What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Inventory forecasting and reporting is weak. While the platform provides the access to the largest pool of email ad inventory, performance is often weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The implementation was quite simply, added to over 30 email templates in just a few hours. The liveintent dashboard is also nice, easy to read and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

I found the overall dashboard of the app is really easy to operate. Moreover, with its great reporting system it helped me in generating a significant amount of incremental revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The customer service support system is very slow is less responsive. There is a bug in the setting up the campaigns. It will show a ready status even if all the boxes are not checked, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is a straight forward self serve platform that is easy to navigate through and easy to setup campaign goals and metrics to optimize any campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is some lag time between uploading a file and being able to target the custom audience. Setting up a conversion pixel for the client to implement on their site was challenging. For CPA campaigns using the LI conversion can be some steps to implement correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

How easy it is to grab the analytics (impressions/clicks/CTR) for each ad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Placement ID feature is hard to match in Marketo. Other ads may be pulled in for some unknown reason, when in the past we haven't had an issue with remnant ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Able to add in email lists for re-messaging

What do you like best?

• Great account management that gives good advice for running campaigns

• Robust options for targeting

• Efficiently hits CPAs; easy to measure these when using the right tracking links Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• It can take awhile to see the channel's efficiency

• Algorithm sometimes serves creatives in what seems like a disparate way; complete knowledge of how the algorithm works is somestimes fuzzy

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take your account manager's advice. This isn't your run of the mill display ad network, and it'll behave a bit differently from what you might be used to. Be sure to add unique UTM parameters for all your campaigns – it'll be interesting to see which variables prove most efficient (CPC vs. CPM; desktop vs. mobile, etc). What do you like best?

You don't pay for unopened emails like you do with most newsletter ad providers. They have a large set of premium publishers such as The New York Times, Washington Post, Tech Crunch, etc. The addition of 3rd party data allows for more precise targeting, and large format creatives increase the viewability and interaction rates with the brand. Live Intent has been successful across several clients and I would recommend it to others here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I honestly like everything they do. It would be great to have some custom executions or native article integration, but that's not their core offer. What they do, they do well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ask for the open rates of their competitors and look at the viewable CPM vs the amount the quote. I bet Live Intent will be the more cost-efficient option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
