**What do you like best about Zendesk - Custom Data Actions?**

Well, Zendesk still manages to keep a very simple way to keep the lines open for the staff and the users. The updates are realt time. It can also be user friendly at times and would be very easy to understand even if it is youir first time to use it. They have a way to customize views and can also be used in mobile.

**What do you dislike about Zendesk - Custom Data Actions?**

There are some instances although out of hand like disrupted updates because of servers, also the cost per agent is a bit higher than other competition. Lastly, they don't offer international numbers.

**What problems is Zendesk - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything can be integrated with Zendesk such as chat, phone, email and Social Media, it is like a one stop shop. You don't need to open multiple browsers just to keep everything in-check.

That's what I love about Zendesk.

The tool is very helpful and user-friendly and we can use these custom actions to make routing decisions within our interaction flow in Architect, to present information to our agents in Scripts

I don't think there is anything to dislike as it works perfectly.

Solving the disputes of Peer to Peer and in the very less time as well as we have all the old tickets which we can review to explain the things to other.

The best part of this tool is it provides dtatic actions and allows us to create custom actions that we can use to act on data in Zendesk

Zendesk helps customer help to reloves queries with comfortable and friendly.

Rich text editor for triggers to have a rich text auto email response. Overall we've loved it so far though.

user-friendly application to client resolve the problems

The biggest problem solving the ticket deflection spending a lot of time on help center creation, and answer bot.

Zendesk gives a wide variety of option of automation which actually helps us in reducing SLA's

**What do you dislike about Zendesk - Custom Data Actions?**

The new ticket merging feature, in which you may accidentally merge tickets from different users

**What problems is Zendesk - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using it as an escalation tool via email, and it's easy to create separate queues for different types of queries and then segregate them and divide it among multiple teams.
