Learning curve for OneTrust admins can be a daunting task. Although multiple certifications are available to master OT. **What problems is OneTrust Third-Party Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneTrust Third-Party Management centralizes vendor risk assessment and due diligence, helping us maintain GDPR compliance across our supply chain. It streamlines the process of evaluating third-party data processing activities. This saves significant time on manual vendor assessments and reduces compliance risk exposure. ### 2. API integrations with other solutions are possible. OT seems to be focusing on building out the TPRM module for more functionality and using customer recommendations for development which is a big plus. Integrated Power BI environment for reporting, greatly expands reporting options. Customer success manager and OT support are top notch. **What do you dislike about OneTrust Third-Party Management?** Nonexistent UAT to production sync - on the roadmap tho. APIs for engagement attributes are lackluster so far. Currently you must manually create engagement attributes, there isn't a bulk import template for engagement inventory items yet. Customer submitted "ideas" can take years for implementation, even if highly voted. **What problems is OneTrust Third-Party Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been able to increase automation development, reduce development lifecycle, and greatly increase user experience. ### 3. We are facing so much challenge while creating new user whith specific access without admin rights. Also the UI is not that much user friendly. **What problems is OneTrust Third-Party Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is make life easier for GRC people, we can have everything at one place like risk register, organisation policies, Project management.
