It is easy to setup and use, integrates with shopify and doesn't slow down the website. We are a new brand so we have yet to see it being used yet but people have been collecting points on it.

There has been three or four occasions over the past couple of years where I have reached out to Stamped for support, and on every occasion they have exceeeded my expectations. They reply quickly, they are supportive and understanding, and they never fail to resolve the situation.

Helping me to create brand awareness through collating and displaying Customer reviews. So many times I have spoken to a Customer who says they chose us because of the reviews they have read. Stamped also help implement css changes that have made my reviews appear more prominently on my site, and have assisted me when I have needed additional support.

**What do you like best about Stamped?**

Stamped has a free plan, so if you have less than 50-100 orders per month you can use a great review tool at no cost. However, when business is growing it is very much worth upgrading. Customer support is 5-star, I had some small issue with the code during implementation and I got immediate help.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

For me there was no downside, after setting up and customizing everything in the dashboard and on my webpage it has been working fine for years now.

Stamped was recommended for me as the best review tool for e-commerce business. With Stamped I can send out automatic review requests, monitor the requests received and publish on my webshop.

**What do you like best about Stamped?**

The features that Stamped offers on a basic plan are exactly what our business needs. When we upgraded to add coupons and more reviews each month, our responses and reviews went up significantly.

Most companies charge a couple hundred dollars per month for these services, and while we understand that the work that goes into these tools sometimes warrants the high prices, the actual value for a small business doesn't make that pricing feasible. Sampled, on the other hand, brings a valuable asset to our brand without gouging us. They also have an incredible, responsive customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

The Stamped reviews widget takes a little longer to load on our product pages than other elements. There are a few aspects of stamped that are difficult to navigate or things that you'd expect to be integrated automatically but need to be done manually. The layout of the dashboard can be a bit confusing, and sometimes information (like the queue of emails to be sent, or the list of already-sent emails) doesn't load super fast—at one point, I thought emails weren't going out, because there was absolutely nothing in our queue, but I think it was just a loading issue. Additionally, new or changed products in our WooCommerce store don't get automatically updated to Stamped, so we have to contact support to get our product list updated. So overall, you just have to have some patience learning how to use the tools and working with them. But once things are set up they run very smoothly.

**What problems is Stamped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Stamped, we got about 10 reviews in 3 years of business. After starting Stamped, we got about 50 reviews in 6 months. This has helped build customer trust and also get valuable feedback from our customers about how they view our brand and how we can improve our products.

Stamped is a great tool for our review management. The user interface is intuitive and yet powerful. The integration with Shopify works perfect. They have a great support, quick respons with a problem solving mindset.

The widget in Shopify can be a bit slow sometimes but nothing that really affects the UX.

HENMARK® is an outdoor apparel brand and its crucial that potential customers can read reviews from existing customers. The administration needs to be intuitive and yet powerful in order to maximize the respons from buying customers.

It has a free plan and very helpful staff. Its easy to use and is intuitive. It has many features including AI and reward programmes aswell as refferal programs, however  I havent tried all of them yet. The integration was easy and when encountered a problem the staff was helpful. I use it everyday to check on reviews. Implementation was also easy.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

Their website is a bit slow and the price jump from the starter plan to the next one is more than double, but I understand that they are a bussiness also.

The app is pretty easy to work with.
Automated emails are sent to customers requesting reviews, they're editable and possible to be multilingual.
Everytime I've consulted the support team they've solved my questions very fast and helped me going through some steps.
I'd definetly recommend Stamped reviews.

the reviews database don't consider the products' SKUs, instead they use the random product ID from shopify, of which we don't have any list.

I do see that Stamped.io comes up as a performance issue with Unused CSS and Unused JavaScript when I check PageSpeed Insights, but I don't know how big of a deal that is, or if there is a way to get around that.

This is the second time I've contacted the Stamped team support, both for separate things. Both times I've received prompt and helpful support - both times my requests were resolved quickly. Thank you.

That I am unable to add verified reviews from my suppliers manually. Instead I would need CSV files, which I don't have.

Decent option for magento reviews. Good reviews landing page when it is working correctly.

No live chat or video call support, even on their Business plan. Email support takes over 48 hours to reply to simple questions. Fixing any bugs and issues is next to impossible.

Easy to import reviews from other sites, and easy integration with BigCommerce. Identified some bugs early on with the BC integration but they got fixed very quickly, and the customer support has been very helpful and quick. Both the reviews and loyalty work well, and are very reasonably priced compared to other similar apps.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

May be too simple for some of the more established sites or if you need some specific functionalities, but as a product for small/medium-business or as an entry-level app, can't fault Stamped.

To be more active in seeking and obtaining customer reviews, and also engaging with the customers on further feedback if necessary. Have seen an increase in customers providing feedback since using Stamped.

Dashboard is pretty neat and easy to navigate. Integration was super easy. Review Display widget allows customization and it took few minutes to get this integrated on my store. Overall a great app with all the features you need for your ecommerce and reviews.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

It is bit expensive compared to other apps out there. Then again, Stamped.io is more than just a review app. It has a "Loyalty & Rewards" program, which is interconnected.

2) Automated Review Request via Email.

**What do you like best about Stamped?**

Ease of use and implementation is the best feature of Stamped. 

It has been the best platform we have tried to manage our customer reviews and ratings.

Stamped easily allows us to moderate reviews on a daily basis and have them published - something that is a vital aspect of our digitally native DTC brand.

**What do you dislike about Stamped?**

Having used the platform for more than a year, we have encountered site-breaking bugs a couple of times. These have been mostly due to intergration issues with the platform - such as Facebook or WooCommerce. 

Their customer support also tends to be a bit inconsistent, we have received fantastic and swift support and replies in the past, but have also been left disappointed with slow or no response when it came to platform-breaking bugs as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Stamped:**

Implementation can sometimes be buggy - be sure to actively seek out assistance from their support and implementation team.

My team is currently trying to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify, and re-intergrating Stamped with a new eCommerce platform is proving to be a more time-consuming process that we thought it would be.

**What problems is Stamped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Stamped for over a year to manage our customer reviews and rating on different platforms - in particular our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and our own website.

As a DTC (direct-to-consumer) and exclusively digitally native brand, we live and die by our reviews, and Stamped allows us to manage this vital part of our business with ease and speed. We have also found that, ever since we implemented Stamped, that the number of reviews we received on a monthly basis has increased, with more reviews begetting even more reviews. 

This increase in reviews and traffic have directly corelated to an increase in sales, which has left us very sastified with the decision to choose this particular review management and marketing product.

Stamped is by far the best platform we have used to manage our customer reviews and ratings. Having tried a few other solutions in the past, we have found that Stamped offers very straightforward integration into our existing platform, WooCommerce, and is proving to be easy to integrate into our next platform as well, Shopify.

There is nothing that we dislike about Stamped.

Customer support is great, the interface is straightforward, pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend it.

**What problems is Stamped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Stamped to manage our customer reviews and ratings on Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels. As our entire business and sales channels are digital, Stamp's excellent integration allows us to realize the benefits of convenience, a central tool to manage thousands of reviews, as well as easily choose and display the reviews that we want to show off to our customers.

Due to the sheer volume of reviews we receive on our platforms, we oftentimes also receive spam reviews or inappropiate reviews, Stamped's straightforward interface allows both old and new staff to jump on and manage the process or tasks without much training or handholding. 

The biggest benefit is that ever since using Stamped, our website and social channel traffic has increased, in addition to the number and frequency of reviews being left.

Hands down, the best thing about this app is the support team which is super responsive and helpful. They understand English well and actually care about specific concerns. Furthermore, the functionality is easy to use and works great. They'll even work on custom pricing for you as needed.

Not being able to surface Google Reviews but that is a Google issue, not a stamped one. In addition, the carousel feature that they offer isn't as great as Covet.pics

Fairly easy to implement with decent integration to common systems. The Rewards and NPS feature is what stands out.
