The TrustArc support team sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. In certain cases, they send standard procedures without first checking our specific settings. Only after we raise the issue again they dig deeper. Instead of being proactive, their approach tends to be reactive. I really appreciate the exceptional support and communication right from the start, particularly from our key contact, Gerard Puthiyaveetil (gerard.puthiyaveetil@trustarc.com) and his team, who provided useful materials like support videos to us to better understand the process. This assistance made managing and implementing more cookies licenses for cookie management in many of PROEDUCA Univertity websites (Injection of Banner and Modal in each of them and Consent manager use to collet and centraise consent choices) seamless. TrustArc's help in ensuring GDPR compliance across all company websites is invaluable. The strong collaboration with TrustArc and their quick response to queries enhances my experience significantly. This high level of service makes TrustArc our provider of choice and because of that more licenses have been purchased this year 2025 to be implemented in other PROEDUCA domains :-). It’s still the dashboards for me. They haven’t quite caught up to the rest of the platform’s improvements. They’re often slow to load, and when they finally do, there’s not a whole lot to dig into. I find myself wishing for more actionable insights, like clearer consent trends, breakdowns by region or device, or even something as simple as banner interaction rates over time. Also, with A/B testing becoming such a standard practice, having built-in support to compare the performance of different consent banner versions would really take things to the next level.
