The people.

Right from the initial calls where we discussed our requirements with Harrison and Johne, all the way up until the implementation and Go-Live stage where Anupam helped us with his insights and experience, it has been a brilliant experience. What do you like best about Ketch?

I am very impressed with Ketch's core consent management capabilities. The platform integrated seamlessly with our web environment, making it incredibly easy to manage consent and display user preferences quickly on the frontend. Their customer support, especially our dedicated CX representative and Slack channel, has been outstanding. I also highly value their integration with Google Tag Manager & RudderStack, which allows us to respect consent across all our systems. Furthermore, Ketch clearly outlines and provides solutions for the full scope of consent management requirements, emphasizing the need to stop data flow as well as stop actions in third-party systems for opted-out users, the latter often being overlooked by other platforms. What do you dislike about Ketch?

My primary areas for improvement would be the React Native mobile app implementation, which required more custom code than anticipated to stop data sharing when a user opts out. I also found that some of their dedicated third-party integrations felt a bit early in their development, requiring us to request fixes before they worked as expected. However, the turnaround time and rapid support has greatly reduced any concerns. Lastly, the documentation, especially for integrations, could be more comprehensive and polished. Clearer explanations of integration functionality and a review of grammar and spelling would be beneficial as the platform continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
