polls and offers, and have used that to drive signup of our training academy and for lead generation.

The downloadable data files have also proved very useful and I am currently writing a blog on the anicca.co uk site about what we have learned.

There are some automation features that we have not used yet, and it can also integrate with a lot of other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to upload lists from individual webinars upto the top level database, so new attendees receive an invite to the next webinar

start with the smallest package and then upgrade

use it the email functionality as your main traffic driver and consolidate hour lists from all sources

most users sign up on Monday or Tuesday for the webinar on Friday, so you dont need to advertise too much in advance.

By running weekly digital marketing webinars for free for nearly a year we have helped nearly a 1000 businesses and a number of individuals have attended over 29 webinars, making our Friday morning session a regular event. What do you like best?

I am very impressed by its user interface, since it is worth mentioning that it maintains fantastic characteristics in its great majority, both visually and the speed it acquires once we need to search and know certain points that we don't understand for sure, about the functionalities of this software, since it is quite intuitive, mentioning that its graphics and illustrations, are totally incredible in each of their senses, being one of the qualities that I like the most about this digital server, highlighting that its price is understandable and low, in exchange for great functions. It would be really wise and very useful that this software will integrate a white label offer, to be able to integrate them to each one of the web sites that we acquire, so as not to present problems of any type, when the members of each organization, must register for the first time, without excluding that another quality of an exorbitant importance, is that this system, allows to transmit different web seminars, in multiple social networks, for a greater flexibility, communication and sale. What do you like best?

BigMarker allows us to run 2-3, full-day webinars each day and expand our reach. We have a great system in place to allow multiple team members to be moderating Q&A live, push out polls/handouts and offers for the call-to-action. Their customer support is great! We wanted to find a platform that gave greater flexibility for presenters during our training webinars. There were longer term plans for onDemand training webinars, Evergreen sales webinars, and internal onboard webinars as well as a virtual platform for an annual customer conference. What do you like best?

The affordability of BigMarker is great, the service covers many bases and is very customizable, this means we can control our attendees experience.

Until a recent update, the presenters had to be "onstage" when they had joined, however now there is an option to take presenters on and off stage during the webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BigMarker solves the "download this to watch webinar" problem, the web browser based interface for both the hosts and the attendees is very good.

This application has enabled us to left an impression on our customers in terms of campaigns and which ultimately helps us to grab more customers and enhance our production. This application has unique interface which is easily configured and you can easily get started without any trainings. Along with this it is very reliable to use and we can easily modify our campaigns by adding more videos and links from different software, which it is integrated with. We were promised so much, so often. Deadline after deadline was missed and it was only when we managed to get hold of the founder (who appears to be the head of tech) that we got any kind of results. What do you like best?

What I have liked the most about using Bigmarker as a marketing and webinar hosting tool are its modules that allow us to create customized landing pages quickly and easily by using templates then we have its tools for web seminars such as real-time chat, recording and playback capabilities, video conferencing, presentation tools and screen sharing, we also find an analysis module that allows us as users to create data visualizations and view performance metrics in real time finally has more than 500 integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Among the negative points that I have found in Bigmarker is its price is actually an expensive application which clearly can be a barrier for smaller organizations, the reporting features still need to be improved a little more, the audio and video files are not recorded well in some occasions, I would like that the videos could be transmitted through Facebook or Instragram, I would like to have more tools to customize my logos and finally I consider that the interface requires a little more work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bigmarker is the perfect application for marketing managers to create email and social media campaigns for potential customers I recommend it without a doubt because it is a really complete application to run all these functions as well is excellent for analysis you can see real-time performance metrics in a simple way I do not recommend it for small organizations that have a small number of customers because the plans are really expensive but it is a very complete program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my company we constantly work with marketing especially doing email campaigns such as sending newsletters or brochures of our services as we have a large number of customers we need applications such as Bigmarker that does not facilitate the functions of creating landing pages, editing and creating models of campaign, another function that has been useful in our organization is the management of conferences and virtual events as screen sharing and recording and playback capabilities are quite good taking into account other applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to install and use, it is also a versatile tool, you can also record meeting rooms to listen to them later, it also offers one of the easiest ways to conduct webinars, it is also fully developed with everything you need to organize an online event, it also allows you to create a personalized branded meeting room, it is easy to use and very stable. What do you like best?

This platform allows you to create webinars in an efficient and stable way, also with a very solid quality of resources, tools and functions to exchange knowledge in the best way, it is perfect for educators, salespeople, businesses, among others. What do you dislike?

My experience with this platform has been satisfactory, however sometimes I have to resize the image to get better performance, since not all images change their size automatically. Support should be more efficient in circumstances we had problems with the tool but the answers are late and our interest is immediately necessary to improve that. This platform is ideal for all those companies that provide a service to an audience through seminars, it also allows a work flow by having access to meetings to exchange information.
