
Well, Zendesk still manages to keep a very simple way to keep the lines open for the staff and the users. The updates are realt time. It can also be user friendly at times and would be very easy to understand even if it is youir first time to use it. They have a way to customize views and can also be used in mobile. There are some instances although out of hand like disrupted updates because of servers, also the cost per agent is a bit higher than other competition. Lastly, they don't offer international numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
