What do you like best about Bloomreach?

It is by far the best Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, and Gen AI tool we have used, and it keeps on giving. We have been able to acheive some great results so far. Their customer support team and integration team have been extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

To be very honest, there is not very much to dislike because this platform provides so many advanced features for marketers that there is nothing to compare it to at the moment. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The software is stellar. It's powerful and stable and it helps our teams to execute our marketing plans very well. We've looked at a lot of marketing software and it is one of the top options on the market.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Communication is poor and follow-through is the worst of any vendor we've worked with in years.

I can't even count the number of times a rep has made a commitment to us and then just not followed through. It's so bad that it's become an internal joke :/

The account reps, who are supposed to help us learn the tool and grow our business, seem to only be interested in us when a contract is due for renewal or when they are trying to extract more money from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

A Game-Changer for My Marketing Efforts. My experience with Bloomreach Engagement has been profoundly transformative. Its most notable feature is its exceptional flexibility, which allows for the design and execution of nearly any conceivable marketing campaign, from simple newsletters to complex, multi-channel automated journeys. Despite its immense underlying power, the platform remains accessible and is not intimidating to use.

The user interface is exceptionally intuitive, which facilitated a seamless onboarding process for my team. Even team members with limited technical expertise were able to achieve proficiency in a short period.

On the infrequent occasions when assistance was required, the support team's performance was phenomenal. They consistently responded with remarkable speed, offering clear and effective solutions. Furthermore, the comprehensive documentation library serves as an invaluable resource. Virtually any potential query is addressed in detail, which fosters self-sufficiency. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

The reporting tools can feel restrictive when deep, customized analysis is needed. A notable frustration is the difficulty in combining different data events into a single, cohesive report, which can hinder a truly holistic view of campaign performance and may require exporting data to a separate BI tool. Furthermore, the initial implementation can be a complex, resource-intensive undertaking (but this certainly is due to complex data structure indite the organisation, not the tool). What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The support team at Bloomreach have been amazing for me. They go above and beyond, speak clearly, are understanding and help me understand. Really lovely experiences with them so far. As for the rest of Bloomreach, their academy courses are decent, the documentation is good. The experience on the platform can be tricky in complex circumstances, but for the most part is easy enough to use and makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Just some things that don't work as expected or have the potential to be better. An example is building an email with a content block, the content block is not preview-able within the builder making the process of testing far more complicated than necessary. Another example is that although the platforms whole thing is automatic handling of new data ETC, I encountered an issue whereby I set a list attribute to a string by mistake, and that broke the whole attribute for all customers. I like how Bloomreach allows you to really refine your audience and understand them better to create personalised journeys. The customer support that Bloomreach offers is also really helpful - they are quick to answer and often help solve a lot of queries I have. I use BR everyday and Im still learning new things on it. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

It is really complicated. You really have to know the platform to be able to use it to its full capability. It takes a lot of learning and there are some things on it that just take a really long time to do. The design aspect of it is a little bit clunky and requires knowledge of coding often times. What I value most are the extensive reporting dashboards, which I found lacking in other tools – they provide full visibility into performance and allow for quick, data-driven decisions. The documentation is very well written and enables independent implementation of many features without needing support from a technical team. The interface is also very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes everyday use much easier.
