"Best e-commerce conversion"

What do you like best?

Avec Nosto, nous avons trouvé une solution simple et efficace pour monitorer les recommandations produits sur notre site e-commerce.

Auparavant, nous devions configurer à la main nos recommandations. La recommandation dynamique est un vrai plus pour convertir.

En plus, les équipes sont toujours prêtes à s’investir pour trouver des solutions et répondre à nos attentes.

Les mises en place étant assez simples, on peut facilement tester et améliorer les configurations mises en place.

Et en plus, la solution permet de mettre en place facilement d’autres éléments comme des pop up ou des emails de relance automatiques.

Avec l'arrivée de la GDPR, la fonction du panier abandonné demeure efficace bien qu'on cible moins de visiteurs.

"Efficient & Effective "

What do you like best?

Nosto takes all the manual work out of creating related products and up-sells not only on PDP's but across the full website and emails.

It uses data to make intelligent decisions on what products to show customers so the conversion on up-sells and related product blocks is much higher now compared to when we used to manually merchandise them.

The reporting dashboard is really clear and informative, it allows to effortlessly track performance and make changes where required. (We also have the ability to test and change algorithms as and when we wish.)

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far, Nosto is a very easy platform to use and the cost model is great for us as a growing business as it gives us the freedom to scale up.

Really easy to setup and pretty much guarantees a return on investment

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

By allowing Nosto to make data driven recommendations we spend less time & resource manually merchandising. This means there are less un-related items merchandised in the up-sell / cross-sell blocks from opinion based decisions, the Nosto algorithm allows us to deliver the results the customer expects / wishes to see thus improves conversion.

"Seamless Personalisation"

What do you like best?

Nosto was extremely easy to integrate into our site. There was very little development needed and the tool began delivering results for us from day 1. The UI enables marketers to market for than getting caught up in technical aspects.

What do you dislike?

The only initial downfall was a CTA cost model that made it somewhat difficult to budget for, while their costs are tied to your success, it is not always ideal to be hit with a larger than expected bill. However, their recent change to fixed pricing will make a huge difference to our business.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be sure to engage with their CSM as they are great at showing you how to really leverage the power of the tool. Review performance regularly and tweak what is and isn't working.

Nosto solved our problem of delivering a personalised experience to our customers and help to grow our online revenues. It also delivered easily to digest information on what our customers were shopping for, clicking on and purchasing.

"Our experience with Nosto"

What do you like best?

Nosto's user interface is simple to use and to get your head around. Its great that you can configure a variety of elements to tailor the experience for your site. The account management has been really great too (thanks Kitty!) as the team have gone over and above to help us optimize our configurations. Nosto also allows us to configure programmes from other platforms like facebook, which makes digital marketing management that much easier.

What do you dislike?

There are certain limitations to what can be configured, so we have had to manually code some displays for them to appear as per our requirements, but the Nosto team were quite happy to support us in making the changes needed

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Website conversion has improved and also interaction on the website. We still have a lot of tools to utilise within Nosto over the coming months to improve the personalisation for our customers.

"Huge help for small companys"

What do you like best?

What I like most about Nosto is how easy it is to begin working with it. Choose what type of targeting you want to do and go for it. You can't go totally wrong and you learn so much.

What do you dislike?

Well, our business is for swedish customers only but everything in Nosto have to be done in english. Sometimes we find it hard to get the right categories or interest for the customers we'd like to attract.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving a huge amount of communication and recommendations for our customers, both new and revisiting ones. It would take a whole lot of time to focus all attention, and get it right, if we would do this manually. Nosto really helps with the automatications of things you would never think about but really need to make a difference.

"Recommended to everyone i know not using it already"

What do you like best?

The staff, they clearly explain and demo everything and will even help walk you through set up.

Sad to say in this day and age we take things like reporting and metrics for granted but their interface and set up is very easy to use and gives you clear metrics to make better decisions quickly.

What do you dislike?

The only bug so far is that sometimes Facebook Ads dont sync so although they keep working and bring a positive return, the figures aren't always exact.

When this is the case there is a message as soon as you log into the software to let you know so it really cant be faulted as the issue lies with Facebook

Its raised our ATV and conversion rate where any Nosto element has been used so basically its a no brainer

"Powerful and Easy to use tool"

What do you like best?

-A powerful tool, HTML editing allows you to edit anything and everything within the platform yourself, without having to rely on devs or Nosto (though they'll be more than helpful if needed) which means you can implement things near enough instantly

-Being able to edit everything has allowed us to use Nosto above and beyond it's 'core' features by adapting elements for other purposes

-Doesn't rely on a product feed, seamlessly & instantly integrates with E-commerce platform so set up is instant

-Continuously developing new, useful features

-Very friendly and helpful London based guys, CSM & support team help with issues very quickly

What do you dislike?

-You can't share the data across storefronts, which weakens the benefit of the AI Algorithm for storefronts with little traffic/transactions. Making a change on one storefront (e.g. one language version) has to be copied across to the others which is sometimes a pain if you have multiple accounts. Then again this can be a plus because you can tailor the experience at a really granular level

-Easily and instantly implemented industry 'standard' features across all our sites saving development costs

-Automating product upsell and cross-sell across all touchpoints on the site

-Ability to build 'dummy' category pages that tailor product lists to the user

-Utilizing pop-ups in a number of varied use cases

-Allows us to create virtual bundles that users can add to basket in one click

La simplicité d'utilisation de l'outil, les fonctionnalités puissantes ainsi qu'une équipe réactive et force de proposition, nous permettent de profiter un maximum de tout le potentiel de la solution. Nous sommes accompagnés d'un Customer Success Manager qui nous aide a constamment optimiser l'outil pour atteindre nos objectifs.

"Great service and a great product"

What do you like best?

Nosto removes the manual work and thought processes behind up and cross selling on our websites. From day 1 we saw an instant uplift in sales and since then have continued to see some fantastic results. The platform is super easy to use and navigate round and the reporting is great for us to see what works and what requires optimising.

We are also utilising these product recommendations within our emails to provide an overall better shopping experience. Nosto has been a worthy investment and we are looking forward to seeing what the next 12 months will bring.

Our conversations began with Melody who was very easy to talk to, informative and clear in what we would be getting from the platform. Integrations then began with Rory who again was very easy to talk to and he effortlessly explained where we needed to place code on our site and assisted in setting everything up which was really fast. Our CSM is Becky who has also been a pleasure to deal with. From calls to emails, everything is clearly explained and easy to follow.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, this has been a great asset to our websites.

I would say if you are not using Nosto then you are seriously missing out.

"Forward Thinking Solution"

What do you like best?

The integration was seamless and we were able to start using features such as recommendations straight away.

The onsite content personalisation has been a game changer as we’re now able to present dynamic content to different segments based on their browsing behaviour or product affinity. It’s early days but we’ve already seen a significant increase in engagement and conversion.

Alice, our CSM has been an amazing support and has a great strategic approach for getting features live in a timely but achievable manner. I like that Nosto are constantly investing in R&D and are welcome to feedback and suggestions to improve existing features.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. We still have more features to utilise but the time limitations are in-house rather than with Nosto.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For a small digital team, it’s taken the guesswork and time out of doing things manually as all the tools and features are automated and data driven.

"Competitive Conversion Platform"

What do you like best?

Overall, I valued the email and popup features the most. Email is a huge new market, and I'm glad that Nosto had such great tools in place.

What do you dislike?

I felt that Nosto may be a little bit expensive for a new business. Nevertheless, it was worth every penny, but I know some of my friends that I recommended it to were skeptical, given the price.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to thoroughly review all the intro materials that Nosto provides. If you want to get the most out of the service, you must master the software like you would Excel or Photoshop.

I used Nosto to make Facebook and Instagram ads that I had previously struggled with. Additionally, I used Nosto to create an email list. These benefits earned me many new customers from social media, in addition to getting many repeat customers through emails.

"Pleasantly Surprised"

What do you like best?

We recently onboarded with Nosto just before BFCM and I couldn't be more impressed with the team and the functionality of the software. We saw 8% of our sales through BFCM weekend came from a Nosto widget. They have been very helpful with any customization we've wanted. Overall we're very impressed and still haven't even dove into some the personalization functionalities that we look forward to implementing at the beginning of the new year.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. Everything has been smooth sailing.

Give it a shot and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised on the impact it will have with your visitors. I was a bit hesitant/skeptical but I have quickly been proven wrong.

Currently we're only using the recommended products widgets across the site. At the beginning of the new year we want to have a dynamic site (imagery, collections, style) depending on the visitor that lands on our site. In other words we're using Nosto to make our site hyper personalized to the visitor.

"Simple Installation"

What do you like best?

We've just installed the Nosto platform today so this review is purely around the onboarding and installation of the platform.

I first started speaking to Rory and James 2 weeks back and we ran through the basics of the platform. Due to us being on the Shopify we simply had to install the Nosto app and it started recording data and learning. The theme side of things took around a day to bespoke to our look and feel and then we were away. Rory helped us through any questions we had pre-go live and was great.

From initial talks to signed contracts and live within 2 weeks. Can't ask for a simpler process than that. We've got lots of tweaking to do as we really learn how to make the most of the tool but it's been great so far.

What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted personalised recommendations using machine learning rather than our product admin team making manual recommendations. The hope is that this increases conversion on the site. As an added bonus it will certainly save our product administration team a huge chunk of time also.

"Nosto is just what we needed. "

What do you like best?

I love how agile the integration has been, how well the widgets have fit right into the look and feel of our site, and the performance of the recommendations.

What do you dislike?

The integration with our ESP Bronto has been a disappointment. I am forced to manually upload any emails captured through Nosto into Bronto, which obviously causes a delay and the contacts are not put into our normal workflow.

Also because of the lack of Bronto integration I must manually set permissions for any new email added. Nosto and Bronto's contact statuses do not talk to each other, which is a bummer.

Only use with a fully integrated ESP.

We've consolidated a bunch of 3rd party extensions to one service which has been great. We also have provided dynamic product recos on our website, which Magento doesn't provide on its own.

Nosto est simple d'utilisation, les stratégies sont rapides à mettre en place, la façon dont Nosto gère le flux des articles est très efficace.

Voici maintenant 2 ans que nous utilisations quasiment toutes les fonctionnalités de Nosto : popup, recommandations, emails individualisés, Facebook Ads, ect. Nosto est devenu un outil privilégié dans l'amélioration de notre parcours client.

L’installation de Nosto sur notre solution propriétaire a été relativement simple, nous nous somme rapidement familiarisé avec son back office, qui est très intuitif, et les résultats sur nos conversions se sont faits rapidement ressentir lors des premiers mois d'utilisation.

Et Nosto ce n'est pas qu'un formidable outil !! C'est aussi une super équipe qui a toujours répondu présente dès que nous avions besoin d'elle.

"Great Onboarding Experience"

What do you like best?

I met with Rory at an internet retailing expo and after researching the Nosto product was convinced it was what Toolstop needed to improve the customer experience on our website.

It took Toolstop around 18 months to get the new platform launched and in this time Rory and the Nosto team were always on hand to advise and assist. We regularly had calls as well as face to face meetings to plan the strategy for the launch and Rory even came on site to learn about our operation. All in all, the Nosto team have been there every step of the way and the onboarding was as easy an implementation as any we have ever done.

Nosto takes the hassle out of merchandising by offering very relevant products to our customer both on site and off.

"Great tool for recommendation and minimize drop-outs"

What do you like best?

Nosto offers a great tool with many useful functions such as:

- AI-based personalized recommendations

- A good API towards FB/Insta in order to do personalized retargeting and look-a-like advertising

- Retargeting e-mails

- Intention based or rule based pop-ups

- e-mail widget with personal product recommendations.

They also offer a great and friendly customer service which provides good support.

What do you dislike?

They seem to drop the connection to FB sometimes which causes us to manually have to re-login and connect the nosto API to our FB My business account again. However I am not sure weather the problem is caused by FB or the nosto API failing to reconnect.

Definately worth looking into if you are looking for a good recommendation engine.

I am using several parts of their functionality such as product recommendations on many page types, pop-up with welcoming offer, retargeting e-mails as well as retargeting and look-a-like advert advertising. I have seen a definate increase in CR on all our websites after implementing nosto's different functions.

"Great eCommerce Conversion Driver"

What do you like best?

Nosto is super simple to set-up and implement quickly. We use Shopify and using the Nosto app we were able to get recommendations on the site very quickly and easily. Since then we've seen a really decent revenue return on the recommendation slots.

We're also really excited about the new AI functionality to help provide a more personalised shopping experience for the customer, although we're yet to implement this.

Nosto's support and Customer Success team (our main contact is Alice) are also extremely helpful, and always willing to help.

What do you dislike?

The threshold to get access to the new AI features does seem quite high - but I understand there is flexibility to pay a little more for this if the threshold isn't met - so this isn't an issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Providing a more tailored user journey for customers, to show relevant products based on their history.

Increasing AOV by strategically adding recommendations to specific areas of the site.

Ensuring there is no end point in a journey, i.e. adding recommendations onto 404 and no search result pages.

"Quick, Smart and Helpful"

What do you like best?

I love how it personalizes our website! In the best way, you can 'set it and forget it' and it's like having a sales person on your site. Offering up suggested products in a smart, slick way. Implantation was fast, our team was helpful and immediately understood our goals and brand.

What do you like best?

Nosto is extremely easily to use; setup and get results. It has a number of features across different channels (pop-up, email, social, personalisation) and the product is genuinely constantly improving and innovating. Additionally; their support is second to none; and is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike?

Cost structure can be prohibitive for smaller merchants who are getting started and want to be on the right tools from day one.

"Time Is Money - Nosto Is Worth The Cost"

What do you like best?

We tried a variety of up-sell and content personalization apps before we finally settled on Nosto and gave it a shot. I wish we would have pulled the trigger a lot earlier because we are having a lot of success with Nosto and it's driving a great ROI. If you're looking to scale your E-commerce brand/company and put the right products in front of your customers faces, this is a must have. Nosto is spearheading new development and I'm confident we are in good hands with Nosto. In this business, you want to be the first to start adopting new technology and leverage the bleeding edge of what's available to stay relevant. Nosto recognizes this and then takes action to develop the best tools for the business. Great job!

What do you dislike?

We haven't experienced too many cons. In the beginning, we were reluctant because of the higher cost than less robust alternatives. Ultimately, the price point is fine because it allows Nosto to have an impressive R&D budget, which is obvious they're using to roll out new features often.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're a smaller business and tempted to try other cheaper alternatives, save yourself the headache and recognize that Nosto is going to bring an ROI. We were on the fence for the first few months, but ultimately we saw the returns.

"Fantastic Account Management Service "

What do you like best?

I would like to just say what a fantastic service we have received from our Account Manager, Sarah Rees. She is always happy to help and explain all the services that Nosto can offer us. She has also been very helpful setting up online training - especially setting up new Nosto ads.

What do you dislike?

I think that it could be slightly simplier to set up as it can be confusing which is why its great to have Sarah there so that we can simply pick up the phone if we get stuck

Nosto has helped us gain sales from retargeting existing customers and we are using it for personalised targeting as well.

Quick and easy integration, up and running with instant measurable results. All recommendations are on one user friendly interface plus support from the Nosto team so far has been fantastic, their recommendations are helpful and insightful

"Awesome service and well developed services "

What do you like best?

Nosto is an great product and copany, starting with some excellent product recommendations and have last years grown with a lot of different other amazing features. Highly recommended.

What do you dislike?

As in all 3:e parts products there is always some parts of the products that you could add or take away. The benefits that are on nosto are however very small if you compare to likewise companies.

"Very pleasant experiance "

What do you like best?

The flexibility of software and the ability to change settings at a touch of a button. My personal rep Sarah was very attentive and took her time to understand the business, with informative advise that loaded me with the tools to make informed choices. Great asset to Nosto.

What do you dislike?

Their answerphone system and that when calls are scheduled everything has to be conducted via screen sharing - when a good old telephone will suffice in most cases.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to cross-sell and upsell from the viewing of a product/s. I am confident that with further massage of the data, even more, bespoke personalisation could be achieved.

"If you want to increase revenues, start using Nosto"

What do you like best?

Nosto provides a great tool set that allows you to maximise the return on investment from your website visitors. They provide everything from simple popups, to triggered emails and advanced website personalisation.

All the functionalities are easy to use which allows you to get the most out of the tool.

What do you dislike?

The weakest part of the tool is for the Facebook advertising for cold audiences. It is easy to use however lacks some of the more advanced functionalities that Facebook provides.

What do you dislike?

It is not too visible right now and I can understand a lot of customer's concerns with privacy and security if information. As a finnish company I believe this has been taken care of though.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Personally I have not seen a direct impact in my position but I have sene numbers and would attribute the increase of complimentary product orders to nosto in some extent. Mostly I have experiences as a shopper and customer in online retail.

"Easy to use and lots of ideas"

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface, really straightforward, easy to set up and maintain. Nosto also have lots of best practice ideas to share and are always happy to help.

What do you dislike?

Would like more flexibility with the popups to collect more data.

Nosto frees up more time for us to focus on other areas as it does it all for you.

"Good partnership and awesome tool"

What do you like best?

A very good tool and so easy to handle. Really fast to put up really nice campaigns up and nice.

Also good to work with Facebook ads and segmentations.

Nothing to dislike the tool is very good

"Easy on-site recommendation engine"

What do you like best?

Deployment with our Magento Commerce Cloud site was really seamless. Love the data it offers.

There were some design hiccups. But really nothing to worry about.

"a good solution for social media marketing"

i use nosto for aour needs for facebook marketplace and they do a good job on this, great campaigns, good photos and since we started with them our sales went up on facebook

i'm not fan of their customer support, it's very lagy
